Premier Chem-Dry

It looked like a fairly good job when they were done. A couple of months later all the stains began to reappear in addition to circular marks on my den carpet that came from the cleaning machine. I called and he told me he wanted me to be completely satisfied and he would be at my house in 3 hours. I waited all afternoon. He didn't come or call. Over the next several weeks I called and left messages. My calls were never answered or returned. My husband then called from his cell phone, was promptly answered and told he would be at our house the following Monday at 12. At 12:06 on this past Monday, he called my husband to tell him he was on his way. He never showed up or called and continues to ignore our calls. The den carpet is ruined and will have to be replaced. I have never dealt with someone so rude and unprofessional.
