His analysis ended up saving us more than we spent to have him come out!The recommendations did not decrease our services either. He knows all the ins and outs of audio visual equipment and was able to quickly adjust connections so our remotes work the way they're supposed to. We plan to hire him again to install a flatscreen tv system.

Before beginning any work, William came by to survey my current set up and make recommendations on what parts/equipment I needed, and suggested I obtain those prior to him coming over to do the work. He understood what I needed/wanted from the start. For scheduling, we went back and forth a bit until we connected. He texted me when he was on his way, was punctual, and immediately got to work. A few hours later, all was working satisfactorily. I am very satisfied with his work and I now have a very happy teenage daughter who can have friends over in the basement playing video games and watching movies/TV with a surround sound system that actually sounds like it should. Great job.

There were a couple of scheduling delays after the initial estimate the. When he did come out he was unfamiliar with the system we had and during his estimate visit did not notice that we would need extension power cables for the cameras which then needed to be ordered so again the job was delayed. The cameras work fine but the finish work was a little sloppy. Where all of the cables come together at the main unit he just left a whole, no cover plate of any kind. We here he drilled wholes for the individual cables to come through the ceiling he did not even try to clean up the sheet rock mess.

I am so glad I took advantage of the Angie's List deal! William was prompt in returning my call, and worked me into his schedule. He was friendly and helpful with organizing my electronics. He completed the set-up quickly, efficiently and is very knowledgable. I am very happy with the results and finally have music again! I would definitely recommend him!

William showed up at our home and gave a detailed explanation of the work he would preform. He was very professional and completed the work as promised. We are happy with the results and the flat screen that is now mounted on our wall. We would use his services again.

Excellent workmanship. It took longer then I anticipated, therefore more money, but that was my bad estimating. I only say this because you should anticipate it taking longer than you think. He was working the entire time he was there and did an incredible job. I dont think he could have done it in any less time and have it come out as nice. Would use again.

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a two hour consultation. Mr. David arrived promptly and spent the time going though our systems and making, what seemed like, excellent suggestions to optimize the equipment we had. He is going to send us an estimate to do the work he suggested.

William was a bit overwhelmed with work from the Big Deal he'd had, so it took a little while to get him to the house and get things started. However, when he arrived for the estimate he was polite, friendly and thorough. The day of the installation he was supposed to arrive at 1, but was a bit late (but communicated with me by phone to let me know what was going on). He arrived with a helper, who was also polite and professional. They got the TV hung quickly, and unpacked and set up the sound system. There were some difficulties with getting the configuration correct, which led to a trip by him to get some new cables, but he returned quickly and everything was almost done at that point (his helper was running wires to the speakers while he was gone). All in all, it took about 3 hours, start to finish, and the work was solid. Except for right next to the TV, which is a mass of cables (not his fault - there's just a lot of cable involved in this installation) everything looks very professional, and my neighbors (the only people who have seen it) were as impressed as we are.

William Parr is very personable and knowledgeable. He has made several trips to our house to complete the work. The stereo and TV sound are REALLY GOOD, which is not easy to do in a large, high ceiling space with lots of hard surfaces! We are happy with the work he has done and think the impemented solutions should be good for many years to come.

There was some trouble with the Harmony Remotes but he knew the people to call to get the issues resolved.

The service and attention to detail was outstanding. He was timely, and didn't leave until everything was organized, programmed, and performing as advertised. It was a real pleasure, and I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring this type of work.

I bought a 2-hour installation coupon after checking the site to make sure my city was served. After calling William, I learned he was about 2 hours away and didn't seem super excited about traveling that far, but he offered no option to get my coupon money back. He came out and gave an estimate that was higher than I expected, but I felt like he knew what he was doing and I didn't want to lose the money I had already spent. He reassured me that the travel was no big deal. The day he came out to do the work, he had the wrong size cables and was unable to complete the job. The next time he came out, my husband had to help him as he strung wires down to our basement. It happened to be the day of a big football game, so my husband was a bit perturbed. As he put it, "If I'm spending $700, I shouldn't have to touch a thing." The final total ended up being even more than the initial estimate because the cables were more expensive. So now onto more positive things. The work was excellent - there were a lot of cables and things to hide and all that was done superbly. He didn't have to ruin any walls and everything looks great. He even fixed a kitchen disposal my husband was trying to figure out, so we probably made up for some of the expense through his help with that. He definitely knows what he is doing, is friendly and professional. I think the error in cable length was an anomaly for him. I have learned my lesson to call first and get an estimate BEFORE ever purchasing a coupon from Angie's List again!

Excellent service. TV was professionally wired and mounted. Got great advice about cable provider and have since changed my service and will save more in a year than his service cost. I would definitely use William David Design Group in the future. I called for an appointment and technical came by the same day to look at project and make recommendations. With a couple days he came and did the work in about 2 hours. Everything worked well. I was called that evening to see if everything worked. Well worth the extra money to but hdmi cables along with hidden remote device. Would highly recommend.

William suggested that he schedule his appointment to mount the TV at the same time as the Satellite TV installation. It was my first experience with Satellite TV and I was lucky to have William there to discuss the installation and entry point into the house with the technician. In addition to what I initially hired him to do, which was mount the TV, he spent over an hour looking for the demarcation point (it had been walled in) so the satellite cables could be pulled. He also completed the wiring for my phone and DSL lines since the phone company was not able to complete the installation the day before due to the "missing" Dmarc box. I would not have had a working phone, DSL or Satellite TV that day without William's knowledge, experience and expertise! I highly recommend William David Design and will be using William for future projects.

I purchased the $79 Angies List deal. We talked within one day of purchasing the deal, but I did not receive a call back to schedule a site-visit. It turned out his daughter was having surgery so that was completely understandable. Others have mentioned lack of responsiveness, but I did not find that. When I called back, he apologized for not calling back before and made it a point to come out that day. I would say that made up for the lack of initial call back. He reviewed everything that I wanted done, agreed that it should be able to be handled in the two hours purchased and scheduled a time. He arrived early for the appointment, conducted the work in a timely manner, was pleasant and even alerted me to an issue with something else in my house. Overall I was very happy and would use him again. He is a small company - individual - so for those that want things done immediately, be patient, but he does a good job and it much better than going to the big-box stores.

William is very knowledgable in audio/video/electronics and could present various scenarios for installing my equipment. At the time he was working on my job he was having some medical issues with his daughter and we had trouble scheduling our original appointment and following up on getting the work done but once he was on site, he worked quickly and very efficiently. I was very impressed at how well he cleaned up everything behind himself even when he had to leave one job unfinished for several days until he could get the correct part in. He gave me a correct estimate of the job cost before the start of work and his figures were right around his estimate at the end.

Overall we couldn't have been more pleased.

When I tried to follow the written instructions for operation, I had difficulty with the instructions. Therefore, if he had given me the correct instructions he would no have had to come back even though I did pay him to come back.

He stands behind his work. He has no problem coming back out if things are not working out as expected. He does great work and some of it is very technical.

The services were performed well above expectations. I'm very pleased with the services performed.

He reviewed our existing Home Theater that currently was not working and recommended upgrades to get it up to date. He provided a quote with multiple different pricing options. We selected a quote and then he ordered the parts and when everything arrived, he came and installed it all. It took about 1 day. He provided training and addressed all my concerns. Then he told me to keep a list of issues and he would be back in a week to fix. The also at the last minute agreed to install an apple tv to our system at no extra charge which was very nice of him. We only had 2 minor issues and he came back and fixed them. I love the system he installed and I have no issues with it. It works perfectly.
