William David Design Group

William David Design (William Parr) recently installed a 77" TV, with a Motor-Assisted Vertical Travel TV Mount, on our stacked stone fireplace. He was recommended to us by a neighbor, and is now our Gold Standard. William initially gave us a detailed quote for the installation that we found reasonable and accepted. He gave us a timeline for his work and maintained it throughout his work. He patiently explained the operation of the entire system to my wife and me (both 80+ years old). He responded, both quickly and effectively, to all communications, was punctual, highly professional, knowledgeable and pleasant, and he completed his work in accordance with his quoted price (adjusted for a couple of small items we requested after he began his work). I unhesitatingly give William Parr my highest recommendation to anyone in need of the same or similar services.

David was prompt very professional took time to speak to the Sony tech and sent the equipment for repair. He shall be back to install the equipment too. Very rarely u find good hard working guys like him. godbless

William Parr is very friendly and knows his business very well. He is an electrician and has a good understanding doing his job well. I plan to use him for installing Dual Fuel stove and mini blinds on two very high cathedral ceiling windows. He has knowledge of many things and is able to recommend best options. His price is very reasonable. I'm very glad he was the one to call me first after submitting my request.

Excellent! It was a difficult mount because the fireplace was between windows with no built-ins to store media devices. But he was very creative about how to get the job done without any wires showing. He was very communicative during the whole process so I knew exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. Very professional and great bed side manner. Would absolutely recommend him and use him again. Top notch!

William procured a couple of (currently hard to get) Frame TVs by Samsung. He mounted both and ran additional Ethernet and electrical to get everything working. One of the mounts replaced an existing one in a difficult location on a stacked stone fireplace. He did a great job and you could tell how much better his quality of work was vs the prior professional installation. He also had some great suggestions on the install design and was able to implement them without issues. They were very helpful in making the entire household happy with the results. Communication was excellent throughout. There are many times I would send a message in the evening or weekend, not expecting a response until the next business day. I would usually get one within minutes. I was never at a loss for where things were and next steps. This includes issues with one of the TVs detailed below. One of the TVs was defective from the factory and needed to be replaced. Because it's in short supply it was difficulty to get Samsung to respond. William went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. It turned what should have been an easy TV purchase and install into a month of trying to get Samsung to do the right thing. William was persistent and kept me up to date with everything that was happening. He spent a lot of extra time making sure things were taken care of, and it's very much appreciated. Highly recommended!

William was fantastic. He was patient in explaining everything to us (elderly) after he got the system running and the bugs worked out. It is now working better than ever. He is a friendly professional.

William was awesome!! Took his time to make sure everything was precisely installed using the appropriate hardware to hold the tv and sound bar ... his suggestions for placement were spot on and the results were exactly what we wanted ... highly recommended!!

It went great. David did his thing while we were at work. He called to let us know when it was done and when we got home we had a concert in our backyard.

Wow, great work on a complicated cable install. David took the time to figure it out and delivered on the project on-time and in budget. And, when we needed to make a change he was flexible and worked it in. Definitely would hire again!!

Very smoothly. Prior to David's visit I had enlisted the expertise of a well know national company to do this work. They sent a very young and inexperienced technician who was unable to complete the assignment. This time I used Angie's List and saw the great reviews for William David Design so I booked an appointment. David showed up on time and made the task look easy. David is the consummate professional. I plan on using David for other projects that involve electronics, security and networks. I highly recommend the William David Design Group!

I always call William for any A/V services I need. He is the most knowledgeable person in terms of what is needed for each job and looks for the most efficient and aesthetically pleasing ways to configure the necessary electronics. On this TV, I needed a new mount and a new electrical outlet. These were installed seamlessly and he was able to get a tilting mount to hide the cable box so that an additional unit self was not needed. Also, he reconfigured my cable boxes to ensure the room without a real cable outlet was set up on the wireless receiver. William is extremely thorough. He always checks everything to ensure all affected TVs and boxes are working effectively and the way the owner envisioned. I am a returning customer and will continue to use William for all my home A/V needs. He is the best in the business!!!

They were really professional and extremely punctual. We were instantly at ease and impressed with the company. I called for an inquiry on services and was able to get a free estimate and have the work done all in the same day. The tech was really knowledgeable and gave us specific information about our TV size and suggested the best bracket and mounting technique for us to consider. We are so glad we went with his suggestion as it was more suitable for the needs of our family. They offered different payment options which was very convenient. The ending result was a very professional look. I am definitely planning to have him do more work in the near future.

Excellent outcome. All of the equipment was set up and is working well. William was very easy to work with from the planning stage through the final installation and setup.

Will did an excellent job of hanging out TV above a fireplace. He was able to fit us into an already filled schedule around the holidays. He asked questions before coming to ensure he had everything available. While working, he also was willing to provide suggestions and looked at other small things in the house. He is extremely knowledgeable, proactive in communication, and very reasonable with prices. We will be using his services again in the future!
