Description of Work: There was a mix up in communications which caused them to be very late. However, I give them kudos for showing up when they expected to go home. They cleaned my upstairs and the family room and two sets of stairs. I have no complaints. I would have been in a pickle had they not come as I had guests arriving the next day.

Description of Work: They did a great job getting the house clean. My only quibble was that it took some back and forth getting the service scheduled because one of their workers had called out. The date/time changed a couple of times. If you have time to deal with back and forth, the quality of service was great!

Description of Work: We asked Marie's cleaning service to clean our apartment after we moved out. They did a great job! I would certainly recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: Marie's Cleaning Service missed their scheduled time, without any contact or courtesy call. I had to call their answering service because no direct contact was possible with anyone from the company. After three calls, leaving urgent messages to let me know if anyone was coming, I finally got a call back. I was told that the crew that was supposed to show up was out of contact, and the manager didn't know where they were or what they were doing. I was told that another crew was being contacted to take care of the appointment, and that they were better, more responsible cleaners. The original crew was described by the manager as unreliable, and I was told the new crew would be on their way, over two hours later than the latest time of their appointment window. | |The cleaning crew finally arrived, and I discovered that the crew that showed up was the one originally planned (the one described by their manager as unreliable). No one from their management followed up to explain why they decided to send the original crew instead of the second, supposedly more professional one. The crew that arrived and groused about the job they had earlier, stating that is was larger and took more time than they had initially anticipated. They stated that more people should have been utilized. We were on a time limit, but understood the predicament and allowed their service. They informed us that they would stay over a little longer than the scheduled three-hour sessions since they had greatly inconvenienced us and had changed our entire plans for the day. | |Unfortunately, after all the confusion, the service was under par. Although I gave very specific instructions regarding my preferences and cleaning priorities, they ignored my instructions. The two ladies spend over two hours cleaning the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms (the most simple tasks), so when they arrived downstairs where the majority of the cleaning needed to be done in the kitchen and living area (including waxing the hardwood floors, my highest priority), they hurried through that area in less than a hour resulting in an inadequate job. I would not use them again, considering the cost and the work done, not to mention the lack of communication, missed appointment time, and the misleading information from their manager.

Description of Work: The 2 people cleaned by town home. It looked quite good when they left but I later found some places that were not very thoroughly cleaned. They did a fantastic job on my hardwood floors - she was down on her hands and knees cleaning it.

Description of Work: One man, one woman showed up on time. Dusted, vacuumed and cleaned wood floors and bathrooms. They spent approx. 3hrs. Went well, no problems.

Description of Work: The cleaners arrived a few minutes late, but stated that they had got turned around with their directions. Once they got started they stayed steady with the cleaning. They did a exceptional job.

Description of Work: Vacuumed,cleaned floors, blinds, kitchen, dusted, cleaned bathroom.|They did a wonderful job.|I plan to use the same ladies for a deep clean in the near future.
