William does excellent work, I value his ability to solve complex installs and his great advice. I will continue to use him for all my AV and security system needs.

Nothing but gave us a quote. We constantly were tracking him down for a date to perform the install. Every time that date came to "something" came up to stop the work. Never an email nor call to reschedule, very unprofessional. Client should not have to repeatedly attempt to make contact after a set date falls through. Repeatedly even. We eventually just gave up trying to reach out and get ahold of this contractor. You should know what appointment you left off at repeatedly, kinda professional courtesy to reschedule the work one would think.

I had an appointment on July 10 scheduled and they never called or showed up for the appointment.

Fantastic. I had a tight schedule and it was difficult to align as well as I had the wrong mount for my TV. He was very patient rolled with the hiccups. Fixed my internet issue in 10 seconds and I love my TV where it is.

William is a cool dude. I totally recommend him for all of your A/V installation and set-up needs. He is very flexible and can provide the latest and greatest, as well as integrate the equipment that you already have. He also provide equipment recommendations and you can either research and purchase yourself (as I like to do), or he can provide total turn-key service for your project. I had him install a new 55" LG TV that I purchased online, set up a new Blu-Ray, and Sonos. He also was able to use my Denon receiver and the speakers that I already had. Lastly, he easily retrofitted some new outdoor speakers on my deck. All-in-all, I am very satisfied with the work and the price was very fair for the amount of work involved.

William is awesome to work with! Anytime we had any questions or contacted him for any reason he answered right away. When the system went down he came out quickly and resolved it in an efficient and timely manner. William is easy to talk to, very professional and knows what he is talking about. We had a great experience working with William and will continue to use him. We highly recommend him!

He called ahead to say he was on the way and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable of all my audio-visual equipment and was able to troubleshoot all my problems. He also suggested a couple of options for updating our system which we will consider implementing in the future.

He was very personable, he was good about follow up. He was really nice while he was there and cleaned things up. I would use him again and have recommended him to a neighbor.

He was very professional and came in and wired our basement and outside surround sound. While talking with he I explained that we did not have great WIFI connection. He fixed the WIFI connection by moving the router to a better location (which the Cable company did not think of or do for us). Additionally, he labled everything in order to ensure we knew which buttons did what. When we had problems with the sound and our cable working he came back out and showed us what we were doing wrong. Even provided a little class, as the second time he came out it was user malfunction and not equipment related.

He did an excellent job. He knew what he was doing, and explained everything to me. I am Very Happy with the results!

I had all the equipment but he said he could not use my TV mount and would have to use his $85 mount. All total, after the $99 Angie's list coupon, the price would come out to about $350 for an install of my TV over the fireplace and mount a shelving system I bought about 15 feet away. I decided not to use Mr. Parr's service because it was going to cost far more than I thought it would and I am out the $99. I had my ex who is an electrician install it for me instead. Very glad I did. He used all my equipment and thought the TV mount, which Mr. Parr wouldn't use was superior (cantilever, swivel mount with 4 HDMI and 3 USB jacks -- Mr. Parr wanted to put only flat mount in). I don't think I would use this service even if my ex was not an electrician because after the estimate it just seems that the price quoted was quite out of line with what it should cost given that I had all the materials save the romex, outlet boxes, etc -- the electrical pieces.

Summary: All positive. No question we'll utilize these services in the future. Detail: Right off the bat, you realize you're dealing with someone who operates with a passion for what he's doing. The workmanship was outstanding and since we moved the televisions from one house to the other, it was a great opportunity to compare jobs. Soup to nuts, WDD did a better job. Highlights: Came on a Sunday to dismount the TV's in the old house. Basically insisted that he knock out the work while the ATT and Direct TV guys came to the new place, so he could make sure they did their jobs well. As a bonus and given I've so lost touch with market relevant technology, I got a ton of education on what's possible. What I especially appreciated was that I didn't have to provide a lot of information. I said I wanted a TV in the garage. That's pretty much it. It was wired and mounted in exactly the right place to be viewed from either bay. I gave a B grade on price because you probably could spend a little less, but price is a poor measure when someone is cutting holes in your new construction home. The real measure is "value" and in that department WDDG gets a healthy A. We'll be using WDDG for the rest of our new home electronics. Good stuff.

Owner was extreme;y helpful, knowledgable and hands on with repairs. Also, very responsive and easy to sch. appt.

I made an appt and he came out first to see the TV and area to help me pick out a mount. Then he came back out another day with the mount and equipment to install. Despite a little hiccup in the way my fireplace and mantle were built, he was able to get it installed and looking great in about 2 1/2 hours. The mount was also cheaper than what I would have paid at a retail chain. Great experience overall!

Went very well. Had a tough install on the back left speaker but did a great job.

TV had been down for days along with wireless. Comcast zapped it and ATT got the wireless & phone up, but couldn't get the rest of the components to come up for more than 5 minutes. Looked in Angie Magazine & found William. I called & he called back. He stopped by after working at another job and got the TV and DVD player working. He knows his stuff and can explain it nicely.

The service turned out very well. He got all of the work done and did a great job. After the work was done, I called him about a question I had. He helped me out even though he did not have to. He is a really great guy.

Will from William David Designs came in , very professional and helpful and offered a few suggestions to resolve the problem. He was there approximately 1 1/2 hours, fixed the repair and I was a happy customer. I would highly recommend this company, they specialize in video, audio, computer, security systems and repair all mentioned! Will is very knowledgeable, honest and the best customer service I experienced from a service company.

He was willing to share his techniques and teach me what he was doing which I liked because I like being involved in my projects.

Awesome. From the moment I called William was super responsive. He called me back immediately. Always professional, courteous, honest. He did what he said he would do. He arrived when he said he would. He was thorough and attentive to the smallest of details. He even vacuumed when he was finished. He also came up with some great ideas that really helped us decide long term which direction we would like to go with our media projects. He definitely earned our future business. Thank you.

There were no additional charges and he was able to get it all done in the allotted time. It worked so well, that I would like hire him again! He did a really good job!

William clearly knows what he's doing. He replaced coaxial wiring with HDMI cables in two split signal applications. Both rewiring scenarios were challenging and one was in a finished basement with a drywalled ceiling. A 65' HDMI cable was needed and he provided that at a reasonable price. He rewired and mounted a replacement 55" tv and cleaned up all the past connectivity issues from all prior equipment and installation. He provided high quality flexible mounting brackets for two sets along with two HDMI spiltters. Total parts were about $580. I will definitely use him again when I upgrade my audio equipment.

William did a great job installing our 51" Plasma TV on the wall in the Bedroom. He was very responsive when scheduling and came out ahead of time to check it out first. This was a good idea because he was able to recommend a different mount for the TV that worked better and to provide a more refined estimate of the effort. Friendly and professional he came out right on-time on the day and time we selected. The main thing is the job itself, he was sure to make everything extremely neat and tidy - it looks and works great. I'd hire him again.
