Communication and scheduling were difficult. I think he was having personal issues that took priority, which I can understand to a point. Almost from the get-go he told me that the $100 Big Deal would not cover my installation when I described it to him (new construction install in drywall with electric/HD cables pre-run to the install area). He came to inspect it and I asked for an estimate. He said he would get back with me that he had to research the best way to hang my TV (a 65" model that had been hanging on a Costco extendable bracket at my prior home). He said he would need to skin the area with 3/4" plywood since the builders did not set the electrical boxes at the right height. I asked him for a cost and he said he would send me pictures and get back to me. The pictures never arrived, and I could not get a firm estimate from him beyond that it would cost me another $300? $400? dollars and not sure if this included a credit for the big deal or not. I was willing to go ahead even then, but neither the pictures nor the estimate ever came through, and after a couple of weeks I gave up. I picked up another Costco bracket and a friend and i were able to install it ourselves with no problem in about an hour.

He did an excellent job mounting two flat panel TVs in my house. Very neat and professional.

He did a good job. In fact, he saved us a great deal of money by being honest and alerting us that it would likely be less expensive to work directly with Bose, one of the manufacturer's of the units in need of repair. He then returned to assist with re-installation after we received our repaired system back from Bose. In addition, he made suggestions and programmed and installed new upgraded equipment we purchased for our home theatre. It is obvious he loves the work he does; he is very knowledgeable and quite busy. My only constructive feedback is that sometimes non-tech savvy clients may have to ask him to slow down and explain what he's talking about. We asked him to do so, and he apologized and immediately took time to make sure a non-techie like myself could understand exactly what he was telling us. For that reason, he has become our go-to source for A/V services. He has skill, integrity, passion and cares about offering the best customer service he can.

William was professional and cleaned up his workspace when finished. We are very happy with the work completed.

William conquered it all! We wanted 2 tv's mounted; family room & basement. Neither location had power direct available and the house - newly renovated, we'd just moved in - was not wired for cable. He coordinated his install schedule to overlap with Comcast and took charge of insuring cable guy's progress. He used his electrician, carpenter and painting skills to invisibly get power to the two TV's. Because of the complication of getting cables to the TV's he recommended and installed wireless HDMI transmitters & receivers. Both TV's look spectacular. They more or less just float on the wall now, no cables showing. Single remote controls we leave on coffee tables in front of each TV control everything. William is a knowelegable, personable and professional. I will definitely seek him out for any future work he can handle.

He seemed knowledgeable, but the additional costs negated the savings of buying the Big Deal. The $99 deal I bought for 2 hours of audio visual services only covered the tv install and everything else was extra. The total for a basic tv install with an added electrical outlet came to almost $450. Not a deal at all!

William was an excellent problem solver, aware and respectful of our expense wishes and timely with all his work. He co-ordianted with our contractor and was the neatest installer I have ever had do work.

He did a great job. He did a lot more work and was here for a day and a half. He was very personable. He was easy to work. He would call me back. He was also helpful.

I would like a full refund.

William had stopped by a week or so earlier to look at the job and provide an estimate. While no written estimate was provided, he did give us a ballpark of $800 plus the $99.00 Angie's List voucher which was to provide $250 worth of work. He explained that voucher covered a standard flat screen installation on a drywall type wall and because this was stacked stone, it would be more. His $800 verbal estimate had originally included a repeater for our cable box, but after the quote we decided to switch from Cable to DirecTV and that negated the need for the repeater, but we added the sound bar, so the total came to $815 plus the $99 we had paid for the voucher, for a total of $914. William arrived promptly at the designated time and completed the job in about 7 hours. This included an hour or so running to Home Depot to get some plywood to increase support for the bracket behind the stacked stone wall. While I was fully confident in William, I know it took some extra effort working with and behind the stacked stone. Snaking the electrical, HDMI, and speaker wiring was a time-consuming process. William cleaned up his work space several times during the process. The job was done professionally - we were quite pleased with his work and would certainly use his services again should the need arise.

It was fine and I was satisfied. Their punctuality was fine and their professionalism was excellent. I had no complaints and they gave good advice. What I liked about them is they were, for the most part, working with the equipment we had; the price was a bargain.

We had some real difficulty early on in arranging a schedule convenient to both of us. We also had some telecommunications problems. Both of these issues were more co-incidental and not intentional. They were taken care of by William in a very professional way and I was satisfied. He showed up as scheduled and performed outstanding service. His knowledge of the work he does is very impressive. I look forward to working with him again.

Very responsive in scheduling. Showed up when he was supposed to and was able to connect and test all the components in a timely manner. This is a challenging setup that was not easy to put together by others. We will definitely use him again.

He scheduled two weeks out. He texted 15 minutes before he was supposed to be out to say he couldn’t make it. He told us he would call us and reschedule the appointment. My husband had to call him because we never heard back from him. The guy told him that the job was not important and made fun of my husband for wanting the t.v. in the game room. We never heard back from him. His customer service is not good at all.

He arrived the minute he said he would. Every single direction in our conversation I wished to proceed in, opened his wealth of information, as if I were inside a futuristic program designed to be guided by my whims. I simply cannot say enough about the ease of which his knowledge flows toward your idea of the perfect home theater system. Simple, fast, easy, professional, efficient, comfortable, genuine. He charged me nothing for the entire consultation. When I want to proceed, he is ABSOLUTELY who has the job.

William did an amazing job mounting our 65" 4K UHD TV on over our river stone fireplace. I was concerned with the project as the TV weighs over 100 pounds. But William knew exactly what to do. He also built out the wall mount so that it tilted properly. William showed up on time, was very courteous, and was professional doing his job. I would recommend William for this type of job as well as any other electronic installation projects. The TV looks great and we were very happy with the overall experience.

William did an excellent job. He matched my needs to equipment installed. He has also been very informative, explaining the various functions of the various devices installed. He also made it clear that I can contact him at any time for questions, etc. I recommend his work.

William was excellent! He squeezed us in between Thanksgiving and Christmas to get us up an running for the holidays! He took 2 hours to sitdown with my wife and I and explainded numerous options we had. He recommended website and places for us to buy TV's which we got at a really good prices.He was thorough along with his installer. They arrived on time and cleaned up every day after they left. Had a minor issue or two after installation but one call to William and he was out the next day. We still have few things to do and will hire him back! The best is that William does call or text you back usually in less than an hour and anytime day or night!

We had some initial scheduling issues, but William was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out to review what we needed and quoted what the up-charges would be. We then schedule for a better time to for him to come out and mount the tv's as we needed brackets ordered that he was happy to order for us. Once we were able to get him back out the work he did for us was phenomenal.

The cancellations went smoothly with Angie's List personnel.

He was very professional and did a good job. His price was reasonable and they did it in a pretty quick timeframe.
