Description of Work: The first service was for a shower that was leaking. It was purchased with an Angie's deal. Although I called and left a message it was not answered right away and I eventually found another number with research. They apologised for the delay and an appointment was made immediately. They were on time and repaired a leaky faucet in the shower. I also got a quote on more wwork and made an appoinment to have this done as a separate work order. The shower still was leaking although not as bad. A second visit was made to install an outside faucet and also complete the repair on the leak. The leak was $69.00 plus material $45.00. The outside faucet was completed for a total of $200. I was pleased with the repair and the new faucet and would use them again.

Description of Work: Showed up on time with an Apprentice. Removed old toilet and replaced it with the agreed upon toilet. The two loaded up the old one, cleaned up the area and were gone in a half hour! Great service with knowledgeable professionals. I will use them again.

Description of Work: He was very personalabe, gave me his best guess how long the fix he performed would last, and saved an impossible situation. So far, the short-term fix he recommended and performed has held. (i couldn't afford the permanent fix.)

Description of Work: Hmm I actually thought that 100.00 would give me an operational garbage disposal ..no such luck. The installer arrived and removed the old disposal and then tells me I need an electrician to install it.

Description of Work: These guys were great ! Very prompt, courteous, and professional. They worked very clean and left no messes for me. He had to redo the pipes under my kitchen sink to accommodate my new sink.

Description of Work: I tried to set an appointment for service but they requested that I set it for 3 weeks out. So I did. three weeks later I get a phone call asking to reschedule the appointment for another 3 weeks out. They never showed. I called them and they could not find the second appointment so I just canceled and requested a refund of my money.

Description of Work: I booked the appointment on 2/10 or 2/11 and was told the soonest appointment was 2/19 (8 days). I was ok waiting until then. However, on 2/17 (Sunday) I received a call saying that they could not honor the appointment date and that the soonest date was 2/27. That was not acceptable. They told me they would check their other answering machine to see if there were any cancellations. I never heard back from them so I called another Angie's list provider (Zurn plumbing) and they came straight away. I no longer have the plumbing need nor wish to do business with people that do not honor appointments or call back promises.

Description of Work: My kitchen sink was clogged and I tried everything to unstop it. I bought the "deal" and the plumber came right out. I wasn't able to be home when he came, but my 90 year old mother was here. She told me the man was very nice and he even sat down to speak with her for a few minutes, which she appreciated. BTW, he was able to get the drain running by plunging, even though I had tried that and hadn't succeeded!

( A leaky faucet here, a slow shower there, a toilet fond of running water.)So, when Angie's List offered a special of $99 for 2 hours of service, it was just what I needed! I called within a week of buying the deal and had a nice conversation with the woman who was willing to work with my schedule to set up an appointment. The plumber arrived within the 2 hour window as planned. He assessed the situation. My 27 year house needed a little TLC. Two busy hours. He went to the closest home improvement store and got what he needed. Then he returned and started working. He finished everything and only charged my for the parts ($73). I got a great deal and the work was done professionally, cleanly, painlessly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: They were supposed to come out today between 2-4 and they never showed up. I called them about a quarter after 4 and they didn't pick up the phone. I left a message, they never called back.

Description of Work: It was ok. No major work done. So I can't tell how good they really are. The technician did tell me water pressure is high. Couple days later I got an opportunity for a second opinion, said it wasn't high. I am still not sure who's right. Nothing has happened yet.

Description of Work: This company initially gave me an appointment for 1/10/13 from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. I sat home and waited, it was a no show. When I called there was no record of my appointment and the receptionist was out sick . I was told apologetically that I would be given a 10% discount due to this error so I made a second appointment for 1/22 from 11-1. The plumber did show up and said parts would have to be ordered and didn't do any work. The next appointment was set for 2/1 from 1-3pm, I called to check they were coming at 1 and was told he would be "running late." At 4:45 there was still no word from the company and I contacted you for a refund. This company never even had the courtesy to make any calls whatsoever; whether they be appointment reminders or calls to inform customers they were late. Very unprofessional...

Description of Work: Replaced a forty year old toilet with a newer, less-water usage one. This was your offered big deal. The people, Ronnie and his wife were very accomidating once the mix-up with my wrong phone number was discovered. They were quite pleasant and sincere and did a very good job; even notifying me of possible pre-fixed piping. I would recommend them and their work.,

Description of Work: The person that came was on time, actually early. He did all the work we asked for and even modified what he did to the needs of the house at no extra charge. He was professional and knowledgeable. We had an issue with one of our toilets where the entire house buzzed every time we flushed the toilet. He was able to fix this with something very simple even though it seemed like a big deal.
