Very clean, thorough, but slow.

Another disappointment in trying to find a regular house cleaner. The person that was recommended in other reviews could not make it at the last minute (family emergency - I get it) so I was scheduled for later in the day with 2 people. We made that time work because we had to. My husband had a doctor's appointment and had to leave for 2 1/2 hours during which time they supposedly showed up and cleaned for 3 hours (what I paid for). However, they came some time after he had to leave and were gone when he came back so they could NOT have cleaned for 3 hours. They left no checklist or business card and we had to look very carefully to see that they had been there at all. Everything was "kind of" done or not done at all - there were several pieces of furniture in almost each room that were either not dusted or only partially dusted i.e. top of dresser half dusted or top dusted and shelf not touched. Floors were not done well - I use a Swiffer wet mop on them at least every other day and they certainly were not any cleaner than when I do that - definitely not scrubbed clean. They didn't bother to clean the floors around or behind toilets... baseboards, wood work not dusted, tile walls around bathtub/shower areas done very poorly - really everything was just not done very well at all. I'm not super picky, but I do not expect to have to go behind cleaners and "finish" the job. I expect to walk into my home after it has just been cleaned and go ahhhhh looks nice in here not have to guess if they even showed up!

Responded quickly to my purchase to set up appointment. Flexible on schedule. Arrived on time. Did a great job the first cleaning with a little bit of guidance on my pain points. Friendly, professional staff. Used their services multiple times after.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fantastic. It was a 6 hour session so it was 2 girls for 3 hours. They were very punctual and brought their own equipment. They were very meticulous in their work. I was very impressed and very satisfied. I paid double for the work they did.

I have sent them numerous messages via the Angie's List Message Center and have yet to receive a reply. I have decided to go with another provider for this service and am getting the Big Deal refunded by Angie's List.

Because the service person was late to the initial appointment, I had to break the hours into two parts. I arranged the second visit, but the service person cancelled because her pet was sick. I rescheduled, and called the evening before to confirm. I was then told I had to speak to the service provider company before she could come back. The result was that she did return two days before Thanksgiving. She did a good job when she was here, but the lack of timely and effective communication prompts me to find another service in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for 3 hours of house cleaning. I currently have a house cleaning service, but was unhappy with the recent cleaning, so I decided to give the coupon a try. After I purchased the coupon I called them directly to schedule a cleaning. Crystal got back to me super fast and she was very helpful in scheduling for a couple days after I spoke with her. I also told that I would love a quote for a regular cleaning. She scheduled the cleaning for Friday morning with the owner, Marie, coming later that afternoon to do a walkthrough. The team came Friday morning to clean the house. I have 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house with a basement that is half finished. Two of the bedrooms are completely empty, one full bathroom isn't used and the basement main room is empty. My usual house cleaners take about 2-2 1/2 hours to do the whole house, so I figured the 3 hours should be sufficient. I started by taking the team through a quick walkthrough of the house. It was a mother/daughter and they were both very nice. Most of my home is hardwood floors. I usually let my normal house cleaners decide between Murphy's Oil and Zep, but they recommended that they use Vinegar, which I said was fine. There are a lot of areas of the house that are not used frequently or are empty so I made sure to show them which areas needed more care than others. Most of the empty rooms and guest rooms just needed a quick dusting and vacuum. I work from home so I was there the whole time they were cleaning. The only area in my upstairs that needed cleaning was the master bedroom/bathroom. As they were working I noticed that a lot of time was being spent upstairs. It took about two hours of the cleaning to finish he upstairs, which I thought was a little too long and not enough time to finish the rest of the house on time. At the 3 hour mark they still weren't finished with the house so I authorized them to go over by 30 minutes, which I had to pay $30 more for. I didn't mind paying the extra, because it was the first time they had cleaned the house, which usually take a little longer for most people and a lot of the time was spent on the upstairs hardwood and kitchen hardwood with the vinegar while they were on their hands and knees cleaning. Marie came Friday afternoon for the walkthrough and gave an estimate for future cleaning at a discounted rate of $135. I thought this was fair, but the only problem is that my usual cleaners charge $75 for two hours w/out tip (two person crew also), so the price difference was extreme and more than I was willing to pay when comparing the overall work. A couple of things that I noticed and pointed out to Marie was that streaks and residue were left on the granite counter tops in the kitchen and parts of them granite counter top. Also some of the stainless steel appliances weren't cleaned well, even though I had provided Zep Stainless Steel cleaner. After Marie left I did notice a couple of other issues. Dog hair was not swept up fully on the main level, a coffee table in the living room was completely forgotten and the basement bathroom was not throughly cleaned and really didn't much look cleaner than it was before. Although the overall cleaning was good I've decided to stay with my current house cleaners. Everyone that I came into contact with was extremely nice and pleasant, but for the amount of money I'm currently paying it wasn't worth it to make the permanent switch.

The job was okay. I did have to point out some things they missed but they did do what I asked when I did mentions it. The scheduling process was awful and took a long time to get scheduled. I did leave 3 dates that would work for me but they didn't let me know they were doing it in one day for 6 hours and just showed up when I wasn’t there.

Punctual, professional, hard working. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. I highly recommend and would definitely use again!

