I was a little upset because it was supposed to be $66. It was for a leaky faucet. He did buy a part for me but he just said for his time and services because it ended up costing me close to $200. I probably could've gotten it cheaper had I gone elsewhere for what he did. I think the job he did was fine. I thought their pricing was high. I said to him, "Sixty-six dollars was supposed to be for the service." I understood I have to pay for the part. It's nothing to do with that but then he charged me more for his time and that and the other thing. I thought their prices were high because when I went online and averaged what it should cost in the Atlanta area, it should've cost me at least $40-$45 cheaper than what I ended up paying even with the part. It was just a part to put inside my faucet. We're not talking about anything real expensive here. My faucet's working fine. They came. They set up an appointment within the week or something. He was there on time, as far as I can remember. I don't remember having to wait. They were good. They came on time. He brought somebody with him. I don't know if it was his girlfriend or something like that. He was showing her pictures.

24/7 Plumbing LLC turned out well. I thought they did a good job on inspecting, making adjustments, and so forth.

Our experience was fine and he was able to complete the work. He was a good man. He took apart the toilet tank, ordered the parts and replaced with a new one and reinstalled the toilet.

He come in the time promised with his son he told me he pick him from work . I assisted him and I showed him where the leak is ,he started digging about 25 minutes he show me the connection was not done with the cooper he show me cooper connection he had in his van he told me it should not take so long to make a connection. I ask him how much it cost me ?he told me $625 3cbr /> than I told him it is too much than he told me $ $550 I agree I told him I have coupon from Angie's list 10 % off Than he told me he has to go to Home Depot to pick up something , he then wanted extra money ,extra $130 I would not recommend this co mpany for plumbing work, they are not upfront about the cost of the job and getting a few pieces ( if) from Home Depot should not cost an extra $130

Installation of our new garbage disposal was quick and easy. Would definitely use these guys again.

Ronnie came out and did a great job, completing the various tasks efficiently and explaining what he was doing. Apparently there were some issues with his phone service and returning calls, but once he came out, he was great! Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

The workman arrived on time, was clean and got right to work. He explained what he was going to do and the approximate cost of the parts. He got to work and everything worked out just fine. I would use them again/

First technician arrived on Friday afternoon and immediately conceded he had never seen the Kohler valve installed in our shower. He took pictures of the valve with his cell phone and sent to the owner of the company. The owner "coached" him through the "repair." Basically, he removed the valve cover and valve stem exposing the internal assembly of the valve. He attempted to clean the hot and cold internal ports/parts to remedy the sticking of the regulator valve. In the process of cleaning the valve, he chipped off part of the cold water valve assembly, preventing the "O" ring from sealing fully, and causing the valve to leak. In addition, the first technician broke the trim handle assembly leading to replacement by Kohler. We discovered the shower faucet leaking and the broken handle assembly on Friday evening. I called them that evening, again on Saturday morning and once more on Monday morning. Around 10:45am Monday morning, the dispatcher called and asked if the owner, Ronnie, could come out and survey the damage and attempt repair. We agreed and Ronnie drove to our home in about an hour. Ronnie immediately stated he had never worked on the Kohler valve type that was installed in our shower. He turned off the water main, disassembled the valve and surveyed the damage. We discussed options. He tried to locate the parts from two of his vendors, but could not. I asked him his confidence in repairing the valve and he was not overly confident. I asked if he rather stop than do any further damage, he said yes, and offered to refund the $75 his technician charged for the initial visit. I accepted the refund. Ronnie turned the water main back on, gave me a refund check and left. He did not replace the valve trim, nor did he turn off the valves supplying the hot and cold supply to the shower faucet. Unbeknownest to me, Ronnie has also changed the diverter controlling the shower heads. (Our shower has 6 shower heads - one main shower head, one hand-held shower head, and four wall heads.) Ronnie had diverted the water to the main shower head - I had previously diverted to the four wall heads. By diverting the water to the main shower head and failing to reinstall the valve trim, water leaked from the main shower head, down the wall into valve assembly behind the wall. The next morning I discovered a wet spot on the hall floor directly below the shower - the water from the shower valve was leaking into the first floor ceiling, through a light fixture and onto the floor. Some minor damage to the ceiling sheetrock has occurred which will require repair or replacement. The end result is a valve that needs repair or replacement by a competent plumbing professional which may require opening the wall to complete. Not only did 24/7 not effectuate the repair, they damaged the valve which may lead to an extensive repair of several hundred or more.

