Description of Work: Went on Monday at lunch.. scheduled appointment for measurements on Tuesday at 830..they showed up at 845,,took measurements.. i had to keep calling to see when they would have an estimate for me.. i called 3 times and after asking for a store manager on Wednesday they quoated a price.. the 35.00 fee was non refundable unless you purchased the carpet and it would be credited towards the purchase.. i went to Econo carpet wednesday at noon.they came out at 3pm took measurements at no cost and the total purchase price for carpet, padding, installation, moving furniture and hauling the carpet was 600.00 less than lowes..
