I thought poorly. I was very unimpressed with his work and complete lack of follow up.

When Rodney arrived he removed the commode, and immediately knew what the problem was. A former plumber did not seat the toilet properly and it was leaking water into the downstairs shower light fixture. He had to go to the hardware store and buy a new wax ring. After installing it, he sat on the commode (he is a large man) to be sure it was set properly. After several flushes, there was no water in the downstairs bathroom shower light. We have been using it regularly and I would say it is fixed. No leaking. Rodney suggested if we have any problems at all to call him. He is so accommadating.....I would recomment him to anyone with a problem.

The work was done well with $200 additional charge.

The coupon was for install of toilet and hardware after remodel. I added an additional sink to the order and therefore expected to pay a bit more, but not $400 more. I was in a bit of a jam when the plumber came out that day and therefore was just happy that the work was done and we had a working toilet, but now having time to think about it, I think that we (I) were totally ripped off. As soon as he arrived, he made a big 'to do' that the job was WAY bigger than just reinstalling the toilet and hardware. In hind site - not the case. I believe he came out knowing it was a coupon and made a big deal to make me feel like his extra bill made sense. I was a sucker. In addition to installing the hardware on the bath counter top, we needed the vanity placed. I had asked when I set up the appt. if he would do that and was told no problem. The bath is very small and the vanity and counter very simple. The vanity is a wood vanity that didn't require any work other than to put it in place. The counter only required calking to the vanity and wall prior to installing the plumging. He made a huge deal about putting it in place stating that he doesn't do that. However he committed to do it and charged a significant ammount to do. (note we would have done it in advance of him arriving had we known) We realized this weekend that he never secured/calked the top to the vanity. He installed all of the hardware and pluming and never secured the counter to the vanity (alhough he said he did) - REALLY!?!? Finally - the reinstall of our toilet was a bit tricky. The new floor we installed was lower than the previous which made the pipe stick out higher than it should. Therefore some work was need to make the toilet level. We have limitations in teh basement limiting his ability to go through the ceiling and fix the pipe, so he attempted the go from the top. He had some success and ultimatley had to use shims to level the toilet promising he was going to come back and fix the temporary solution. I've never heard from him again. In the end, we feel like we were taken....shame on us. We will never use this company again!!!

He was on time, and evaluating the issue quickly and accurately. The job was completed in under 2 hrs and was done well. The only thinkg is I wish he would have cleaned up a little better. Debris was left on my garage floor - not really major, but enough to not get an 'A' grae for professionalism. I would absolutely hire them again.

They were very late showing up but they were very apologetic and did a quick and good job. They were 2 or 3 hours late. The guy was really nice and he worked really quickly and he did a very good job.

I had an Angie's List coupon for these services. Ronnie was great to work with. He called to tell me when he would be there and was punctual. The work was done in a timely manner. He is very professional and courteous. I won't hesitate to call him for any plumbing needs.

The plumber, Ronnie, called to let me know he was running a few minutes late, which was courteous. Once here he looked at each of the 3 bathrooms and their individual problems, then wrote up an estimate (which turned out to be correct, no extra charges later). Ronnie was extremely personable and friendly, and answered my questions with detailed explanations. He performed the work quickly and efficiently, and had all the parts and tools he needed. All the problems on my list were fixed but one, which turned out to be a faucet that's broken inside. I will have to buy another one and schedule a separate job for that. He still took that sink apart and fixed the hot water flow problem, so technically each item on our list was fixed, but he discovered one that will need future work. He was great with my dog and nosy cat (the cat had to investigate *everything* he was doing), and his manner put me at ease too. I'm delighted with their service and glad we now have a plumber we can trust.

Quick - nice toilet. It is a little mis-aligned though.

The plumber and his wife arrived about 20 minutes early. They quickly diagnosed the problems with both leaks and provided a price to fix them. I gave authorization to fix the leaking faucet for the bath tub as I felt the price was reasonable. They left and went to get the required parts, came back promptly and fixed the tub by replacing the faucet and handles. So far its working well. I then asked for a price to get a new bathroom sink with faucet installed rather than fixing the old one. I was told $550 to install new one. I elected to not have them do this work and will be getting other estimates before I make a decision.

Job was completed, but the coupon was worthless.

24/7 very quickly broke down the old toilet and removed. They used a wet vac to clean the area before installing the new toilet. They were very efficient. They also replaced all the tank parts in the other toilet that was leaking water. He immediately knew a part had gone bad and replaced it along with all other parts; so they were all new to ensure I would not have a problem anytime soon. I was very pleased as this toilet was not a part of the deal and he still gave me a good price.

He was on time, very professional in his appearance and manner. The truck looked great, very professional too. The removal of the old toilet and the installation of the new toilet was done quickly and smoothly. he left the area that he worked in, as well as the path he took back and forth to his truck, through the house and garage, spotless. he explained everything clearly. I appreciated his ability to explain things in "I"m clueless about plumbing" language, for my benefit. Any plumbing services we need, from this time on, we'll use these folks. They're great.

I called and made an appointment for the technician to come. He came on time, and installed the toilet in about 1/2 hour. He then checked a problem I had with the toilet in the master bedroom, and told the flange was broken and it would cost $200 to replace it. I made an appointment for them to come and do this work, but later had to cancel due to unexpected surgery I underwent. I would recommend this company to others, as I was pleased with their work.

