It took them 15-20 minutes to flush the two water heaters. They wanted to charge me $75 to clean out the kitchen pea trap, to fix the insta-hot water leak (a 5 minute job) $125, tighten the shower handle bracket $75, replace the inside of the toilet tank (parts not included) $150 each for 2 toilets, straighten handle on vanity $75. I had it done by another plumber, along with several other things, for $200 total. He was a very nice man - but needless to say I think their prices are outrageous! I used the big deal to do the water heaters.

He was late arriving, but called twice to say he was held up at another job. He replaced the toilet efficiently, in a timely manner (between 30-45 minutes) and left. It was part of the deal to inspect another toilet, but he did not do this. Obviously, he was busy that day, and it really was of no importance to me, so I didn't mention it. I was happy with the installation and would call him again.

They were fine they did what they were supposed to do.

I bought a "Big Deal" for overall plumbing inspection. The plumber was very nice. He fixed two leaky toilets and adjusted the water pressure. When I asked about connecting the ice maker, I told him that the water line was on the other side of the kitchen and that several other plumbers had refused to do it or given me exorbitant quotes. He said it could be done easily for around $250, so I asked that he come back and do the work. The first time he was scheduled to come, he had an emergency on another job and couldn't come, but the office didn't notify me. On the second appointment, there was apparently a mixup in the office about what time he was supposed to arrive, and he didn't get here. The third time he was scheduled to come first thing in the morning, he came within the allotted time, and he completed the work satisfactorily.

Ronnie, their tecnician and Master Plumber, was a joy to work with throughout the 5 hours he spent with us. He was extremely knowledgeable, offered sound advice, multiple options and did the work quickly and professionally. We would use himagain in a minute for any additional plumbing needs.s at a alater date.

They are amazing! We are now using them for our regular plumbing service. They were very professional. They were going to be an hour late and they called immediately to tell me there exact ETA.

He found that the water was running in the basement and saved us $20 dollars on our water bill. He was willing to educate me with any question I had, it wasn't pushed aside or negated. He told me what to look for and what to listen for. He actually said part of his service was education. The downside was that because it wasn't an emergency we had to wait two weeks.

He took a look at the shower head and said he would see if he could locate the replacement cartridge for our Valley shower. While he was there, we told him about our two leaking bathroom faucets. He said he could fix everything for between $200-$300. Before going to locate the parts, he shut off our water at the main to our house. After about 2 hours of no water, he called and said he had good news and bad news. The good news was that he had the replacement cartridges for both our sinks and could do that repair. Although he wasn't finished researching the part (according to him), the bad news was that he could not locate the cartridge for the shower because it was Saturday, and the place in Marietta that probably had it was closed. Not more than TEN MINUTES after he called, he was knocking on our door again to say that he hadn't found the part. He also said that in order to replace the cartridge, he would have to tare out a wall and install an access panel. He said that would cost $500-$600. Then he went on to tell us this long drawn out story about how he had to hurry home to his wife because they were going out. It made us feel as though he just wanted to make some quick money off of us and leave so he could get home. We ended up paying Rodney $150 for the repair of the two bathroom faucets. We opted NOT to have him tare up our bathroom wall. When I asked him about the 10% Off coupon from Angie's List, he said that he already gave us a good price so he was not going to honor the 10% coupon. DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY LIED!!! One of the places he said he went to was Ace hardware in Tucker, GA. I talked to them--they are open from8-6pm on Saturdays. They were not closed. Plus they said they carry just about every Valley shower cartridge. We were told it was not available. Last, cartridges are installed from the front and that there is no need to tare out a wall. I hope this review saves someone time and money.

The only problem was that I was originally given an appointment between 12noon and 2pm. I received a call advising me that the plumber would be later than expected. Overall, I would say it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend 24/7 plumbing.

I purchased a Big Deal last Dec. 2012. I tried to schedule the installation from January through March, but after leaving my tel. no. on the recording several times, no one called me back to schedule for about 3 months. Finally the scheduler called me in late April about a week before, and the faucet was installed on April 29, 2013. The plumber was quite capable and did a nice job installing the faucet. It was a great relief to me to get rid of the sharp corners and very difficult to move old faucet. The new faucet is smooth and rounded and does not hurt my arthritic hands.

The man that came out was very helpful. He explained why the toilet was leaking and what had to be done. He also showed me how to repair it and what to buy for issues at my other home.

It took an inordinately long time to schedule an appointment when I originally called to schedule. Then the day before the appointment, the scheduler called and stated my appointment was from noon to 2pm when I had it written down as being from 9am to 11am. When I told her I had scheduled to be off work specifically so I could be there, she changed and said it would be from 9am to 11am as originally scheduled. The day of the appointment I waited until 10:30am, and my wife then convinced me to go to work. My wife called at 1pm and stated they called and that the original plumber scheduled called in sick and they were sending another plumber. The coupon that I purchased was for $59.00 for $265 worth of services, but he only gave us $170.00 off on the labor charges. The plumber (Mr. Edis) was fantastic and did an excellent job. However, I did not receive the total amount off that I was supposed to have received which was $265.00 off on the labor charges vs the $170.00 that he showed as taken off from the total labor amount of $420.00. My wife was not aware of the discrepancy as she had not purchased the coupon.

He did a wonderful job and he really worked hard at it. It is functioning properly now.

We made the appointment and were given a two hour window for the work to be done. He arrived promptly, and the work took less than an hour. He explained the features of the new toilet and told us what type of cleaning products are best to use. A quick and pleasant experience. We will certainly use him again.

He gave me some sensible advice where it would be more cost effective if I went with an electric dryer. My laundry room is on the second floor of my house. He said he could do the work, but it would be at a substantial expense. I appreciated his integrity, honesty, and professional terms on his advice to solve my issue here. He also did a courtesy check on the plumbing through my house.

I purchased an Angie's big deal for this company. When I called to set up the appointment I asked how much it would cost to have a toilet fixed and explained that I had purchased the deal. I was told that it would be approximately an additional $150.00 dollars, needless to say I was a bit taken back because the deal was for $350 worth of plumbing for $69. When the plumber arrived (he had called and was late for the appointment), I explained to him I was not happy about the charge and he explained that what I was told was not correct and the toilet repair would be covered for the $69 I paid for the deal. He was apologetic for the confusion and completed the repair to my satisfaction.

Was v. pleased with the work. The people at 24/7 Plumbing made setting up the appointment and getting the work done easy. Will definitely use again and would recommend.

The plumber arrived and I showed him the toilet in the master bedroom that kept overflowing. He explained that when this happens it can usually be fixed by changing the flapper. I already had the parts, so he changed the fill valve and the flapper, which solved the problem.

Technician was the same for both visits. He was extremely professional, talking me through exactly what needed to be done, what the costs involved were, and what other options were available. There were no call-backs required, as all service performed was correct the first time. Very impressed by the coordination between the technician and the company office. In both visits, I received phone calls verifying that the scheduled appointment time was convenient for me, telling me that the technician was en route to my home, checking to ensure that the technician had arrived on time, and finally a call to verify that all expected maintenance had been performed in a satisfactory manner. Would recommend these folks to anyone, family or friend.

It went excellent. The gentleman was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He worked quickly and just knew his job. He arrived on time and got right to work.
