Description of Work: Cleaned and refinished large concrete pool deck which already had embossing and color but looked old. They came on the day contracted for the work, cleaned and put on a clear finish. Pool deck looks like new and they saved me the color cost since I didn't need it. Good honest business.

Description of Work: Resurface the front porch and garage. Garage was fine |, but front porch was left where there is standing water at the front door. We complained and was told that leaving the porch so the water would drain was not part of the contract. I was finally told that the company would fix the problem for the cost of the materials which would be an additional 2700 dollars. As we were having other renovations, we could not schedule anything else at that time . I believe it was in March, that we gave the scheduler two dates that the work could be done. Have not heard anymore from anyone.

+ 0 moreEstimating experience was very good. They explained the process, provided samples, pictures, etc. It was not high pressure. Upon agreeing to move forward, a reasonably small deposit was collected, and we were told approximately when it would be scheduled. I found that I had to call the vendor later to check on when we would be on the calendar versus them being proactive on when to expect a call, etc. It was the only real downside, and that was minor issue. They poured the slab in one day. The workers were very professional and nice. Although they did not properly dispose of the dirt excavated to pour the concrete, they corrected when they came back to do the concrete stamping. After three weeks - the period of time we were told the slab had to cure before they could do their work, we were on the schedule for the stamping. The workers were the same crew. It took a couple days due to rain. I had to follow-up to find out exactly when to expect them - again, the only issue was communicating arrival days/times more proactively, especially when the delay due to rain was involved. The quality was fantastic, and we have received lots of compliments from neighbors already. We are very satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: The company extended our porch slab and provided concrete stamping on our driveway, walkway and back porch.

+ 0 moreEstimator arrived on time and provided multiple samples to choose from and provided information on the various options. He took the measurements and offered to match the colors of the stone wall on the front of our house, which we never thought about doing. The estimate was completed at the end of May and we were informed it would take about 6 weeks before they could install due to their backlog. They were true to their time estimate. The only negative was that we received a call the day before they wanted to perform the work rather than providing us a few days notice to work out our schedule. (That's the only reason I didn't rate them excellent on professionalism.) They agreed to postpone for a couple of weeks to work with our schedule. They arrived on time and completed the work within three days. Installers were professional and courteous and we are pleased with the results
Description of Work: Resurfaced patio with a decorative concrete coating to look like flagstone. They took the time during the estimate and again during installation to match the colors to the stone on the front of our house.