The plumber was quick and efficient. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. It was a very good experience and I would definitely use them again.

I took advantage of a deal, $100 to have the kitchen faucet replaced. I had to buy my own faucet. I felt it was a good deal considering what plumbers are charging these days. He replaced it without any problems. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Exceeded expectations in every way. I plan on using them for future plumbing needs.

Cost twice what was listed on Angies list. Provider said it was written up wrong on AG. Quick, clean and professional.

They showed up promptly and went right to work. Excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and will call them for my future needs.

This guy really did a great job. He checked my house water pressure. He found my water pressure regulator valve, which the previous plumber could not do. He found my outside water cutoff, which the previous plumber could not do. He replaced my valve stems in the upstairs bathtub. He put new handles and trim on as well. We had some mix up on the scheduling, so he was a little late. Because of this he only charged me $275.00. That included the parts. I feel $275.00 is a very reasonable price. Seemed to be a very honest individual.

I bought the $89 new faucet install deal and on the same day I emailed pictures of the top of the faucet/sink as well as underneath the sink/faucet to show exactly what was needed. I sent the email to the address listed on the Angie's List deal, which I believe is the owner of the company. I didn't get a response from the email, so I called the number and left a voice mail about the work I needed done. After a week of no response, I called again and spoke to the receptionist - explained exactly what I had and she scheduled the appointment for about another 10 days out. When the plumber arrived, he took one look and told me there would be additional charges of about $100. I explained that if there were going to be additional charges, someone should have informed me either when I emailed the pictures and description or when I spoke to a live person at their company. He called the owner who instructed the plumber to charge me an additional $150 on top of the $90 "deal" price I already paid. I got on the phone with the owner, and he told me no way would they do that work for $90 and that I couldn't get a plumber to show up in my driveway for that price. I asked what was the included in the deal and he said that's just to hook up a faucet where one already was installed. This didn't make sense to me since the deal was labeled "NEW FAUCET INSTALL." I let him know how frustrating this was and that I emailed pictures and spoke to someone at his company and they had the information they needed two weeks prior to let me know about any additional charges. He said to call Angie's list to get a refund. However, per Angie's List policy, refunds are only offered for 7 days, which had long expired. Add to this that we are selling that house, and I was vacating it 3 days later, so I was completely out of time to look for alternatives and deal with how to get my $90 refunded from Angie's List. This company left me no option but to pay a total of $240 for a faucet install (and sink drain hookup). While that may be a normal price, I don't believe there was any deal here, and what's worse is I hate being surprised with on-the-spot additional charges after I did everything I could to let them know exactly what was needed at the time I bought the deal. The fact that the plumber had to make 3 visits to Home Depot during the job to get supplies was another shock - what plumber doesn't travel with the basic things like faucet supply lines, PVC supplies, and sink baskets. And to make 3 trips?? About the only thing that went right was the actual installation worked.

They did a fine job. They did exactly what they promised and didn't try to up-sell me. One toilet had a slight problem in that the plumber wasn't able to fix the flapper. I spoke to his boss and he agreed to fix the whole mechanism for a small additional charge. They were friendly and professional, even though the first plumber probably should have left the flapper alone as he didn't have the equipment to fix the leak.

It wasn't the best experience. They cancelled my appointment twice and then when they did show up they didn't fix it. I called and they didn't show up again, so I just took care of it. I was expecting a little more of a better service than what I got. What I had them do was so minor that it was ridiculous, but I needed to get it done and I had already paid for the service.

It was very good. I was satisfied. They guaranteed the work for one year.

The person installing it was on time, clean, and professional! They removed an old toilet and installed a new one and did it pretty fast. The only minor thing is that the company had more than one coupon on Angie's list which were similar so there was a little confusion as to all that was needed to be done and the cost of the removal of the old toilet. However, all of that was minor and was remedied quickly. I am just putting it here so the next customer has a copy of the coupon they purchased from Angies List ready and then would run through it quickly with the installer before the work is started. Probably best to do this for any situation. In all the deal was great, the guy did a great job, and was very personable.

He was friendly, professional and didn't try to up-sell on anything. I was always keep in the loop.

The man came out, my girlfriend, the technician (Tommy), and I all saw the ear ring, and he told us that he could not find it. I never got the ear ring back.
