24/7 Plumbing LLC were excellent. They called and said they'd be out in a certain time frame. He called back and said, "I'm all tied up on a job, but I'll get there before the end of the day. I'll be sure to call you within 30 minutes of my arrival," which he did. When he came, he apologized and said they got backed up. I think it's important to communicate with my customers and let you know what's unfolding in my day that keeps me from making my scheduled time. He was just really professional about that part. When he came, he kind of wiggled around in my drain found some coins that had fallen down there and sort of jammed up the garbage disposal. It took him all of 60 seconds to fish them out. He said that since I was so nice about not complaining that I didn't make my scheduled time and this job really only took a few minutes, the next time you have a service, call. For whatever reason, we'll credit you the money that you paid for the service. You have a $69.00 credit on your account, should you ever need anything else. We also won't charge you just for the call. It was a really good experience and I was very happy. My pet peeve is when people call after they're late to say that they're going to be late. It drives me crazy. He called before the scheduled appointment to say he was running behind and the reason why. Then he called again to say, "Here's the status update. Here's where I am. Here's how much longer I think it's going to be." Then he called a third time to say, "I'm finishing up and I'm on my way. I should be there within 30 minutes." Even though he was not punctual, he was very good in explaining and keeping me sort of abreast of his status.

The service from 24/7 Plumbing LLC was fine. I did end up spending more cause I bought a new closet and they replaced the kitchen closet, just the closet, they removed the old one and installed a new one.

The services from 24/7 Plumbing LLC was alright. The service was OK. I don't know if I misrepresented the deal or what but I was expecting to get a lot more for my $69.00. The quality seemed to be alright. They said they would be here on a certain time frame and they were here at that time frame. They seemed professional about it.

He inspected what needed to be done and made recommendations. Then he left to purchase the hose bib. He returned in a timely manner and the work was completed quickly. I use an Angie's list Big Deal to help defray some of the cost.

Very helpful and kind professional came at the time scheduled and addressed a problem I thought I had. However, the shower faucet did not exhibit the problem - either then or since. This would have been a perfect opportunity for a dishonest repair --- but the great news is that the man was a pro with integrity. I asked for help with a kitchen faucet and he obliged, educating me about what I could expect in the future from the faucet and the hardware guarantee. All this with no extra cost - just the Angie's List Big Deal which had already been paid. Needless to say, I will use this plumber as my "go-to" guy!

We had purchased an Angie's List Coupon for the above-mentioned services. Ronnie Shaw was great - prompt and professional. He knows what he is doing and is very quick and efficient. My husband was quite impressed with his abilities. Also, he didn't try to add other costs/projects which was refreshing and appreciated. We will use 24/7 Plumbing again.

I used the special deal and thought it would cover the work. However the work was a little more expensive than I thought since the pipe had split and had to be replaced along with faucet itself. The owner of the company came out and did the work himself. He did a great job, added a cute bright red faucet and even tightened up my kitchen faucet without my asking. I would definitely recommend 24/7 plumbers to anyone and I would certainly call on him again.

Discovery of leaks happened on a Saturday and called 24/7 LLC that day. He came out within 3 hours of calling him and discovered the copper piping problem immediately. He was very thorough and was able to replace 1/2 the copper piping in the house with minimal access issues. He gave advice regarding making an insurance claim and what we could expect as next steps required. The piping was replaced with PVS piping and done with high quality work at a fair price. He was professional and very nice. I would use him again for any plumbing needs in the future.

24/7 Plumbing is a family owned and operated business. They were VERY responsive. They set up the appointment within a 2 hr window and checked back for confirmation. I provided the faucet and sink fixtures. However, the stock Delta faucets would not fit because of the thickness of the granite counter tops. When Ronnie discovered this he got on the phone, located Delta factory brass extensions at a professional plumber's supply, took his truck and got them, and did the install at no extra cost to me! This is service above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend 24/7 plumbing and will always use them in the future.

excellent work, but I was confused regrading the actual cost involved. since the service rep didn;t say anything, and neither did the owner who did the installation, I was not charged the full amount it should have cost....just the coupon cost. These things need to be made clearer at the time of coupon purchase.

The plumber called to say he was on his way, arrived on time, was dressed professionally, was friendly, outgoing, very competent, worked quickly, answered all questions, explained everything he was doing, made all repairs checked out the entire system, cleaned up his work area, and was on his way within an hour. I am very happy with his work, and would call him again if I needed a plumber.

He was very knowledgeable, through and a very nice person. He check all of our plumbing to make everything was up to code. And it was. Great job and great service.

Plumber said we made a bad choice in our purchase & offered to bring us & the toliet back to the store to pick out another one He said he had only installed one of this model before at a Dentist's house & it took him at least 6 hours to install & he had to cut open a section of the wall. He offered to rebuild the old one we had (we would have had to pay for all the parts & any extra time over two hours). We also had told him we felt the supply line needed to be repaired as it was leaking. He said it was not the supply line, the problem was a part inside our old toliet tank. The next day, my husband & I decided to install the new toliet ourselves. We did it in an hour & 1/2 & had more trouble screwing the new toliet seat on than installing the toliet! Our supply line is still leaking - it was NOT the old toliet. But my husband will do some research & attempt to fix that also. We are in our 60's & I thought it might be easier to get someone else to do the lifting & labor.....turns out we were better off doing it ourselves. Positive: He was prompt in his arrival time & the young woman who scheduled our appointment was very nice & helpful.

I actually didn't need the particular service I purchased that for but I ended up needing a plumber for a different reason so they credited the amount towards the new service I got. They were good that's why I referred them to a friend. We had an emergency and we called them because we needed them that day and they came within a couple of hours. The man was very friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with. he did a very good job being very accommodating.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was wonderful. It was great. It took a couple of weeks for them to come out. They were booked up but they put me on a waiting list and when they were available, they came out. The work met my expectations. He's very professional, efficient, he knew his job. He was busy. He was a little late but it wasn't an inconvenience.

This whole experience was great. Jackie is the woman who set my appointment and she was very kind and professional. A shout out to Jackie for her professionalism managing customers and technicians' schedules. Ronnie called 30 minutes beforehand and showed up on time. He is very friendly and professional. Ronnie very quickly and expertly replaced the removable shower head and fixed the leaky faucets. I really appreciate his work my house has only one bathroom and the house is old (built in the 1930s). Overall this was a great experience. The price was extremely reasonable as it was an "Angie's Deal."
