It was great and we’re very happy with the results! We met them at the home show in Atlanta. We felt that the price was reasonable, and their good reputation was what helped us decide to use them. We’d definitely recommend them to others.

This was the 2nd time we’ve used them, and they would be our first call next time if we needed more resurfacing. I found that the price was competitive when I bid the job with a few others. They were on time and very professional.

It went very well. This was the first time we’d used them and we’d use them again if needed, as well as recommend them others. I’d give them a B+ overall because the communication on who was handling what aspects of the job was a little confusing.

Our garage floor was far from perfect, an older home with cracks in the floor and a half inch open seam around one wall where the concrete had sunk years before; we had several companies look at the job and all estimates were highly unreasonable and most just didn't call us back. Dave Ankrom and the team from Concrete Resurfacing are not the run of the mill coating refinishers. We were surprised by the amount of time and effort they put into grinding the surface, crack repair and resurfacing then filling the side seam. They provided a solid solution to a difficult situation and left us with a stylish and solid garage surface with a 3 year guarantee. They requested a small deposit after the estimate then billed us the remainder after completing the job. The follow up thank you card and the unexpected referral card that offers both the purchaser and the referring party $100 for using their services in the future was an understated bonus, we would have recommended them to others anyway!

Everything was excellent. They were very much professional.

On time and completed their work as scheduled. Very thorough with what they were going to do and worked to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of their product. The crew did a very good job of explaining what they were going to do and how they were going to accomplish it. We wanted one small adjustment after they finished and they made it with no problem or additional cost. We would definitely use them again.

They did a first class job from design to installation. I am very pleased with the end product.

We called Concrete Resurfacing, and Andy came to our house to explain our options and give us a quote. He was very knowlegable and professional, had samples of what our options were, and we decided after some additional research to go with Concrete Resurfacing. They were very flexible in terms of our dates, and were always willing to answer our questions promptly. We went to the Atlanta Homeshow where we discussed our plans with several other vendors, and found Concrete Resurfacing to be price competitive and to offer better coating solutions which were not at the high end of the scale. The crew who came to do the work were very prompt, and very professional. They did a great job of protecting our surrounding landscape and pool area. They taped everything and did a great job of applying the materials. They answered all our questions and completed the job on time. Since the work was just completed, we can't comment on how it will hold up over time, but it looks great now. We are more than pleased. I would definately use them for future work, and would recommend them to any of our clients (we are Realtors).

Don't waste your time! We were looking to expand our driveway and add a new small section for additional parking. I called and received great customer service on the phone and the appointment for a quote was set up. The estimator showed up at the scheduled time and was knowledgeable and friendly. However, he told me that he would have the gentleman that does the concrete for them come out the following week (this was on a Friday) and measure and then I would receive a quote. I was surprised that the work was handed off to someone else - I thought that the appointment was for an estimator to give us a quote. but perhaps the job was too small? Anyway, the company that was to do the estimate was Veterans Concrete. I hadn't heard of them but started waiting on the quote. After 2 weeks, I called Concrete Resurfacing Products back only to find that the estimator with Veteran's concrete hadn't even been out to measure. I was assured he would be out within a week and again after 2 weeks I called to get the quote. Evidently he had been out to measure but had not yet provided a quote. So....again I waited 2 weeks and finally called today to be told that this should have been sent to me a week ago. I agree - but now I am frustrated with both Concrete Resurfacing Products and with Veterans Concrete. CRP should have been calling me to ensure that I had what I needed, especially when I had to call them so many times. So while I can't speak to the quality of their work as we obviously went with a different company I urge caution if calling them for routine concrete work.

Staff & supervisor were very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. Completed on schedule, left the premises in a clean and orderly fashion. The crew was polite and took pride in their work.

The service turned out less than we had hoped. They tried to get the job done all at once with three crews doing the work at once, and as we look back, that wasn’t the best decision, since it was overwhelming. Initially, they were very responsive, but when we brought up the things we didn’t like, they had trouble admitting that they were wrong. We had to clean everything out of our garage and rented a truck out for storage due to rain; we were ready for them to show up as scheduled but at the last minute, they told us the crew was out of town and wouldn’t be able to get to our home until a day and a half later; they did compensate after I complained about this to them. There was also a language barrier; they did not speak English, so this caused further tension. Under the circumstances, they did what they thought we wanted them to do. It turned out to be an adequate job overall.

