Found out there was a problem with the main Valve system in the basement. Some parts were brought by him after couple of hours that didn't look authentic but I'm not an expert either. Cost of job was high to me so I let him gobecause I wanted second opinion and some more estimates.

Tech was on time and friendly. It was a fairly long appointment but that was just because he went to Home Depot bought a fixture and then returned to install it. Very pleased.

An interior water pipe in my house began to leak last week, just before the July 4th holiday. As water was leaking through an interior ceiling and into my living room, I searched for a plumber who could respond quickly over the holiday. I thought I had found the perfect fit with this contractor, given the generally good reviews and the "24/7" company name. I called the company phone number, but received an answering service message. I then contacted the back-up number listed on their profile, but no one answered and I left a message. To my surprise and disappointment, I never received a call back.

Very hard to schedule no follow up

It turned out great; he did a real good job. It was clogged with something that my son put in it. He actually had to take the toilet out remove what my son put in it, and put it back on. I was very happy with him. I would use him again.

Purchased the Big Deal for two hours worth of labor. The plumber was on time and very professional. He worked hard during those two hours and was creative in fixing some of the issues I was having. Great service. Will definitely use again if needed.

The tech arrived on time, however, before he viewed toilet to be replaced he started talking about additional work needed. He made statements that my toilet had been leaking, I corrected him-there was not any leaking; next he stated the flange was cracked, attempted to show me where the crack was-I could not find a crack; next, he stated the Flange was installed when the house was constructed, I informed him, this bathroom had been remodeled approx. 8 years ago and the Flange and line was replaced. he instated the Flange was cracked and needed to be replaced and would take some time and effort to replaced and there would be an additional $360.00. Because it was the day before a holiday and my toilet had been removed--I allowed him to complete the job. Because of my complaints the tech said he would charge me $300.00 rather than the $360.00. If I had other options I would not have allowed the tech to complete the job.

He took out the faulty stems, found that they were mis matched from a previous attempt to repair. He left the house to purchase the correct stems for the shower unit. He came back and replaced them which restored water flow from both sides of the controls.

Very smooth, no issues whatsoever. What can I say? It's a toilet! The less I have to think about it, the better! Which is what I got with 24/7 Plumbing. Highly recommended! Update: Warning! This company may no longer be in business, according to the BBB. What a shame, because I really liked their service.

The big deal I purchased included an inspection of all my plumbing as well as money toward services. He did fix it, but charged me an additional $150 on top of my coupon I purchased. Did not have a very professional image.....felt like for the amount of time spent and additional $50 should have been max for the repair.

He worked quickly and knew what to do in each case. The outside faucet had been a problem for quite awhile. The plumber had to cut through a wall and do a considerable amount of rerouting, etc. The result is good.

Everything went well. I have brass fixtures and Ronnie used caution when handling them. That was a main concern. And, too, I was kept informed of when he would be here. Whole running a bit late I was called and told he was delayed. After paying for the contract, I knew I ad a long time before it expired. I am happy to have found 24/7 Plumbing, LLC!

Technician know how was excellent. Provided quality service, while taking care not to damage surrounding areas when removing toilet. Was professional in every area. I would definitely use again.

3 of the faucet diverter replaced work fine, but one of these still leaks occasionally. 1 diverter really did not work at all, plumer said entire faucet should be replaced. He did not replace it and charged me for it anyway and didn't fix it. Shower diverter seems to be fine. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed in the time it took and the charges considering part of the job was not completed properly.

24/7 did a great job. They fixed both toilets and explained the problem with both. We started with the least expensive fix first. My kind of professional and I would definitely use them again.

Technician called ahead stating his morning appointments had been completed sooner that anticipated and wanted to know if he could come early, which actually worked out very well for me. Plumber arrived, a very nice and knowledgable man. I requested that he install a new showerhead in the masterbath, check a slow drain of a sink also in the master bath and then check a rarely used toilet in a guest bathroom that was doing alot of gurgurling. FIrst we went into the guest bath and he explained to me the necessity of running water in all the fixtures in the guest bathroom at least twice a month if no one was using them. He also explained why the toilet was making noises and provided the resolution. We then went into the master bath and we discussed the slow draining sink (which at fate would have it, suddenly stopped draining slowly and seemed to be draining normally) and then he installed the shower head. The shower head works perfectly no leaking - he did an excellent job, but I didn't realize until after he left that the fixture was actually significantly tilted to the right. So I figure next time my Dad is in town he can adjust it - other than the crooked showerhead I was very happy with the professionalism of the technician and the office staff when I scheduled my appointment.

Other than two small issues, I was very pleased with the work done. Issue 1: Matt was late arriving, probably due to miscues from GPS directions - there are two roads with the same name in the same zip code and those looking for my house are often directed to the wrong one. The other issue: Matt pocketed the crawl space padlock key and forgot to give it to me before he left. It was not returned to me until several days later. The price was low because 24/7 gave me credit for the total value of the "deal." I paid $59 for $265 worth of plumbing services. The total for the inspection, trip charge and work done was $410. I did not remember that 24/7 is located in Loganville/Social Circle, so the trip charge was a surprise, but justifiable. They subtracted the deal value of $265 from $410, leaving a balance owed of $145. That, added to the cost of the deal, equaled $204.

Getting the install scheduled took a bit of work. I think they had to reschedule a couple of times because the plumber had some conflicts. In any case, the job went well. The plumber showed up on time, performed the installation, and cleaned up. It was a fairly straight forward job and luckily no issues with the flange.

Ronnie was good at communicating his arrival, showed up and took care of my issue very quickly and professionally. Great service, will use again.
