Description of Work: They did not do the following that they are advertising: |*do not use mops, mop on hands and knees |*did not clean any widow seals |*did not clean bass boards |*do not clean picture frames on walls |*came unprepared and used my mop and cleaning supplies |*talked about other clients homes, no loyalty to clienys privacy |*came out 2 times, still was not done |*each time only here for 2 hours and smoked outside my home |Never resolved, owner was rude to me on the phone and unprofesstional

Description of Work: House cleaning every two weeks. I employed them for most of a year. The service gradually declined in quality. One worker was very good and did most of the work. Her partner did sloppy work and occasionally broke something without telling us. The floors were cleaned very well. Everything else was casually cleaned without much attention to detail. I switched to another Angie's list provider, Purged Cleaning Service, and there was a dramatic improvement in the quality of service and attention to detail.

Description of Work: They failed to show up, no notice. I called and left a message. They returned the call 4 days later and we rescheduled. When they came it went well. Only one girl came and stayed for the agreed upon time.

Description of Work: I have an apt area in my home and had someone move out. The bathroom and living area had not been cleaned very well for a while. I used my Angie's list 'big deal' for six hours of cleaning. Shannon came on time and worked the whole day through. She meticulously cleaned it until it sparkled......and asked me what else she could do. She got a lot more done than I was expecting. Thank you Shannon.

Description of Work: They were hired to help with home organizing. To tell you how this experience went: after complaining to Angie's List about their lack of service (they were one of Angie's "Big Deals", I received a full refund.

Description of Work: They were scheduled to come clean my house every other week. They had high turn over and often there were car issues and I guess because I was one of their clients further out they would need to reschedule. When they did clean they did a decent job but just need a company that can be more consistent.