The work terrific overall! I called the owner about a complaint with the clean-up, which was less than desired. He wasn’t able to rectify that situation, but other than that, everything went well. The actual job itself I’m pleased with, but the clean-up was not good whatsoever. I ended up having to clean up myself, and spent hours doing so.

The service went very well overall. They were the second contractor that I worked with this for the project. The first contractor wasn’t doing a good job, so we terminated the contract. This company was recommended by another company we worked with and I was more than pleased with their service! They did a very good job.

We connected with Concrete Resurfacing Products at the home show at Galleria in Smyrna, Ga. The job was performed in a timely fashion and very professionally. The area around the pool looks great and is cool to walk on in the summer. I would recommend them to anybody.

The service was very good overall. We needed to have the work done within a 2 months period, but as the time drew closer, they told us they didn?t think they?d be able to get the job done within that time frame that we initially agreed upon. Once we got past that, however, the technicians did an excellent job.

We communicated what we wanted to sales and even spoke with the owner. However, when the service team arrived, they were not briefed properly. I had to explain again what we wanted. That was poor communication. The contractors were friendly and professional, but did not seem to have the skills to accomplish what we wanted or didn't seem to think it would look good - I'm not sure which still. We requested a pattern that was not a stamp but rather a custom look that was available at their location as a sample job they did to train employees. It would require manual cutting of the lines into the stardeck and we were assured this was no problem while at their office. It wasn't until the work started that I realized they weren't comfortable doing what we wanted, and at that point we had a choice to go with his recomendation and change to a pattern he was comfortable with, or risk having a disaster. Keep in mind this was occuring as the concrete was drying, so a decision had to be made very quickly. In the end, the pattern looks great, but there were some errors in the process that look sloppy in parts, such as a "stone" with several lines through it where they tried to change the look after cutting into it. Most annoying though is a large section of the patio that has little color on it that gives the "stones" their dimension. These stones are flat in color and look like mud with texture vs. stone and was due to something that occured differently in the process of drying or mixing the product. We're still not sure. We were told this would be remedied when the sealer was applied, but it did not. In all we're pleased with the outcome - it's a beautiful patio. But it took much more effort and babysitting on our part than we had anticipated, and for the money spent, we had really hoped the work would have been without error and that the team was more experienced in avoiding these issues. ===== Update - Concrete Resurfacing Products was very responsive to our concerns once we discussed the issue and determined more could be done. They listened and responded in a very timely manner, coming out to our house and talking with us all with a very friendly attitude and great professionalism. We're very happy with the final product and have changed our rating to reflect that, including a recommendation to friends. To be fair, we should have communicated our dissatisfaction before rating them, but we were under the impression that nothing could be done. I disagree with the reply below that we changed our minds, implying that this was our issue. We never wanted straight grout lines and It's frustrating to read that, particularly considering how much of an effort my wife and I made in visiting their office and even photographing the wall and talking with the owner about how this look we wanted is achieved and giving that photo to the crew to work off of. 1. The photo was in the installers hand 2. the installers made the wall in the photo, 3. I was present telling them that's what I wanted. I'm really not sure what else we could have done to avoid this confusion! Nonetheless, the hand cut flagstone is a great pattern and very well done, but I would encourage other members to be exacting in communicating their requirements and double checking those reqs before their time for installation comes, particularly when there may be some gap in time between the consultation and actual install. That's good advice for any job, whether with CRP or others. I received a nice follow-up call from their sales rep after the correction which was appreciated, and he told us to contact them if any other issues occur. I'm confident they will stand by their work and would consider using them in the future.

Quality work, clean, and on budget. Didn't properly clean pool. Much debris in pool.

They came back promptly to give me a quote. I gave them a deposit. It's been four weeks, and they haven't been back. I've placed a couple of phone calls to them and they haven't called me back. If I don't hear back from them today I'm calling my credit card company to cancel the payment.

Went quickly - great care was taken to keep debris from entering the existing pool. Finished product makes pool deck less slippery which was a definite need.

They did a good job but the color turned out wrong and I am trying to get him back here to change the color. It turned out to be much lighter than I wanted it to be and I am having a hard time getting him back here. They are supposed to start tomorrow but its taken them six weeks to get back here and I haven’t been too pleased with that. They did a good job in terms of the integrity of the work other than the color. The price was good. When they say they are going to come they show up.
