Description of Work: Got a call to schedule an appointment with only a one-person team. I requested a 2-person team and was never rescheduled.

Description of Work: Never showed on first date, July 31. When I called, I was told the person scheduled had not worked for them for some time. |The person who did come, Kara, did a fair job. When she said she was done, I noticed a very poor vacuuming job done. She then said her vacuum didn't work well and borrowed mine. Also, while inspecting, I saw a stain in my bathroom I'd never seen before. She said she'd try a certain remover which I didn't see her try. She also said she'd text me a cleaning method. I still haven't received that text. She took a roll of paper towels of mine which she felt the right to use without asking. She left a can of window cleaner.

Description of Work: Appt was for $99.00 for 3 hrs. Spent entire time upstairs until I called to do some things downstairs before time was up. 1commode was left uncleared. Emptied vacuum cleaner in trash can upstairs & left. Left large spot of dust particles on upstairs carpet where v cleaner was sitting Would not want to use again

Description of Work: The cleaners are not that capable. Probably so-so or just about average. Very slow, so the hours don't really make a difference. Still, in a pinch it works.

Description of Work: Nice people. I can clean (do the 3 full bathrooms, vacuum, dust, dry and wet mop, chg the linens in three bedrooms, etc) this house myself in four hours. Had two women for 3 hours and they did a good not great job. |Wanted me to pay $250-300 for a thorough, initial cleaning and get service every two weeks for a reasonable price. I was tempted.

Description of Work: The girls were very slow. It took 2 girls to " mop" my family room tile. They sat on their bottoms and used a washcloth sized rag in circular motion to clean the tile. They did not clean in corners and took so long that they did not finish my house. The girls used my vacuum as their's did not work and I provided the paper towels as they said they used up their's at their first job. They ended up taking my broom instead if their own when they left. A fact I noticed after they were gone. Needless to say, my broom was much newer, nicer, and my handle wasn't bent. Very dissatisfied. The girls were pleasant enough, but not good cleaners.

Description of Work: The team was prompt and did a wonderful and thorough clean of the house. When they had completed their work, everything sparkled. They work very quietly, too, which is great.

Description of Work: They sent 2 persons and in the 3 hrs, they managed to clean 3 bathrooms and the garage floor. One of the bathrooms was not fully cleaned and had to be re-done. One thing I thought was strange was the fact that they are not allowed by their management to use mops for floors. As a result, they had to be on their hand and knees with a rag I provided. This made it very sow and uncomfortable for the cleaners. Overall I would use them again.

Description of Work: I originally used an Angie's coupon. However, I was not able to schedule anything until after the expiration date. Marie was very understanding and allowed me to use the coupon. Since then, I've had to resched 3 times, once due to Marie's scheduling and twice due to mine. Marie is always prompt to email me back, understanding, and generous in granting extensions on the coupon. I am looking forward to working e Marie's!
