I rode with him to the local HD, where he recomended a Delta. He installed it and it works perfectly. Description of Work: I had 2 toilet tune-ups, water heater flush, and a whole house inspection. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable and also removed a clog in one of our toilets, and also sold me a tool to let me DIY unclog one of my sinks- the previous homeowner dropped a CANDLE in the drain! Slightly lower grade since the auger scratched my toilet and I didn't know about it until after he left, and he also didn't clean up after himself with one of the toilets (lid off, old flapper in the sink).

Description of Work: I needed my outside fixtures changed out. The fixtures were no longer in stock but Junior from 24/7 found fixtures that worked. The front fixture was stripped so he was able to seal the fixture so it would stop leaking.

Description of Work: They were willing to work around my schedule. Made sure I was aware of the cost prior to performing the work. Very friendly. Made sure everything worked properly and removed all trash.

Description of Work: I hired them to inspect and repair leaking toilets and flush a water heater on a Angies List Big Deal. They found no toilet leaks but replaced a tolet handle on one, and the flush ever since has just not been as "vigorous" as before. The water just gurgles out and toilet refills slowly. I've not called them back because of a bigger problem with a water heater flush. Rather than running the drain hose outside the garage door (which would have been easy to do) then ran it ito a basement shower. Two days later, the septic tank backed up and water came up the drains if this basement bathroom. They came out and said it was unrelated and charged me $250 (albeit on a Sunday) to "blow out" a blockage. This worked for a while but then when problems started again, I called a septic company which found problems with the septoc line and replaced it. So, hard to say who caused what, but none of these problems existed before 24/7 got here.

Description of Work: They were courteous and professional. There is a lady in their office named Audrey- she is a super communicator - and kept calling me to let me know that Junior was coming. His previous job kept him longer and longer - but it didn't matter. I was able to stick with my desk so I did not waste time while I waited for them. I surely want to have them back - but I asked how long it took them to get to a customer - and right now they are running about a week out. That could work on occasion, but if I need help right away, I doubt they could get to me.

Description of Work: The plan was to review the plumbing in the whole house and review two toilets. Te water heater was new so he said there was no need to review it, but then he also fixed a toilet and showed me how to check the water pressure coming in the house. Very good experience!

Description of Work: I, in error, entered a negative review on this business with regard to overpricing. PLEASE DISREGARD THE PREVIOUS ENTRY and apologies to this business owner who was unable to provide an estimate in the timeframe that we needed.

Description of Work: The charges were based on the 'job' not on an hourly rate. I had two leaks that were priced at 300.00 for repair; Since my 'big deal' provided for 170.00 worth of repair at 70.00, I had to pay 130.00 extra for this work. Quality was decent & the plumber was professional and polite, but this was NOT a big deal. Seemed pretty pricey for a less than two hours of labor.

Description of Work: 2 toilet tune up. Very nicely done. One of my toilets had a problem of flushing repeatedly and this was solved after the tune up. Scott was very professional, understood the problems very quickly and solved them effectively.

Description of Work: Angie's deal was $69 for $170 worth of plumbing service labor only. We scheduled the service date for 11/3/12 and wanted the plumbing inspection done as well as look at our irrigation system that was missing the handle. Scott came out and was very friendly. He adjusted a couple of our toilets and took a good amount of time looking at the irrigation handle. Because he needed more time than he had that day, we re-scheduled for him to come back today, 11/9/12. He mentioned before he left on the 3rd that he would drain the hot water heater when he came back to do the irrigation handle. He showed up right on time today, the 9th, drained the hot water heater and we had him take a look at one of the toilets which needed a little more adjustment on it which he did. Then he got to work along with my husband digging around the irrigation system to put some new piping and new irrigation handle on. He did a great job repairing it and we feel the price we paid for everything was fair. We will definitely use 24/7 Plumbing LLC again and I do have to mention Audrey as being very friendly on the phone and helpful in scheduling our appointments for us. We will also recommend this company to family and friends. Thank you.

Description of Work: Ronald Shaw was prompt on arrival and was both pleasant and professional from the beginning. He asked what was the problem and I directed him to the first level bathroom, where upon flushing the toilet there was considerable noise and vibration. He immediately determined that it was associated with the air pressure. Through the service call he always took the time to explained what the problem was and what might resolve the problem, he checked the pressure and also replaced two parts on that toilet. After correcting that problem as part of my purchase I was entitled to a whole house plumbing inspection so he checked out 2 additional bathrooms, and all piping associated with all the sinks and tubs throughout the house. He also replaced additional toilet stoppers. He work was comprehensive and I was completely satisfied with both the quality and his professionalism. I also found out that his company is not only for service work but can handle jobs that can be associated with renovations which is something that my husband and I plan in the future. I most definitely will use 24/7 Plumbing in the future and I now have them as my plumber of choice.

Description of Work: I signed up for the $49.00 special, 2 toliet maintenance, etc.The appointment date was changed due to vehicle repair. However, I had the wax ring replaced in three toliets, they replaced the inside of all three toliets and the little cord/tube at the bottom side of the toliet. I had to call back because flap on one toliet was not changed and it was two days before they returned due to some emergency.Overall, I was satisfied with work.The total cost was $325.00 ($49.00 + $275.00).
