They helped me with pricing by itemizing things and then showing me things I could do myself to save costs.    I had 3 others come out and I felt most comfortable with Joe and his pricing/explanations.   Spending money for mold remediation is not a fun way to spend on a big ticket item.   However I felt I saved some money by doing some of the work myself.

Anthony and his crew did a great job removing the mold from a client's basement and living area. It was caused by a refrigerator line leak that happened while the owner was out of town. We removed the wood flooring, contents and dried the rooms with dehumidifiers and careful followup. Mold-Be-Gone took the environment from hazardous (wear a breathing apparatus going in) to safe for the owners and their immune-compromised son. Utmost care is taken to avoid re-contamination and keep a clean environment for the family.

they have not returned my calls after 2 weeks of trying them on 2 phone numbers... I am using this as a desparate attempt to get their attention. I cannot imagine running a business like this. I may change my review if they change their business tactics and start returning my calls within 24 hours, and come and make sure that the work I paid for is completed to my satisfaction.
downstairs hvac not working as well as before they came, and part of spraying not completed

Mold-be-gone was excellent. I was scheduled to have a party that Friday and this all happened on Saturday. He came out on Monday and got ride of the mold. He was nice, he was very corporative. He wanted to help. His product and service was good.
