After a few delays in scheduling, we finally agreed to a date. The work was well done, neat and orderly. William was very professional and efficient.

William Parr was very responsive, either answering the phone himself or calling back soon after being left a message. This is one quality very much appreciated. He came to the house before starting the project to ascertain what would be required. Although it took longer than anticipated, the end result was very good and we would definitely recommend his work. In fact, 2 of our friends have already used his services!

William was able to accomplish everything I needed and at a fair price. I have already contacted him about doing additional work.

Nice man but have no explanation on what he was doing so that means I didn't understand what he did and if it works right. Wanted more money to stay only gave me 45mins or fifty at the most.

Terribly. I had to hound him to respond to me in the first place after I paid for the service, and after he finally came out for an estimate, I had to hound him to try to get him to come actually perform the service. He never came or followed through on what he said he would do. Over and over again, he said he would call me back or set up an appointment or come perform the service on a date or time and never called or never showed. He came once for the estimate, apologize some for the problems up to that point, and continued to fail to follow through on responding to me when he said he would. Ultimately, I gave up. What good is using someone from a site like this if they just provide the worst service. Next up, the Yellow Pages.

I always thought installing a TV was no big deal..thus the 99.00 Big Deal seemed reasonable. Did it cost more? Yes. Why? Because there is a LOT of work behind it. Especially when installing above a fireplace. I had no idea. I was present during the entire time he installed the TV, the brackets and electrical. It was professionally done, done to code and the results are wonderful. No way would I have someone other than a professional do this job. I also purchased the company's recommended HDMI cable. Very pleased with the work. One more thing... a few months later my TV reception was giving me off and on pixelated video. I called Comcast and also LG (TV. Last resort, I called William David Design and you know what? They called me right back! He made an appointment to stop by the next day on Saturday. He was on his way back from an appointment but stopped at my house to make sure it was not the cable I purchased from William David. It wasn't the HDMI cable and he proved it wasn't. He suggested I get back in touch with Comcast and I will do that. THAT is great customer service! A +. I have a bad memory for names...but when you read this (Bill?) please respond so everyone knows who to ask for. Best regards. )

A huge thank you to William for talking is through a major problem with all of our home theatre equipment due to a lightning strike. He spoke to us extensively on his vacation and was super patient and knowledgable while helping us trouble shoot the problem. We would use William again and not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you again!!

William came to us within 24 hours of our calling him and even came on a Sunday. He was on time, recognized the issues and solved them timely. His service was after a year of setting up our home system that has run well since installation - this glitch was due to new cable services and he resolved the problems so we are up running and happy!!

William and his helper did an amazing job. He came out to the house first to see what we wanted done and gave us some great suggestions as to place and even furniture arrangement. He did such a great job. No more wires showing. A very professional job and reasonable considering all the work he had to do. He even tried to help us with an electrical problem we were having and gave us the name of a great electrician who could help us. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him to do more work for us and highly recommend him.

He checked with the RAM provider and the owner's manual, plus his personal expertise. Did the job well and quickly, and left.

It took him two hours to do the job. He was extra careful with all of the equipment. He even put down a protective pad on my hardwood floor before he began to work.

William was great to work with. He worked his appointment around my schedule, went above and beyond to find me a better part for my projector because the manufacturer no longer made that part and was pleasant and professional to deal with. I will use him for all of my Home Theatre needs in the future and will refer to my friends and family. Thank you William.

William and his assistant did excellent work for us. They understood what we wanted, responded, provided advice on other things to consider and made sure everythins was completely to our satisfaction before they were finished. It cost a bit more than we planned, but was worth it. We have worked with others in the past who were not nearly as competent and professional,

Since our first call to William we were very impressed with his professionalism, punctuality, and friendly manner. We wanted our entire sound system at our office updated and William came out for a consultation and we knew immediately that we picked the right guy for the job. William is extremely knowledgeable on all the latest products available. William is not pushy nor does he try to sell you the most expensive products, he educates you on the best product for your needs. Our office is a very close-knit group and we all feel like William fits in with our family and we look forward to seeing him come into the office. We would recommend William to anyone! We are very lucky we found him!!

From the moment I contacted William, he was extremely helpful and professional. He was very punctual and was even able to work with his distributors to obtain the parts he needed to come and perform our installation on the weekend. I have other projects in the next few months and I will be working with William to complete.

William went out of his way to perform an excellent job. Not only did he come out to take the TV off the wall, he painted the wall behind the TV and came back the next day to put it back up after the paint dried. I am really glad I found William on Angie's List and will use him in the near future on other jobs outside of TV installation.

Overall A+. Courteous, professional, punctual. Very knowledgeable and experienced in all types of electronic and security systems installation and maintenance. Will be calling William again in future for audio system installation.

It worked out well, he did some other work for me in regards to putting up a bracket for my flat screen TV as well as the computer repair.

It is easy to see why William has the best and most reviews. His work by far exceed my expectations by leaps and bounds. My project was a re-wire from 10 years ago. The Original HDMI cable developed issues and we were re-wiring the entire run. I also decided to replace my TV with a better model at the same time, he even did the work on a Saturday. A huge plus so that I could be there for the install. Witnessing all the problems from the original installer, I am glad I did the research and got the best man for the job. I tend to be very OCD with the work/projects in my house, he was on board and very intuitive with how I wanted the installation. He answered all my questions and made even better recommendations if and when I need to upgrade in the future. I have two future projects that I will hire William for in the future. The quality of his work, and craftsmanship of his labor are truly what sets him above the rest. Take your chances with the big box store installation team, but in the end William Parr is the guy you will call get your system right from the start.. A++ Work and his labor / install pricing is more than fair for the North Atlanta Market.

I found this company through one of the Big Deals. I had an older TV and surround sound system that had to be hooked up again after a move. Being an older system, it was a little more difficult to hook up and get all the settings right. This provider did an awesome job, even coming back to my house a second time to ensure that all the details were taken care of. I would definitely use this company again.
