The plumber introduced himself, courteous, educated us on everything, Fixed a leaking sink that required parts replacement, checked all the handles/the showers - I have had this coupon for a long time, the first time I called, they had to cancel on me and then there was not a followup call to reschedule. This happened 3-4 mos prior to the actual service date. I finally called them back and they schedule a plumber to come - this time they took care of the problem.

The young man was on time and very courteous, worked quickly, left no mess and gave us an estimate on a second job that we have in mind and will definitely call back for.

uded While it only took about fifteen minutes to change the cold water valve stem, I was tol it would be an additional $79.00 to check pressure and adjust the regulator which took an additional thirty minutes. I felt this should have been included in the original deal.

Fantastic! He went thru and checked all that needed to be checked and made recommendations.

I called and spoke with the reception person, explained my issue. She said she would call me right back. 4 hours later I had not heard from them. When I called back, she again said that she would call me right back. An hour later she called back and said that they had to contact another plumbing company because they were not able to make it. The company they referred came and took care of the issue, but since they were not part of Angie's list I was not able to use my coupon, and had to pay full price.

The showerheads went well. The toilet required a call back but that went well. No further issues.

The over all request for inspection was performed and I was satisfied with the service

Very courteous service techs. Fast, efficient and thorough. Nice clean up. They were running late but did call with an estimated arrival time.

I was given an appointment time which was not stated as a range, so when the plumber was over an houR late, i started calling. At that time i was informed that it was a window of time. He was still delayed beyond the promised arrival. If I had not specifically asked beforehand I would have been charged $30 each to haul away the old toilets. I made arrangements with someone else for much less. Two of the three toilets are unsteady and the repair could not be done for a few weeks. He did return and attempt repair, but they are still unevenly set.

Overall, it was a successful purchase. I didn't have real problems to solve, but needed a new shower head installed and some minor things checked. The contractor happily did the small items, cleaned up after himself and took time to explain the procedure.

The 24/7 technician was prompt and efficient. There were a number of services performed in our two-hour time slot and he was very helpful in providing information. The work was completed professionally and I was very happy with the service overall.

This work was an Angie's Big Deal job but it couldn't have been handled more professionally at full price. The office answered all of my questions regarding the work before I made a commitment to the job and actually researched a question and called me with the answer. The crew had an emergency on the scheduled day and I was called promptly with an explanation and options for rescheduling. I then had to change that appointment and that, too, was handled easily. Ronnie, the service tech, was very professional and courteous, explaining in detail what he was doing and how to use the system once it was installed. I definitely will use 24/7 for my future plumbing needs.

They called & rescheduled the first appointment the day before the scheduled install. They were late on the new install date. An assistant plumber was ill and he had to be taken back to office. The install went quickly. The plumber was friendly and the new toilet looks good and works fine. Since they were running late & I had things I needed to do, I removed the old toilet while waiting for them to arrived, which speeded up the process.

The experience was very pleasant. I will use them again without hesitation!

No complaints everything went smoothly. He removed the old toilet and replaced it with a new one. He removed the old toilet so I wouldn't have to look at in the yard to the trash men picked it up.

He took out the faucet in my kitchen and replaced with a new one. He also checked out my bathroom to make sure there wasn’t a leak. He did some extra work as well while he was still at the appointment. He was gracious and did the work well. He was very nice and I was very grateful for his work.

I thought the experience was excellent. I thought the plumber and his wife did a great job which fixed the problem. Ronnie was early which I was notified of promptly to make sure I was going to be home. He was quite personable. It did not take them very much time to complete the work and price was much, much better than what was quoted by another outfit.

Plumber called and was on time, discussed each project and had a thorough understanding of work needed, finished each job timely using the parts I supplied, and was courteous and efficient. I will use this business again when I need plumbing help.

The address is not correct; it's just one of the owners' houses. What I wanted them to do is not covered in this big deal. It seems like they want to do $69.00 worth of work, not $430.00. They don't do a good job of returning phone calls and I think they give out different phone numbers to different customers.

