They did an awesome job. The cleaners were very nice, quick, did a good job and they have a good attention to detail.

The service turned out great. We were pleased with the service and they did exactly what we needed them to do.

They were taking their time in the beginning and did not finish cleaning even the bathroom, which I think is the priority.

There were no real complaints regarding this third cleaning from this cleaning service other than the shower in the downstairs bathroom was not properly cleaned and the edge of the floor between the family room and the dining area in the kitchen was missed. When I say third cleaning, the first cleaning required two cleanings as the first two ladies who came the very first time I ever used this cleaning service were absolutely terrible and without writing everything down which was missed I will just say the entire area behind the countertop in the kitchen wasn't cleaned and the kitchen sink was full of nasty water when I got home! Needless to say, Marie, the owner, came out and saw all this herself and we were told these two ladies were fired and two more came out and re-cleaned at no extra charge. What really has upset me to the point of never using this cleaning service a again is the fact the sliding shower doors in the downstairs bathroom were completely off track and broken and the top part of the metal door frame was bent as though someone had fallen into the doors this last visit and the piece which holds the doors together was laying in the shower floor with a screw inside it when I got home! I immediately called Marie and she said she would check with the two ladies who had cleaned. Of course, I never heard back from Marie as I am sure the two ladies denied breaking the doors!!

I had an operation on my right foot on Feb. 3, 2014. Therefore, I have not been able to put any weight on my right leg for 6 wks. I was so happy to see the big deal about Marie's! I placed the order on March 7. The message I got was that I would hear from the service no later than March ll. March 11 came and went; so did March 12. I this outfit can't keep its word about a simple phone call, I certainly do not want them in our house! We'll just deal with the dust and dirt until I am back on both feet!

Marie's was very helpful in several changes in the date. The staff arrived on schedule and did an outstanding job cleaning the house. They were courteous, professional and thorough.

The original crew came on time and began work. The crew leader came and asked if we wanted to upgrade the service to be a deep-clean for an additional $126.00. My husband said "yes", so the cleaners proceeded to do that. However, they only stayed the original six hours. When I arrived home, about 2 hours later, I noticed dirt that had not been picked in their vacuum of the floor, cobwebs left in corners, and the woodwork with dust left on. When the crew leader called the next morning to ask about our experience, my husband told her about our discoveries and disappointment. She came to inspect and noticed all the same things we had noticed and more. She then promised that she would bring in her personal crew on Thursday, 2/20/2014 to make it right. They did make it right. It took this crew of four twice as long as the original crew of two. We are happy with this second experience. It was a bit disappointing that it took two tries, but Marie's made it right.

The deal was 6 hours for $99 they were done in 4, with the comment I'm "very clean."

Six hours of housecleaning for $99 is a decent price. The six hours apply to one person. For two people, cleaning time is 3 hours. My daughter stated that inside of the empty drawers and the baseboards weren't cleaned. Also, she said there were some cob webs left in the kitchen. My daughter was disappointed because she still had cleaning to do. Overall, she said that everything was just ok and that she didn't try to get satisfaction because of time constraints.

I thought I was getting a 6 hour cleaning but really I got 2 people for 3 hours. The cleaning was terrible, I didn't feel like my house was clean at all, they didn't know how to vaccum, clean, didn't empty the trash cans but they were nice people.

All went well. Polite, friendly, and punctual staff. Timely responses to set up appointment.

Made appointment on line but requested they call when on way which they did. 2 delightful pleasant girls worked efficiently both separately and as a team. I do not use a cleaning service regularly so do not what a "going rate" should be but with Angie's list deal seemed fair. Great feeling to have a clean house when they were finished.

BEST floor cleaning ever! They made the wood floor shine, even the corners which most cleaning services are not good at. The trainees cleaned the kitchen so not as good as I wanted, dusted high areas which is needed, but the valances in den were left uneven - and I had paid a decorator to hang them. Since I've had foot surgery I have not been able to correct them. Also ceiling fans were dusted, while the dust flew all over the room. I would use them again, but would not accept trainees.

It was simple to schedule an appointment. Two people came to complete the work and they stayed for three hours each. I believe that they provided their own supplies. The house was only half done and they wanted additional fees to finish the remaining areas. The owner called me directly and offered to complete the rest of the work at the cost of another Big Deal, but I declined. They did a good job with the work that they completed. They spent an hour each in our bathroom and it was spotless when they left. However, I am unsure if the price was actually good for a Big Deal.

They didn't do a good job. They kept taking smoke breaks and my house smell like cigarette smokes.

It took a couple of attempts to schedule the appointment, but they arrived on time when scheduled. There were no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. Two crew members came and stayed for three hours each. They provided their own supplies for the work. The work was fine.

It was great! The two-person crew arrived on time, got right work, and did a very thorough cleaning. Furthermore, they were friendly and professional the entire time.

I have been on the search for a house cleaning company for a few months now. I had been eyeballing Marie's since they claim to clean floors on their hands and knees and floors are my biggest pet peeve. I was excited to see the $99 Big Deal for 6 hours of cleaning so I bought it and had them come out. They came while I was at work so I don't know how long they were there. When I came home, the first thing I did (as usual) is to look at the kitchen floor and carpets. I can't confirm, but the kitchen floor did not look mopped to me. There were also no vacuum line in the carpet but I think they must have gotten them lightly. My guest room was missed completely. It was clear the floors in that room were not vacuumed and the furniture was still dusty. I looks like they got most of everything else but I did find that they did not dust behind clocks, radios, etc, sitting on tables. Just the front part. I did reach out to the company and they offered to send the lady back. I have to move my dog into the basement for the day when people come out as we both work full time. To have to do that again in the same week just wasn't worth it. So all in all, I think it comes down to who they send out. I am willing to give them another shot and will let them know ahead if time what I will be looking for.

Between the 3 of them, they worked a total of 21 hours! The house has never looked better. I will definitely call on them again, when I'm in need of a good, thorough house cleaning.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. She was absolutely fabulous. She was unbelievably good. The young lady that came could not have been nicer or better. She never complained. She did an excellent job. She was very pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job. She was singing while she was cleaning the bathroom. She had a very good attitude and did very good work. I would recommend her to anyone. I didn't pay any additional but I tipped her.

The people that came were husband and wife. They were very nice. They arrived later than we were told they would due to child care issues, but once they get there, they got right to work. They did a good job, but they left 20 minutes before the time that I paid for (which is more like 40 minutes in labor hours). Like I said, the house looked good, but since I paid them for that time I would have preferred they stay and do more deep cleaning of nooks and crannies and surfaces. I used their service because I purchased a deal on Angie's List. I'm not sure if I will use them again in the future or not.

The two ladies were excellent. They thoroughly cleaned my home and it smelled wonderful when they left, even with a house full of dogs I found them professional, personable and caring. Excellent job

Arrived late and did not call so I called them. Work was done thoroughly and both ladies worked diligently.

I will be using them for my house cleaning service starting next month....

They did exactly what we asked them to do. They are very thorough and if there is anything specific you want done, you just have to tell them.
