I have been dealing with them before they were Zone Pest Solutions. I felt like I got good customer service for a fair price. All the workers from Zone Pest Solutions that I have worked with have been great. I would use their service in the future.

They were good. I rate them high overall. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Everything always goes well. Ben, the technician, is thorough with his inspections and takes time to listen to and answer questions I might have. He always has helpful advice and goes above and beyond what one would typically expect of a pest control technician.

Zone Pest Solutions was incredible to work with. They were very respectful to our residents when scheduling inspections, thoroughly explained their treatment process, and completed the job on-time. They are very responsive to follow-up matters, and we can't be more pleased. I would highly recommend Zone Pest for all of your termite/pest control needs.

I had seen my last bug! I called Zone and they were able to come out the very next morning to do a free fee quote for pest control and for termite treatment. He gave me the approximate quarterly fee quote for pest control over the phone the night before and said he'd have to do some measurements to give me a more solid termite quote. I told him the pest control fee sounded reasonable and asked if he'd be prepared to do my first treatment the next morning after his inspection if I agreed. He said absolutely. I signed up for quarterly service that day and will likely be changing over my termite bond to them (basically getting rid of my bait system). These guys were professional, curteous and super responsive.

I called zone because my tenates were saying they thought they had termites. They were able to go out to the house the day that i called them and had the treatment completed within a few days. My tenates were very pleased with how nice all that came i were. everyone was very helpful through the whole process.

I had cronic ant problems for over a year. 3 companies later, I have finally found one that knows their stuff. I haven't seen an ant in my home in 6 months. Highly recommend. They told me they could handle the job and did! Great experience!

They were very prompt and got the work done quickly. Their pricing was good. They worked with us to be able to make three payments. They were able to set up a good system that I was impressed with. They informed us of what we did and did not have to worry about. We were overall very pleased.

It is hard for me to say that they did anything other than perhaps prevent any infestations, because I really wasn t sure if I had one or not. That is OK though because they were very professional, answered all my questions well, and as a preventative measure this was well worth the money.

First of all, the representative that came to the house (Ben) was VERY good. He explained everything they would do and mentioned the Angie's List coupon. He looked at several suspicious areas and declared that they were not termite-related damages. He recommended that I remove several boards from my deck to avoid extra charges if the workmen had to do it. The technicians arrived on time and finished earlier than predicted. They were meticulous and neat, in addition to being courteous and informative. Overall, the entire process was excellent! I'm happy. The price was slightly less than other quotes we received and the experience was pleasant.

I searched and got estimates for several companies, before deciding on Chemical Technologies. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and made a good case for the treatments they used. Guarantee and personal attention were key factors. I also, thought they knew state of the art methods, better than other companies. I fact checked what they offered with consumer reports and with "do it yourself" stores recommended. These people offer more than just a sales pitch, or at least that is my impression. Hopefully, I will never need to use the warranty.

Chemical is definitely worth it, let me tell you. They do this one time a year for me and they use a chemical barrier that is good for up to ten years. Unlike other companies who just throw wood in a barrel and hope for termites to come around. This company is also very reliable and they always show up on time. I interviewed four pest control companies and by far, Chemical was the best priced. They are outstanding.

Mike fully investigated our home - including negotiating some close-quarter, nasty crawlspace areas - and gave us his opinion and estimate on what it would take to eliminate the current problem and what Chemical Technologies would be able to provide for us with their annual inspections. At no time was there a hard sell. His candor, willingness to explain and low-key approach were very appreciated. After shopping five other companies, we decided to go with Chemical Technologies. The appointment was made for treatment and Mike showed up - as he did for the inspection - early and eager to get started. The job was finished within the time it was estimated and Mike thoroughly explained and walked me through the entire job. Getting termite service is not an enjoyable expense but Mike made the transaction worth the money.

I decided to go with Chemical Technologies based on the good reviews in Angie's List and Kudzu. I emailed them asking for an estimate. I promptly received a phone call from Trey. He went over the termite treatment details, the charges and the insurance. He asked me a few questions about the size and structure of my house and gave me a ballpark estimate of $750 for the treatment and $165/yr for the repair/replace insurance. I made an appointment on the phone for an on site inspection and estimate. The technician showed up on the dot as promised. He had already inspected the house from the outside. He looked in the garage and then gave me an estimate close to the initial quote. I made an appointment for the treatment itself. The tech was about two hours late, but called me twice to update me on when he would drop by. He completed the treatment in about 2.5 hours and answered my questions fairly well. He accepted the $50 off coupon without any question. They were professional and honest.

Ben Rivera was very professional and knowledgeable. He came to our house for an initial inspection and explained the treatment and service agreement thoroughly. The price was the best out of three companies that I received quotations from. Once we decided on treatment, Chemical Technologies was able to schedule a time that was convenient for me. The technician arrived on time, was very friendly, and completed the work quickly.

Smoothly. Came for a free quote, came back next week for treatment. Picked them because of how knowledgeable and honest they seemed compared to other pest companies.

This was an Excellent experience! Jeannie and another scheduler were kind and professional in seeting up my appointment. I visisted their website. I really appreciated that Chemical Technologies posts the names and photos of their reps. This was important to me for security reasons. The treater arrived AHEAD of schedule. He was quick, clean and courteous. He came prepared to not only give a quote for services, but also to perform the treatments on the spot. (I appreciated that, as I didn't need to take another day off work.) The rep gave me a few tips on how to save money on some pest issues. I was delighted that they were working on a 'holiday' July 3rd. Pricing was not the least expensive and not the most expensive. I have already recommended Chemical Technologies to a friend.