I paid for 10 hours of cleaning and received 8 hours. The house was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom floors and countertops were not clean. The mirror and bathtub in the master bath were not touched. The mirrors in the master bedroom were not cleaned. In the extra bedrooms, the furniture was not dusted. In the dining room, the furniture was not dusted and the floors were not cleaned properly. There was dirt left on the floor and the corners were not touched. In the kitchen, the sink and appliances were not cleaned well. The glass in the kitchen cabinets was not touched. Only some of the cabinets were cleaned and only after we asked twice and pointed out multiple places where they were dirty. The kitchen floors were partially cleaned. They were not swept all the way and it appears only the middle of the floor was cleaned with cleaner. I pointed out several times the items that were not cleaned and it was not met with enthusiasm. The downstairs bath is still dirty as well. The bottom of the shower has standing dirt and the floors were not cleaned. I was very disappointed. I did point out issues several times and after they did not correct them, I just gave up. They would tell me the dirt would not come up, but I would be able to wipe it off with a paper towel. I would not use this service again. I have family coming over for Thanksgiving and now I am going to have to spend time cleaning the house instead of preparing for the holiday. I definitely did not get my money's worth.

Fantastic! Best experience I've had with a housecleaner. I bought a Big Deal of 6 hours for $99. The appointment was easliy booked through the Angie messages. I had requested 2 cleaners for 3 hours but one couldn't make it, so I got one cleaner for 6 hours. Jessica showed up right on time with her equipment and worked very hard and very well. She was nice and professional. That lady knows how to deep clean! I didn't have to give her a lot of instructions -- she just went to work and did such a thorough job. She started in the kitchen and polished everything; she even scrubbed the cabinets and took the knobs off of the oven. She spent over an hour just in the kitchen -- not counting the floors -- and really got all of the grime off. She was great in the rest of the house, too, which was very dirty. We ran out of time (I have a 3,000 sq. ft. house and a family of 5) and she had to rush through the floors and vacuuming, but I know that's because she was thorough, not slow. Frankly I would prefer that and have a great job done than a rushed one. She said if she had more time she would have loved to scrub the baseboards down. I would have liked to have her for longer, or back for another visit. I'm a very happy customer.

Two young ladies showed up in casual attire for a $99 Angie coupon - 6 hours of cleaning services (or 3 hours for two people). I took them on a tour of my one floor 3/2 home and pointed out specific issues that needed special attention. They only had 1 of the bedrooms to clean. I have an allergy to dust so I asked that the bedroom be cleaned from top to bottom. From past maid services, I assumed they knew what they were doing and went in to my office to work. After 1-1/2 to 2 hrs, they appeared to be finishing up so I went around the house with a flashlight to examine their work. I was almost speechless from what I found and somewhat agitated about having to point out all the areas they missed or did a substandard job. I'm not going to go in to all the details but they did not vacuum as I had asked and I found many areas that they did not touch at all. I had set out clean sheets to make the bed and they said that they don't do that unless the bed is stripped. They never asked! I pulled the bedding off and asked them to re-make the bed. I asked if the second bathroom was done and they indicated that it was. I showed them that the toilet was never touched. They missed several greasy areas in the kitchen. Apparently they did not move any objects to dust or clean under or behind - both in the bedroom and kitchen. While they were willing to correct any issues, I should not have had to go around and personally inspect every area and ask them to re-do. They obviously have had no training and have not been supervised properly in the past to come up to an acceptable standard. I got tired of re-asking to do things and finally just stopped to get them out of the house. After they left, I spent 2 hours taking care of the details. Even with the $99 coupon, they were not worth the trouble. I thought I might call the owner to discuss the issues but felt that she/he obviously did not have the professionalism to be in the business nor did they do a follow up call to see if I was satisfied; so I would have wasted my time with that, also. The two women were pleasant and willing but obviously did not have the skills needed and I should not have to train them. Overall, a very poor showing for an Angie's List provider. Other services I have used have exceeded expectations.

They did a good job. They did what they could do in the amount of time they had. They were very pleasant to work with and it was very positive experience.

They were wonderful workers. They arrived on time and toured the house with me to hear what I needed. I used a coupon and had 2 workers for 3 hours. They began work right away and dusted everything in detail. They never stopped working and even stay over a few minutes to complete a task. Excellent service. Nice people.

Tracy came with a team of two other people. She did a fabulous job in my kitchen - the cupboards look new! The other two people cleaned my family room which was super dirty due to my dog running in mulch outside. They did a fantastic job as well. Not only was the job done to my satisfaction, but they were really nice people and they were so willing to do what it took to get the room clean and the job done. They did more than I had envisioned: baseboards, edges of the stairwell. I am so happy with this service that I plan to use them as my regular cleaning company. It's a service, so they do have more than 1 person who cleans. I was glad to meet Tracy and her crew for that day - great job! :)

The assigned worker, Jess, arrived promptly and went right to work. She worked steadily for the 5.5 hours she was here. She did an outstanding job of cleaning my house and I would like to use her again. Unfortunately, the owner of the service is quoting a price for continuing service that is beyond affordability.

Service was excellent, they knew all the spots where dirt gets accumulated and made sure all dirt was gone. They were thorough in cleaning.

Cleaners are pleasant mannered. They are flexible and pretty thorough. Marie is very willing to work with the customer and has high standards.

Rooms they clean include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, family room and services include vacuuming, dusting, etc. I find her to be thorough so far. I had a service before and there were communication issues and with Marie’s this is not the case. They call you the night before to confirm the appointment.

The ladies who come to clean my office every week are always polite, professional, and thorough. Exceptional service!

They come to look at the house to give an estimate. They are extremely reliable. I couldn't believe how thorough they were with the cleaning. I didn't price a lot of places but I think they are comparable. I was surprised at how early they were here. I will absolutely use them again.