Total was as quoted. Very professional. I would use again.

Brought the plumbing deal and called to set up a date for the work to be done. Rearranged my schedule to be available for the plumbing work to be done and they didn't show up. I called their office and was told some lame excuse why that had not showed up. So, trying to be understanding, I scheduled another appointment for the following week. After rearranging my schedule and waiting for them the second time, the day they were supposed to do the work, they left a message on my answering machine saying they were not coming AGAIN. If they cannot or will not show up to do the work, they should not be allowed to offer deals on Angie's List.

I was extremely impressed with this company. Their response time was excellent. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I was happy to support a family-run business. We will definitely use them again if needed (which hopefully won't be too soon!).

Not good had to call someone else

I set up the appointment for a $49 deal for a water heater flush, and inspection of 2 toilets. The appointment was for 3/1/13 between 9am and 11am. At 11am, I'd received no word and no one showed up. When I called them, the lady said she'd tried to call me to postpone, but the number she had for me didn't work. My number's easy to find online and in the phone book, so she didn't try very hard, but I shrugged that off as not a big deal. She then said the plumber was at the doctor, but they could set me up for 1pm. At 1:20pm, she called to say he'd arrive at 2pm. At 2:25pm, he actually showed up and that's when things got scary. Since I'd just been robbed a couple of weeks ago, I answered the door with a dog on a leash because I wanted to be sure it was, in fact, the plumber I'd been expecting since 9am before I put her up. The dog did bark and tug on the leash, but she never left my side. His first words were "Did you call for a plumber?" and after I said "yes", he immediately ordered me to put the dog up. I was astonished that he wasn't even going to say "hello" to me before barking orders at me and said as much. That's when he informed me he'd been bitten by a dog recently. I am sorry he had to go through that and I tried to explain, in turn, why I answered the door with the dog but he didn't want to hear it. I even told him the demolished door from the break in was still sitting on the carport and asked him to take a look at it so he'd understand my fears. He wasn't even willing to take a few steps and go see it and try to understand. I'd heard his concern and kept the dog away from him, but he didn't care at all about my fears or concerns. He is a large and imposing man and he was combative. Frankly, he was scaring me and when he left, I was relieved he was gone and quickly locked the door. Even now, an hour later, I still feel shaky. I am a 50 year old female and it was just me and the dog here. If he hadn't been a bully, it could have all been so different. It seems to me that he could have and should have said hello and politely asked me to put up the dog because he was afraid of her. I'd have gladly said yes if he'd done that, but it wasn't a request and he wasn't polite. He was demanding and intimidating. If they don't refund the money, I'll forfeit it rather than face him again.

They came out the same day they were called.

They came in and in no time correctly identified the problem. They quoted a price for me and had my water pressure regulator replaced for me in no time. They answered all of my families questions about plumbing that did not pertain to the specific joband the were very freindly.

Very knowledgeable. He suggested what is needed now and what can be done in future. I have used plumbing technicians before but never seen some one as professional as him. We has approachable and open to suggestions. He knows what he is says. I will call him whenever I need in future and definitely recommend his service.

The service people were on time, performed efficiently and neatly.

First appointment was 2/15/2013 with a 9-11 window. When they had not showed up by 11:00, I called the office. Talked to Audrey and she told me they had scheduling issues that they didn't have when they first opened. Her words to me were "changes were being made in personnel to fix that" . She told me someone was supposed to have called me the night before and reschedule due to the person handling Fayetteville having to go out of town suddenly. She rescheduled me for the next Friday 2/22/2013, same window. When they had not showed up again the second time, I called at 10:45. I had noticed they had called earlier when I was in the shower. She told me they had gone to another call in Fayetteville and she would call him to get a new time estimate. At that time she estimated 12-2. I called back at 3:00 and she said she had talked to the guy and he told her that job was way bigger than he thought and it would be another hour and a half. They never called me back that day. I called the office at 4:15 and 5:30, no answer. I left a message the second time and asked them to call me. It is now noon on the following Monday and still no call from them. Completely inexcusable and unprofessional. Worked their scheduling issues out? Hardly...... UPDATED: Because of the original problems, Rodney told me he would let the coupon cover everything which I thought was very fair. Before he left we had a long talk about the scheduling issues. He apologized several times and told me he has gotten rid of a couple of people and has dropped the new system to go back to what he did originally. I stressed to him that as a customer, how important communication and honesty are. I told him had they just called me and told me what had happened that things would have been viewed differently. He agreed with me and assured me that things are being done differently now. I have no choice but to take him at his word. I hope he is right, because once they got out here it was a very good experience. I merged the grade from an original "F" with an "A" for when he did the work, that is why it is an overall "C". I will call them again when I need a plumber.

I have been in contact with 24/7 Plumbing for almost four months regarding work that they did for me at my small business. They replaced a faucet, and almost immediately a different part of the fixture started leaking. I have been calling them for months, asking them to come back and look at the job they did, since it seems that they caused this new problem. I finally called this week and said that if someone didn't come out, I would be forced to submit a negative review, since I had such a negative experience. The (very nice) scheduler set up an appointment and said "now they won't have any excuse for not showing up." No one showed up for that appointment, and no one called to reschedule. I will not use their services again, and do not recommend them.
