The Service was excellent Ron was very professional and spent a lot of time explaining things to us. He told us what we needed and what we could skip. He had to run to Lowes to get a part that he didn't have on his truck and returned in a quick fashion. Ron left my bathroom water closet very clean and in great working condition. No more rocking toilet! Thank you!

It took a while to get everything completed. On the day of my first appointment I received a call asking if it could be changed. I had no problem with that. The date of the nest appointment which was set for a specific 2 hour period no one showed up. I called and was told their previous job was a problem and they would be late. I called several more times. Rodney the owner finally came about 6:00 when the company realized the original person would not make it. Rodney checked my problems and came back a few days later with parts to fix the problems. Had to call again to get something adjusted. That appointment was set for 2-4 pm. No one called or came that day. Called office next day and left message. Set another appointment for today .Rodney came back and was out in a few minutes. Overall good experience but they did have scheduling problems. Audrey said that is being addressed. I will use again if needed.

Quick and professional. Had time left over on the coupon so offered to check and adjust the toilets. The only negative was that I waited for the appointment for a couple of weeks.

I had used the $49.00 toilet tune-ups special and then I had something else I asked them to do, a whole different problem that happened since I bought it. They handled that too. It was well worth the money because I had them put in some new spigots and such. They were very efficient. There weren't multiple trips to the truck or anything like that. They came in, looked at it and knew what they were going to do and did the work. And then when I took him and showed him and said, how about this other here, can you do this? He said, yes we can. I had him put in 2 other spigots and they had to move a water line. They were very efficient as plumbers. They came out in the 2 hour window.

Called Ronnie, set up appointment and things went smoothly. Couldn't be happier with him or his work.

Went through the house and outside and determined I did not have a leak.

I bought their toilet special on Angie's List. The night before they were to install the new toilet, the sump pump went out to the basement bathroom. They installed the new toilet which stopped the leak, and then gave me an estimate for the new pump. They came the next week to put in the new pump and beat their estimate by $150.00 . :-) They were prompt, and professional. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends.

24/7 Plumbing LLC's repair man who came was excellent. The experience was a good one. They accidentally brought the wrong color toilet but they said they would have no problem bringing the right one back at some future date. So there was no issue, they were very accommodating about that. They were excellent in the follow up and the appointment. They called three times the morning that they were coming to let me know what time they would be here. They even called me the third time to let me know that he was on his way but traffic was heavy so he'd be 10 minutes later. So they were very good at communicating the appointment time.

I had an appointment on February 7 between 9-11, and took the morning off to meet him. When he had not arrived by 11, I called and was told that he was running late and could not confirm an arrival time. We rescheduled for Feb 13 between 8 and 10 and I took another morning off to meet him. I called at 9:30 and was told that he was running late and could not confirm an arrival time. At that point we gave up and called another plumbing service

I made an appt with 24/7 LLC Plumbing using the Angies List Big Deal coupon for labor which I purchased. The appt was set for Fri. 2/8/13. I received a call that day advising that an emergency had occurred and the appt had to be rescheduled for Tues. 2/12/13. I then received a call on 2/12/13 advising that they could not make that appt. and had to reschedule for 2/18/13. I asked as to why so long a delay since I had already been bumped once and thought I should at least be a priority. They had no answer other than the 2/18/13 date was the next available. They are aware that I am using the Angies List Big Deal coupon and I feel that they are not anxious to provide the service thus canceling appts. and delaying rescheduling. I am still waiting for the service to be provided. Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

My plan was to have the one low flow toilet installed in my full bath and move the old toilet to a half bath were the toilet is not working. Ronnie told me that moving a toilet could present problems and it would cost almost as much to relocate it as to have him install a new one. So I went for the new one. He also removed an old vanity, updated the pipes and installed a new one. I'm very happy with the work he did and with his flexibility allowing me to do a much needed scraping and cleaning of the floor tile prior to install of the new pieces. He even helped with it and cleaned up nicely upon completion of the job. I higly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing.

I got this deal on Angies List. I called to schedule the date. They didn't show up in the time slot they gave me but called to say that they were backed up and would I mind rescheduling. I told them I wouldn't but that the night before, the pump that pumps water up from this basement bathroom had gone out and I would also like it repaired. She said that they would be there that day since the pump had gone out and they didn't want to take any chances with the basement getting water in it. The plumber came that afternoon and checked out the pump. He didn't have one with him but he replaced the leaky toliet so that I wouldn't have water running into the pump. He gave me an estimate for replacing the pump. I have scheduled them to put n a new pump next week. The tech was professional and courtious.

