This service advertises that floors are done on hands and knees. This is the way I've always done floors myself so though this service was a bit more expensive than other advertised cleaning services, I thought it would be worth the price. When the cleaning person came in I was asked if I would like the floors done this way and I said this was my preference. Later she asks if I would mind if she'd do the floors with the Swiffer type tool she brought - she thought this did a better job. I said that was alright if she thought it would do a nice job. No water was used nor was the Swiffer rag changed. After she left I put on clean socks. Within 10 minutes they were filthy as if the floors had never been cleaned. I spent the last 2 hours cleaning my floor after having paid $225 today to have my house cleaned. The cleaning girl did advise me that I needed to sign a statement that said the house was clean and after this I had no right of complaint. I wasn't aware of how dirty the floors actually were when I signed. I will say too that I had been frustrated during the visit because on several occasions she asked me to check something out that she had cleaned. I saw in fact that it wasn't. For example, I had asked her, despite her 'swiffing' to try to pick up a spot on the wood floor that a child's humidifier had left behind - a sort of soap spot. She said she was unable to pick it up. I took a sponge and cleaned it right up. As I was looking at the checklist of things that she was supposed to have done, I felt that it was going to be faster and easier for me to complete the work myself rather than explain how to do them and why they were not done properly so I signed to get on with my day. This of course I must take full responsibility for, but it was too frustrating for me to have to explain how to do things when this was simple cleaning. I also noticed after the crew left that the heater vent covers were dusty and dirty. I had hoped to get the house cleaned because I work a great deal and have not had the energy to do it myself recently. The house was by no means filthy though there was a fair bit of dog hair from my shedding dog. The service was here for a little more than 3 hours, I paid $225.00 and I had to re-clean. I did send a text several hours ago to the scheduler, with a picture of my dirty socks, but I received no response. I had considered cancelling my check but that is not how I operate. I do hope to get at least a partial refund however. I won't be surprise if I don't because of my signed statement. (it feels so formal).

Courteous, appeared to do the job. This is just the kind of job you have to take the persons word for it.

This "deal" was for house cleaning. It was described as 2 people for 3 hrs. or 1 person for 6 hrs. I purchased this deal for my daughter-in-law after she had a baby. She was very pleased with the cleaning. It was thorough and the employee was very nice. I think she stayed about 4 1/2 hrs. but she did a great job. Cleaned floors on her hands and knees! The kitchen and bathrooms were sparkling. Also, the company office was very helpful in working with us. The deal was about to expire but they were booked over the holidays. They extended the deadline and were very helpful. We would definitely use this company, Marie's Cleaning, again! Thanks!

They were not only on time but early...very unheard of when it comes to services. Did a pretty good job cleaning. I was hoping for a deeper clean since I do the superficial cleaning regularly but definitely happy with the work.

I was so satisfied with the first deal I purchased that when the company again offered the deal I purchased it as well. The first deal was used for the general clean-up of a recently-purchased condo; the second deal was used to clean the kitchen and two bathroom of a house prior to offering it for sale. I couldn't ask for better jobs in both instances. Enough said!

Very courteous and prompt. Did a decent job. Did not have any issues scheduling or coordinating. Brought all the cleaning supplies. Great work ethics, arrived on time. 100% earned our trust - we are planning to use them for recurring monthly house cleaning.

Took the money and ran. No service. Family had to go out of the country and was told this offer was expired.

The first time they came, I was not home but my husband was. She only cleaned half of the bathub, as well as missing a lot of other things like missing the kitchen floor. I called the company, and spoke with the field director. Her and her daughter Kelly came out to re-clean, but my kitchen floor was still missed. They offered to come back the next day to fix that, but I had company coming in that day. I didn't use them again, due to some remodeling I was having done. When I did have them come back, Kelly did the deep clean. I have a 2700 square foot house, and she was here less than 3 hours. Again, there were just so many very obvious things that they just missed. I didn't use the service again for a couple of months. I had her come back again, and the last time she came out, she cleaned the right half of the refrigerator but not the left half, only got the inside of the microwave, and there were so many other problems, dust on the countertops. My upstairs garden tub was still marked with bath crayons, and she said her cleaner didn't work on those marks, however when I went to check, I was able to remove the marks just by rubbing my finger on it. I have paid quite a bit of money for this service, and expect better results. I spoke with Kelly and let her know that I did not want her to clean our home again. I also let the company know. I felt that I was treated rudely, and also felt that there was no follow up on this, due to the supervisor being Kelly's mother.

Provider failed to arrive on the date agreed. I called the company and we set up another day. I was unable to stay home from work on the second day. The girl arrived on time and did an excellent job. I would use the company again. However, this was the second time the company's schedule did not seem to be consistent with our agreed terms.

The deal was "6 hours of cleaning for $99". After 3 cancellations a worker did come to the house. She arrived very late, stayed only 2 hours and just did a basic surface clean. A lousy job. I called the office and they apologized and promised to come and work the additional 4 HOURS. After another 4 rescheduled appointments they came yesterday - cleaned a bathroom and did a TERRIBLE JOB at that. THATS IT. This whole experience was HORRIBLE. THIS WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR MY TIME. Furthermore my front door was left unlocked. If you need a cleaning service CALL ANYONE BUT THESE PEOPLE. I CAN GLADLY PROVIDE MORE DETAILS BUT HONESTLY STAY AWAY!

Their cleaning was okay on the surface. When I looked at the cleaning more closely, I did not feel it was a good job. I had to re-do some of it and they did not get to some of the areas I wanted to. However, they came out when they said they would. There were two cleaners here doing the work and they had a good attitude.

My experience was fine. It was hard to get an appointment scheduled at first. The cleaning was not as thorough as some other people have done in the past. There were two people here doing the work and they were for not quite 3 hours.

It was absolutely wonderful. Thy sent two people and they were here for three hours. They were super, did a good job, and were professional.

She had great attention to detail and was very thorough.

It went really well. I was at home with my 1 year old infant and she was able to work around us and clean his room right after she cleaned my room so that he could take his nap on time. I thought that was very nice of her. She did a very thorough job. She cleaned all my ceiling fans, baseboards, blinds, mopped my hardwood floors on her hands and knees, and cleaned all my sinks, toilets, and fixtures and appliances. She vacuumed and dusted my house thoroughly. I was very pleased. Thank you!

Overall, they did OK. The Deal price was great. They had a difficult time returning my calls, but it worked out after we could connect. The quality of cleaning for our whole house was good. I don't think I'd use them again because their full price is too much, although it's probably competitive.

Ann and Christie were here with smiling faces and...early. What more could you want! They are pros at their work and get down to business. Scheduling process was smooth and simple (either by phone or email.) A delight all the way.