The plumber arrived and made a big deal out of the work that was to be done, he made it out to seem as if unclogging the drain in our main shower was "HUGE" when all it had in it was hair from years of use (as is to be expected with a woman with long hair and an 8yr old girl with long hair as well). He double talked in such a way that by the time it was over my husband had lost track of what was actually included in the coupon "Big Deal" and what had been "add-on" services. The Big Deal should have included repair and service of two toilets (all we have in the house), WHOLE HOUSE inspection (no plumbing issues anywhere other than in the shower he unclogged because we've recently had the whole house FIXED), and a water heater flush (which he did not do). And for unclogging the drain in the shower (which was really only a slow drain, not a clog) and shimming the toilet in the other bathroom he charged us $375 extra than what was already included in the original coupon deal. (Edited to Add 03/21/2013): Once I contacted the owner with my complaints instead of coming back to me with a plan of resolution he then "threatened" to come back with a reply to Angie's List and my review and expose me and state that we had written a bad check and they "had to threaten legal action" in order to get us to pay. This is not true, I had left my husband with a blank check and had told him to pay for extra work that needed to be done. He was not aware that we did not have the money at the time to cover the additional $350 worth of work that they erroneously charged us for but when they called us back to have us make good on the check we made the payment over the phone including the $25 returned check fee. That was just a week after the work was done. This was a communication issue between my husband and I but it was also another example of how I had not expected for "extra charges" to somehow add up to be $350. According to the email from the owner of the company, the charges were as follows (which is not how MY invoice reads): Shower drain cleared 75.00 Fill valve in hall toilet 125.00 Hall toilet was pulled and reset with shims 50.00 Cleared kitchen sink drain 75.00 We also tuned up the two toilets which includes flappers if needed and flushed the waterheater. As I stated in my original review, the front toilet was shimmed, that was it. The shower drain was checked and possibly cleared, that is it. They did not flush the water heater as it was brand new... A fill valve costs $7.50 at Home Depot and should be included in the "Tune up and repair" in the toilets as "flappers" only cost $5.90 at Home Depot and in a pkg of 3 cost $14. The repair or replacement of either of those items is NOT $125 worth of work. That is a 150% increase in expenses... and it's probably all because they didn't want to come out to our home on the Angie's List "Big Deal" coupon. One other thing had to do with the professionalism of the owner. After calling my husband instead of me (as my husband was the one at the house the day of the repairs but not the one who purchased the coupon or made the complaint) he took a different tack with me. He became belligerent in the emails with me, as I stated before... threatening to "expose" that they had to "threaten legal action" with us because of the check (to be honest, I had thought of cancelling the check because of the erroneous charges at the time, but didn't get the opportunity to do so as the check wouldn't clear the bank anyway)... then he began to call me a liar and to state that "No one had ever posted such nonsense on Angie's List before without contacting them before hand" which is a bold faced lie. There is at least one other review here where I have seen that the owner or receptionist of the company "confronted" the reviewer stating that " If you feel the installation was incorrect you should have called our office and/or not signed the invoice." Which seems to be their standard argument... if you didn't like the service you shouldn't have signed the invoice... Well, what else is a customer going to do? Kick someone out of their home, not pay them for work they have done... not sign an invoice for work completed? Whether they agree with the work completed or not, if they do not pay for the work completed should someone really get the police involved? I guess, in the future, when it comes to contractors that shill the customers that's what we'll have to do...

He fixed the bathtub for me and then asked if there was anything else I needed fixed afterwards. He checked everything. He was very helpful.

Instead, since one of the commodes needed replacement of all working parts, it was repaired and the two others - along with the "health" of the kitchen sink faucet - were inspected. I agreed to this change in the offer and am pleased with the wok, the way in which it was completed, and the folks who came to do the work. They were pleasant, competent, and professional.

I was satisfied with the visit, I feel like I got some value, and I would recommend the guy.
