The company came out twice, very poor customer service care, I am the one that has to contact him to come out. He will not return phone calls, I have asked him a statement so I can pay him but he will not get back to me.

It was a small job, only two pallets, but they kept me apprised of a day delay due to rain and cutting of sod. They showed up when they said they would and did a good job. They were very responsive and had good communication. Very pleased.
