+ -1 moreEasy scheduling and punctual arrival. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the flushing issue. When looking at the shut-off valve problem, he gave me two options: replace the shut-off at significant cost or just keep the pipes insulated to avoid potential freezing in the colder months. His recommendation was the cheaper alternative, and I took his recommendation. In addition, he checked all the other toilets and got all of them working better than they had been by adjusting the water levels. I would not hesitate to call upon them to provide more services when the need arises.
Description of Work: Two problems prompted me to take advantage of the Big Deal offering: (1) The guest toilet was no longer flushing properly; (2) a shut-off to the outside faucet wasn't functional.

+ -1 moreVery positive experience. All work was easy to schedule and done promptly upon arrival. A few days after the new faucet was installed, we felt it was coming a bit loose, and they had no issue whatsoever coming back out to check on it (turns out it was a minor design issue).
Description of Work: 24/7 came out and installed a faucet that we supplied for our kitchen sink, and moved the existing faucet to the laundry sink.

Description of Work: When I signed up for the deal I explained I didn't need the inspection, but I did have some faucet and toilet work I needed done. The company assured me when I called and when they came out to the house that I could get a refund if I didn't need the service or they could not do the work as part of the deal. They fixed 2 toilets as part of the deal and explained what I needed for the faucet.

+ 0 moreVery good experience. Rodney called when he was about 30-45 minutes away from the house, Wasn't able to be present, but the tenant was. After he finished the job, Rodney called me to explain the work he had to do in order to fix the problem.
Description of Work: I have a rental property and the new dishwasher was not installed correctly by a separate appliance person. The first time my tenant used the machine, it leaked water all over the place and was unbalanced. Prior to this job, I had to have new low-flow toilets installed at this same location and the company was fair with the price charged to me and worked hard to get the job completed without disrupting things much at all. I called 24/7 and the very friendly and helpful receptionist scheduled for Rodney to come out and check out the issue. He assessed the situation and made several repairs and adjustments. He was very thorough and I now have a very happy tenant. He worked efficiently and made very good use of his time. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Ronnie, owner, arrived on time and was very professional. I didn't know that he was the owner until later in the visit when I asked, based on conversation. He had to go for parts and was quick to return. (Very important to customer when time is a concern.) He did the repairs and showed me what to do with a slow drain. + -1 moreI set up an appointment with this company for March1st, and on the day they phoned to say the plumber had been held up but they would call back to let me know when he would be arriving. That was the last communication I had from them. I have phoned on several occasions, but always get the answer machine. The messages I have left have gone unanswered. It is now April 2nd and the voucher I purchased runs out in May. I don't hold out much hope of getting service from them. My advice........steer clear of this company. UPDATE: Big Deal Voucher - Follow-up from my earlier review. Despite contacting this company several times, I have not had any response to my request for service on the Big Deal Voucher. I am going ask for my money back. Don't use this provider.

+ 0 moreI called him for a slow drain in a bathroom sink and a shower that took 10-12 minutes to get hot. He missed the first appointment and we had to reschedule, which was a great inconvenience to my work schedule. I had to wait another month to get him out to my house. He said that the solution for the shower was to put in a heating element. He said that he would work on the sink when he came back to install the heating element, even though I didn’t agree to that yet. He ended up not working on the sink and I ended up not getting anything for the $59 I paid.
Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal from him for $265 worth of professional plumbing services.

+ -1 moreOur appointment window was from 9-11am. The plumber arrived a few minutes after that, but his office had called us twice with updates on when he would arrive. We explained the things we wanted done and, after a trip to the nearby Home Depot, he immediately got to work. He even suggested better ways to do the repairs we needed. The job took about 2.5 hours, a little longer than our coupon was good for, but he charged us only for parts. After cleaning up and testing the faucet, he was on his way. We are thrilled to have our new faucets in and working good!
Description of Work: Our washing machine supply faucets and box enclosure were replaced. Our kitchen faucet was replaced.

+ -1 moreOriginally we tried to have the work completed in December but had some issues with scheduling. when we finally worked out the scheduling kinks, the gentlemen at 24/7 were wonderful. They arrived on time, were honest and did great work. They did not want to install the toilets that we had picked out at home depot as they would not look right or function the way we really wanted. So they steered us to a supplier to order better ones and even delivered them to the house for installation. We have had to call them since for other issues and Audrey (scheduler), Ronnie and Rodney have continued to impress us. Because of the original scheduling issue, they have also completed an extra task or two at no extra charge.
Description of Work: We needed to have two old school toilets replaced in our older home.

Although did not have one of parts needed for dishwasher installation , came back a couple of days later she mutually available and quickly completed job.Dishwasher was a job added after plumber came - realizing they could complete faster at at lower cost than store purchased from.

Plumbers wound up having to go (twice) to a specialty hardware store for parts for our 60 year old plumbing. It took absolutely all day long, but they got the job done. No leak since!
