the cleaning was pretty good but it took FOREVER to workout a schedule with them that clicked for both parties! Initial response time was disappointing, but we finally got the job done!

They were prepared, considerate of my health problem and polite.

3/7 - purchased Big Deal 3/13 - Marie's Cleaning first contacts me and mentions they will figure out who works in my area and when they are available. 3/19 - contacted Marie's Cleaning to check in on scheduling 4/8 - contacted Marie's Cleaning to check in again. At one point a cleaning lady left me a message stating that she had planned to clean my house that day. I was not made aware of this appointment and was not available. I called Marie's Cleaning Service several times throughout this time period and never received a call back unfortunately.

not impressed - they spent too much time upstairs - not sure why - and then didn't allow enough time to do the kitchen and attached small family room. Vacuumed in the middle of the floor only - didn't even move chairs around the kitchen table. Didn't dust anything in the small family room - didn't clean the new kitchen granite countertop - although I gave them cleaner to use. Kitchen floor had debris on it after I gave them a mop to use. Quote given for regular service was too high for services performed.

It was excellent and we have initiated regular service with them. They performed a very thorough cleaning.

There were no troubles with scheduling, but they did arrive to the appointment an hour and a half late due to traffic. They provided their own cleaning supplies. They sent two people for three hours in total. The woman who cleaned did a great job. However, the man didn’t do as great of a job and I had to go back over everything that he did after they left. I would have preferred one person there for six hours in total.

Sylvann and Briana were delayed but Sylvann kept me informed by phone. They arrived with their cleaning supplies and went right to work after we reviewed my needs. They were very through and after my 3 hour time limit had to move on to the next job. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and their friendly yet professional mannerism. I would use them again and recommend them as well.

I saw the $99 for 6 hours of house cleaning deal and jumped all over it. I opted for 2 cleaning people for 3 hours since my house is fairly big. All the communication with the company was good. The cleaners showed up on time. They asked what my priorities were. I told them bathrooms, floors, and dusting. I told them they didn't need to change the bed linens which I had recently done myself. I was pretty disappointed in the job they did. The bathrooms were good. The floors had been mopped, but they scratched my dining room hard wood floor by dragging my dining room chairs in and out from under the table. The rug in my den had not been vacuumed. The kitchen table had not even been wiped off. The bar in the basement was not wiped down either nor were any of the beds made. I guess I got what I paid for. I would not use them again or recommend them.

Would not return phone calls. Answer service only that could just take messages.

Can not get in touch with Marie's Cleaning Services. I have sent 2 emails through Angie's List- no answer. I have tracked down their phone number and called them. I explained my frustration. Person who answered the call could not schedule me and promised a call to me by the end of the day. www.mariescleaningservice.com Four days later I am contacting Angie's List to get refund. No ability on website to do this directly. Had to call Angie's List - wait on hold for a long time, talk to rep who tried to connect me with a different more expensive deal, then he sent me a email with a form I have to fill out. Afterwards it will take 7 - 10 business days to get my refund. Very unhappy. I think i am more disappointed in Angie's List than I am the cleaning service.

They were fantastic. They were punctual and did a really nice job.

They did a fine job, time efficient, and the staff was very curtsey.

Cleaned bathroom floors, and plumbing that weren't that dirty. Polished some hardwood floors. She was slow and should have worked at a faster pace so as to clean more of the rooms

It went well, but not as thorough as I had hoped. Specifically, I thought they would be more professional (meaning talk less and work more).

Overall, I was pleased with Marie's Cleaning Services. There were a few issues as the original crew decided not to work that day but Marie quickly had it resolved and had a new crew out the same day. The two ladies who arrived were very fast and finished everything I needed in 90 minutes even though I paid for 3 hours of time via an Angie's List deal. They missed a few items, which is to be expected on a first visit but 3 weeks later my place still looks great.

The young woman who came out to the house was very friendly and professional. She did a great job and I would use this company again.

They were very nice. The did a good job in the kitchen and washing the hardwood floors. However, I gave them a B, because they did not clean properly under my bed, and left big dust balls along the wall. Also left hanging dust strands on the bedroom ceiling, and mold on the bathroom tile around the tub. I understand, this was a special buy, but they did cut corners. They also did not clean behind some living room furniture, which was accessible.

Unprofessional Would not use them again

Scheduling was great and I had requested a specific date and they were able to accommodate. The lady was prompt for the appointment and she was very nice. I went over the house on what I wanted done and she went from room to room and got what I needed done. We are even talking about using them each month.

They were superb. We want to use them on a monthly basis just to do the general stuff.

Marie's Cleaning Services did a great job.

My wife was diagnosed with cancer, and is currently going trough chemo treatment. We have oust of state guest coming in and my wife wanted assistance in getting the house ready. Maries cleaning has failed to contact me in order to schedule. This order was placed a week ago, and I was prompted by Angies list that I was having a problem scheduling that I replied to and still have not had any correspondece from Maries Cleaning.

These ladies were fantastic. Got deal for my house but mother died soon afterwards so gave my deal to my father. They cleaned his house so well and he got on fantastically with the ladies that came out he decided to hire their services for good. He loves this service.