Work was originally scheduled for an earlier date. Company requested rescheduling due to being so late. Second time plumber came to the home two and fifteen minutes beyond the agreed frame. I decided to cancel everything. No report on quality.

Scheduling OK. Friendly People. I had requested service for three areas that was included in the initial special price of $119. I asked to have two toilets check and the leak under the sink fixed. There was a hissing sound that one toilet made and an adjustment was made inside the tank and the small tubing connecting to the waterflow assembly. The second toilet had a small amount of water at the base. The service person took the entire toilet off the base and said that the flange was cracked. He left to go get a new one. Then there was another part/piece he needed and he left again to go and get another part. He said the work on this toilet would be an additional $225 - so I told him to go ahead and fix it because I had company coming for the holidays. After he fixed the second toilet, he went to fix the leak under the sink and replace the aerator part which I had already purchased. He tightened a hose connection, but I still had the leak the next day. While he was here he also gave me an estimate to do other plumbing work on my main connection to the street. The service wasn't bad - just that I was expecting more - and a call back to me would have been nice to see if everything was working.

Although I did not have an emergency, the initial appointment was very soon after I called. Audrey was very pleasant and informative. Rodney came and found the leak in my shower and explained everything that would need to be done to repair it. Because my plumbing is 29 years old a part had to be ordered and a follow up appointment made. When the part came in, Rodney returned and repaired it. As he was leaving he ask if I had any other issues he could help with. I did and he repaired a leak under my kitchen sink. I had purchased a $59 deal on Angie?s List and it covered the service call. I am very pleased with the work of Audrey, Rodney and 24/7 Plumbing.

What we were told by the office manager who answered the phone vs. the plumber who came to do the job were very different as far as fees and work schedules. The problem of this poor communication was compounded by the fact that the office manager had called in sick the day that the plumber came, and the plumber seemed very lost without her. However, after some polite discussion, he did do the job, took a little over two hours and we are very satisfied with the results. I do think the price was high, but that would probably be true of most (all?) plumbers. Also, I presented the 10 percent off coupon that was available through Angies List, but was told that coupon applied only to labor, not to parts. That is not at all clear from the coupon itself, and the 10 percent coupon was a major reason why I went with this plumber. I just had the feeling that when it came to price, he was not being 100 percent honest. But as I said, the work was done well and done quickly.

This was a good experience. They had to reschedule a couple of times, btu called in advance and were quick to get me back on schedule.The worker came over and did all of the repairs I needed done. They were clean and professional. He educated me on what he was doing. Nice job.

Nice guys, reliable, real pros

There is a big-name plumber literally up the road from my subdivision. I used them once for several jobs when I first bought my house and was greatly disappointed. 24/7 Plumbing is everything great that the other company wasn't. Even with a coupon, 24/7 treated me as a premium client. They explained everything thoroughly and advised what I should do for the future. They were able to quickly fix my water heater leak and were honest enough to not try to sell me additional parts/services that I didn't need. They even came out a second time (no charge) to check when I thought there was still a problem (there wasn't - the water heater just needed some time to dry out.) They could have very easily tried to sell me more, but went with their experience and said it wasn't necessary. After hearing of my experience, my friend used them as well for completely different issue and was equally pleased. Without hesitation I will use their services again when the time comes.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for $89 for plumbing service. Ronnie came out and installed a kitchen faucet that I had purchased. As it turned out the one that I purchased had a missing part and we ended up running up to Home Depot for a replacement. Ronnie was so patient and a terrific guy. He installed the replacement faucet with absolutely no complaints for having to run up to Home Depot for the replacement. There were some real scheduling issues initially - I had made an appointment two weeks in advance but, for some reason, they didn't have me on the books anywhere and no one came. I called to reschedule and no one came out for that either. In the end I am tremendously pleased - Ronnie is a super hard worker, did a fabulous job and is a real nice guy to boot. I'll definitely use them again if/when I have a need.

The service was scheduled about a week in advance. Communication with the 27/7 Plumbing was excellent from beginning to end. The plumber was courteous and removed his shoes before entering my house. The old toilet was removed and replaced in minutes. The work area was left clean except on the floor where the new toilet exposed an area the old toilet covered. This will be cleaned by me without too much effort. I recommend this plumbing company and will use them again if I need any work done.

Ronnie did the work. He was very nice and professional. I will use this company again. Very considerate of my home.
