They helped me with pricing by itemizing things and then showing me things I could do myself to save costs. I had 3 others come out and I felt most comfortable with Joe and his pricing/explanations. Spending money for mold remediation is not a fun way to spend on a big ticket item. However I felt I saved some money by doing some of the work myself.
Description of Work: Joe and his team removed drywall and treated my basement wall and ceilings for mold.

It went great! The team showed up promptly and performed the work when promised. Definitely recommend!!
Description of Work: Remediated all mold in our crawl space (1350 sq ft home), removed all insulation, and replaced areas where vapor barrier was missing (approximately 25% of home). This was the best quote we received! Due to the mold being in the floor joists and certain areas, every mold removal company told us that we needed to remediate the entire crawl space. Several companies gave us quotes for 5,000 or more!! This was by far the best company.

They were very professional and and were punctual. Very well done!
Description of Work: They dried out our crawl space, treated for mold, removed the ductwork then insulated all the new ductwork that had been installed and covered and sealed the ground with thick plastic. Put a dehumidifier under the house and closed it up.

Fantastic. How many contractors would turn down the opportunity to bill a willing client? The company siad we had no mold and charged us nothing!

 + 0 moreAnthony and his crew did a great job removing the mold from a client's basement and living area. It was caused by a refrigerator line leak that happened while the owner was out of town. We removed the wood flooring, contents and dried the rooms with dehumidifiers and careful followup. Mold-Be-Gone took the environment from hazardous (wear a breathing apparatus going in) to safe for the owners and their immune-compromised son. Utmost care is taken to avoid re-contamination and keep a clean environment for the family.
Description of Work: Removed mold from basement of client, cleaned furnace/ac unit and ducts, also cleaned upstairs flooring and surfaces exposed to mold .

they have not returned my calls after 2 weeks of trying them on 2 phone numbers... I am using this as a desparate attempt to get their attention. I cannot imagine running a business like this. I may change my review if they change their business tactics and start returning my calls within 24 hours, and come and make sure that the work I paid for is completed to my satisfaction. downstairs hvac not working as well as before they came, and part of spraying not completed

Description of Work: Company was recommended to remove mold from behind a garage wall. They were punctual, looked over the job and said this shouldn't take long......do you want to do this now? To which the wife said she didn't want to because she had on good clothes that afternoon. The next day I was given an estimate that would knock your socks off.....this was for a job that "shouldn't take long"? No thanks! However, to be fair, I haven't followed through and had another estimate.

The technicians were very informative and knew what they were talking about. They were here for longer than 2 hours. They made it sound like this was a very urgent situation and it would cost $4,000 to get this fixed. I spoke with another company, who just gave me advice on the problem and informed me on how I'd be able to fix it myself. However, the quote from this company was within range of the other estimates that I had gotten.

Mold-be-gone was excellent. I was scheduled to have a party that Friday and this all happened on Saturday. He came out on Monday and got ride of the mold. He was nice, he was very corporative. He wanted to help. His product and service was good.
Description of Work: I had a Jacuzzi that was leaking and I called in the people who I bought it from. They sent over a technician and we realized that it was filled with black mold.

We were very satisfied with the service, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Description of Work: We had fairly extensive water damage to two rooms. They were very responsive, checking out my problem and providing a recommendation and estimate within several hours. They began work the next day, drying out the area and treating the carpet with anti-mold agents. The process took several days, and they checked on the progress each day.
