Arrived and checked source of my stoppage. It was the faulty disposal unit and he replaced it at reasonable cost.

Great experience until the technician didn't show up on time and basically hung up on me.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They interacted with my husband and my husband said they did a very good job and we would use them again. He did tell my husband it would be an additional $110 because of the additional leaks. It was quite extensive work. We had an appointment and they kept their appointment.

He called to let me know he was on the way. He was friendly and personable. He was efficient and he did not take all day. He came prepared. He did very good work.

The service was completed quickly and efficiently. I had a leak under the sink in my spare bathroom. I took advantage of a big deal purchased, and hoped the coupon covered my issue. The technician arrived timely, and quickly assesed the situation. He didn't have the part he needed, but after a short trip to the hardware store, he returned and repaired the leak. The entire process took less than an hour, and I have not had an issue since. I would definitely recommend their services, and would use them again in the future.

We bought a toilet from Lowes though we could have bought one from the company. They are professional and prompt.

I was completely satisfied with the deal arranged with 24/7 Plumbing to install a bathroom faucet. They were easy to work with and performed the job very professionally. I plan to call them again when the need arises.

Vendor called to see if he could come early, which was professional and appreciated. One of the issue was I had other vendors outside at the same time and couldn't be with the plumbing vendor the whole time was was performed in the house. The two toilets did have the flappers replaced. I told him one toilet did not have much water come back into bowl after flush and replacing the flapper appeared to fix that. I told him the other toilet continued to run after flushed. It still does. The toilet die test, which I'm familiar with was not done. He looked at the washer hoses and when I asked why I don't have hot water going to the washer he didn't know or offer any suggestions how it could be fixed. I told him the kitchen faucet didn't seem to have a lot of pressure. I don't believe he checked any of the faucets. I do want to say he was polite and prompt. But I don't believe I received all that was promised in the big deal.

When he came to do the work he had used some towels we had in the bathroom which stained them and upset my wife. I found it a little odd that he did not bring something in for that himself. The work was good.

The professionalism and communication of this company was impeccable. That said, this whole house tune up was fine, but didn't solve one problem I expected and preventively 'fixed' a toilet actually making it function worse.

They did an excellent job. I am happy how it was done. They were right on time, friendly, and looked for the part in several different places.

I was told the coupon included toilet installation when the appt was sxheduled. When the service tech arrived, stated he was told to charge me an additional $75. for the toilet installation. He said he was new to the company, he called the office, reluctantly they agreed not to charge me the additional fee. The "$99. plumbing inspection" was completed in 5 min after checking only one bathroom and the kitchen sink, was less than I had already done, he did not uese/ have a flashlight, didn't check showers, other bathroom sinks or toilets. I asked the Service tech about using a leveler for the toilet, stated he could adjust the toilet without it. I waited 24 hours to use the toilet as instructed, the toilet was not level on the floor.

I called the company for an appointment and they came out the next day. I was given an verbal estimated and a start date. I had to call the office because no one had show up at the schedule time. I was informed by the office that, they call to reschedule because that was not enough time for them to call out. I told her no one had call me; the number on file was confirmed. So, we reschedule the date for the next day. No one showed up or called, I didn't call back, because from the way it was going I assumed they didn't want the job. Don't understand why that wasn't said, instead of wasting my time.

He was very professional and did a good job. He replaced the kitchen faucet and cleaned up after himself. I was very satisfied with his work and would recommecn him to others.
