He was good. He came in to help a tech set up our system. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

William Parr knows his stuff and gets the job done every time. He's been to our house 3x since we moved in 6 months ago to install various systems (alarm, mounted tv's, etc.) and I will call him whenever we need help w/ A/V or electrical work. One of the best.

William did an excellent job. He got everything working and, when encountering any challenges, found solutions for them. He was able to get all of our electronics set up and working again and was professional and friendly. I recommend him highly.

William was great to work with. He provided estimates prior performing the work, came on time (gave me a courtesy call before arrival). Kept all areas cleaned while he performed the job. Total matched the estimate provided. Finally, did a great job and definitely experienced performing this type of work

Everything went well, and it was a good experience. Communicating and scheduling were easy, the technician was professional, and the work was done as requested.

I spoke with the company once, but have not heard back since.

These guys are amazing. In addition to being very talented and enjoyable to be around, what separates them is their ability to come up with simple solutions for complex problems. As an example, William found a way to mount our bedroom TV on a wall that was not built to accomodate it. As another example, they found ways to connect components wirelessly in rooms where wiring would have been inconvenient and unattractive. We have some more tasks in mind for them as we get settled in and only hope that our recommendation won't make them so in demand that we can't get them back in promptly (which we actually know will not be an issue given the relationship we have establisjed!) FInally, William is always avaialble by phone or text to problem solve issues that may arise.

William was very prompt and knowledgeable. Due to a cancellation, he was able to show up the day that we spoke. He methodically went through all of our electronics including some things that I had not thought to test. As a result, he saved me the trouble of going back to my insurance company multiple times. He then provided a report that I used for my insurance claim. Since he is a dealer for the A/V receiver brands that I was considering, he advised me on replacements and sold them to me at the same or better price than I could find at online retailers. I had several follow-up questions which he answered promptly via email.

He is awesome!! Not only was he able to fix my audio problem, he fix another surround system I hadn't called him to fix! Additionally, he showed me a major problem I was doing by having equipment on top of my tuner that could have been I fire hazard - so thankful to have that fixed. During the call I was able to discuss future needs and we have now a game plan on future designs on additional work. If you are looking for a very knowledgeable company that can help with large or small issues, this is the company to use!!!!

He was very personable and very knowledgable. We were very pleased.

The problem was solved internally; we did not need the deal. I emailed them to cancel and they said thank you and they understand.

William found the problem and advised me as to the pros and cons of repairing or replacing the TV. He also offered to help with re-installation if needed. I have used William several times and he is always responsive and professional.

William is fantastic. Did a very nice clean install. Went above and beyond to explain how everything worked and make sure we were happy. Super nice guy. Reasonable pricing too.

William and his assistant showed up on time with all items needed. They worked quickly were very clean with their work and professional. Set up is just what we were looking for. Explanation for the two "B"'s: We got what we paid for which was a good clean job. William was swamped so it took him a little while for him to get back to me, but once we were able to set up times, he was right on target. William talked to me about multiple projects that I am considering and provided a lot of ideas that we hadn't thought of. We really liked his efforts to help us find the best solution. I would highly recommend William if you want quality work. Can you find cheaper, maybe, will you be as pleased with the work, probably not.

He was very informed and quick to fix a mess that had been left-

As usual, he promptly returned my call and came out late that evening to get everything fixed as we had no TV and Internet. William quickly determined we had lost our cable boxes, router and switch and gave us a plan to get our service back as soon as possible even putting his own personal family funeral travel arrangements on hold. Our service provider eventually replaced the damaged equipment but our main TV was still not working. William came back out and quickly, again, found a piece of equipment that had been damaged that the cable provider missed on one of their numerous service calls. He replaced the defective part and we were able to finally enjoy our television. William always promptly responds to our phone calls, emails and texts 24/7. He will come out quickly if there is an urgent need for a service call. I wish all my contractors offered the same level of service he provides.

I didn't hear anything again for over a week. I contacted him again and he asked when I was available, I sent him a list of available dates and I did not hear from him since. I then asked for a refund. He responded And stated that he had never received any emails from me. I then contacted Angie's list to ask for a refund.

I sent a Angies List query, and got a call the same day, which was a Sunday, so I was pleasantly surprised. William offered to come out that evening to provide and estimate, and did so around 6:30pm that evening. He estimated a very fair price for all the work. I told him I had 2 other estimates scheduled as well, and I would get back with him. I called him back about a week later, and indicated I wanted him to perform the work. He had called me back from his vehicle and said he would have to call me back from the office to schedule a time. I waited most of the day and got no phone call. I called him back around 5pm that evening, and he said he could have his partner do the work maybe on the upcoming Tuesday, but he would have to check with him, and, again, he would call me back. He never did call me back. I ran the network and other cables for the television myself. We still don't have the Tv hung or the speaker cable run, but I should be able to do that myself as well.

We corresponded through email, but he kept saying he didn’t have my number. I apologized and gave him my number 8/28, but instead of calling right away, he simply responded “ok”. I didn’t hear back from him all weekend to schedule, but was able to respond through email right away. I found a different company to do the installation.

Excellent service, and excellent follow up. Will use him again, and highly recommend him!

I set up an appointment for Wednesday, I waited. He didn't call me to cancel. I called them & they asked if their Asst called to cancel, I told them that they did not. I asked them if they could come out on Friday and they still have not followed up.

Was a pleasure to work with William. He seem at least as invested in having the "end product" be acceptable, useful, and effective as I was! And he certainly was more in touch aesthetically with how my wife would want our audio equipment to look than I had been.

William is top notch. Neat, professional, trustworthy and an all around pleasant guy with which to work. I highly recommend him and his services.

William provides top-notch service. We've had a couple of follow-up questions and he either responded or stopped by to take a look. Not like others who disappear after the check clears. Will definitely use his services again as things pop up.
