Zach, Randy And I believe Krista was the office lady were ALL polite, helpful and professional. Communications were outstanding and the quality of work was better than I'd hoped for. I will be using them on other projects I have planned. A++ Rating!!

Zack returned my call immediately and emailed me an estimate. He graded and sloped our driveway to prevent an ongoing washing problem. He applied new gravel and used rocks and pavers we had on hand for an attractive and practical solution. Job was completed on time in a professional manner and within the estimate we were given. Zack gave us assurances that he would return and make right if washing occurred again. We have had no washing so far after additional hard rainstorms. We would definitely consider Zach again for another job.

We hired HC Construction to do some framing for us. They were skilled, efficient workers and did a fantastic job!

Zack did a great job. He cut out a hole in my basement concrete wall and installed a metal door. He showed up in the morning with all material needed for the job, knocked it out, cleaned up and was on to his next one. I will use Zack again.

It's nice to know there are still contractors like Zach Coleman. He is one of the most polite, and Professional contractors I have ever met, and I've been in construction for over 40 years. We bought a home in Baldwin that required a lot of work to make it the home we wanted. I hired Zach to do 1 project, a small porch with stairs. He is now working on 3 more projects around and in my home, and will be getting all my work in the future. When Zach prices a project for me, I feel that his prices are fair. I would recommend HC Construction and Grading for almost all types of projects.

We dealt with Zach Coleman. He is a great person to work with. He is very knowledgeable about his work, made some very excellent suggestions to change our project for the better and completed the work in as timely a manner as this horribly rainy summer would allow! He returns phone calls in a timely manner, communicates very well and I've recommended him to several people already.

Was quoted a price. When the price for the door to be intalled was less, they did not change the price. I feel i was ripped of by about $50.00 Tho the work was quality, I did not like being screwed.
