The project turned out perfectly. William completed the installation of the surround sound system in our great room which had been integrated into a whole home audio system. He was extremely meticulous and cleaned up several problems that were uncovered from the original construction in 2000. The project turned out to be right around his exact estimate and he added extra work such as hiding speaker wire in the walls and labeling all of our A/V equipment. We will definitely use him for all of our future A/V work.

I tried to schedule the TV install between 12/16-20, but the provider was fully booked, so I requested 1/3. The provider promised to call me back after he checked his calendar, but he never called me again. I sent a text message earlier this week and never got a response as well. Thus, I prefer to cancel this installation.

William was very punctual and professional. We appreciated his workmanship and enthusiasm regarding home entertainment systems. He offered helpful solutions for our entertainment and internet needs. We would not hesitate to use him again or refer him to friends.

William is very professional and punctual. He is extremely knowledgeable and installed the electrical outlet to code. He chose the appropriate mounting bracket and mounted the TV over the fireplace efficiently. Very happy with his work and my sister used him a couple months later to mount her TV, blu-ray and ipod system in her bedroom! He even picked out an excellent shelving system to house these units! I would use him again for any future work needed.

The service turned out okay. He did charge an extra fee and he was late. He did a good job once he got there and started working. The scheduling was okay.

William Parr called me the day after Thanksgiving to confirm that he had received my request for service to reconnect my tv and stereo system. He asked when it would be most convenient for me, and he offered to personally come on a Sunday to do the work needed. He called me again on Sunday morning to confirm our time. I have older equipment that includes tv, receiver, amp, CD changer, turntable, and cable box that had been disconnected during recent home renovations. The wires were a tangled mess. William was able to set everything back up in the allotted 2 hour time I had paid Angie's List. He eliminated several wires and streamlined the whole system. He was personable and professional, and made recommendations should I decide to upgrade to newer equiptment at a later time.

We had just bought a new TV and soundbar from Best Buy. I wanted to find an expert to help us install the TV on the wall properly. I found William on Angie's list, and he happens to live close to us. I setup an appointment, and William spent an hour with us discussing how we could install the TV and soundbar. He was very helpful on helping us understand all the new technology. We got into a discussion on using computers and flat screen TV's, and came to the conclusion we should also get an Apple TV to interface with our MacBook Pro. We discussed how to run cables from our router to the equipment because our Sonos soundbar needs a hardwire connection, and we came up with a good solution. In terms of find spacing for out Directv box, William had an excellent idea of how to hide the box behind the TV. We also discussed surge protection, and he recommended a high quality one that protects the satellite signal, the ethernet line, and the power supply connections. William also gave us good direction on make sure our incoming lines were well grounded, and how to run our satellite line more cleanly in our basement. He also gave us advise on a less expensive alternative for our internet phone service. William sent us a pricing the next day for the install where he would also supply the TV wall mount, the surge protector, the electrical outlet equipment, and needed hardware, and install all equipment. We setup an appointment in about a week for the installation. William spent about 3 hours doing the install. He attention to detail and quality was remarkable, assuring he was doing quality work in the wall mounting, location of components, and integrity of the wiring. He redid the grounding of the primary outlet he tapped into for us, and showed us how it was now not to code in case we have to open other outlets. He made sure the wall anchors were the best, and even supplied extra sturdy ones versus the ones that came with the Sonos soundbar. The installation is very clean and we have a totally on the wall mounted solution for our equipment. No wires can be seen, and only the TV, the soundbar, and the Apple TV are visible. William made sure with us that all things were working, and spent some time helping us optimize our Panasonic TV displays. We can now use our TV with satellite or with Apple TV, and can readily tie in our MacBook Pro to use our TV as a 60" monitor. I highly recommend William for his expertise and quality work.

He made an appointment to look at where the tv would go and asked for pictures of the mount and back of tv, so that when the work was done it would be quick and they would come prepared with all the right parts. Was very organized and professional.

Will came when planned and on time. He worked hard as it was a difficult job. finished up cleaned his mess and was very nice.

Mr. Parr was pleasant and tried to be helpful; we didn't fully understand what he was going to propose and when we received his offering it was an ala carte list of individual components at fullest retail prices plus separate installation charges that totaled well beyond our expectations. Bottom line, his offering is not competitive.

They were very good and I will use them again. It was great. They were reliable and reasonable. They offer great customer care.

Due to the contractor having to go out of town for 2 weeks, the installation was very delayed to our frustration.

William initially came to provide onsite consultation, offering advice re cable connectivity and options that were helpful for our decision points. We obtained cable upgrades and William returned for final installation of our television and relocation of our wiring / devices (ie cable box, DVD player, etc.) into a nearby room.

David did a good job. Mounted the TV above the cobble stone fireplace seamlessly. It looks great and David did a good job.

I appreciated his customer service. He was willing to work with us to make sure we were happy.

Wow... I was so impressed with William. I called yesterday morning about him installing a plasma tv into the brick above my fireplace and he immediately returned my call. I told him what I needed done and he said it would be no problem. He squeezed me in first thing this morning BEFORE he went on vacation! He was very knowledgeable and professional and very personable. He brought all the supplies needed for the job and maybe an hour later, my tv was installed. Is is PERFECT! I would definitely recommend William to anyone needing home theater, home security, or IT work done. Thank you William and thank you Angie's List!

Very thorough job down to the tiniest details (e.g., nipping tie-wraps even in places where they couldn't be seen). The installer actually had higher standards for the aesthetics that I was expecting and made several recommendations on how to place the TV and the other devices (tuner, receiver, etc) where they could not be seen. The job was pretty difficult: on an exterior wall over brick, built-in bookcases, adjacent to fireplace, etc.) and he was able to figure out a solution that resulted in a very nice, clean look. I think the price was fair, though I ended up spending allot more money than I was planning. Before the work was done, the installed gave me several options and explained the increases in cost and gave me the choice.

William was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up employing him for more things and he did them well.

William is always very thorough and very professional. He did his usual, excellent work.

Everything went great. Major rewiring & universal remote added

Went off without a hitch. May have been a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, and we got a quality installation. This type of installation is not too straight forward, but his experience showed throughout the install. He was on time and provided some further advice for AV installation. Not only did he install the TV mount, he also helped with the new soundbar. I didn't ask him to, he just decided to help out. Great guy, and I'll definitely use him again if needed.

Mr David called promptly and set an appointment which he then had to cancel because he forgot he had something else to do. He did come on a Saturday morning to do the services. He was very professional and knowledgable. He didn't like the TV mount that we had purchased and said he could get the correct one when he came back. In the end he returned with the correct mount to his liking and helped hang the TV. However, he didn't bring some needed bolts and sent me to Lowes to purchase them, he kept working. The job was completed and I am happy with the appearance of not having any cords hanging behind the TV and all the equipment is in working order that he completed.

First two attempts for service, no show. Visit was successful and tech was on time and knowledgeable. Fixed problem.

William David Design Group was really good. I like them. He did what he was supposed to do and that was it. I'd recommend him if someone needed him. Everything is working fine.
