I've used them before. Their pricing was reasonable. They didn't charge for overtime for a weekend.

The technician showed up a full day late without any notification. He did not understand how to use the programmable thermostat, one that is sold at home depot and is very common. He did not offer to use anything to protect the carpets from his shoes and was not professional in his attitude.

They finished enclosing the A/C unit where it meets the house. It looks great! They come to clean and service the unit yearly.

Had leak from under dishwasher and bubbling in toilet. Plumber came out and diagnosed dishwasher was leaking, not plumbing. Stated he would return next day to clear vent pipe to see if that helped with toilet problem. My husband decided to fix the toilet problem so I called the company and left a message with the answering service that night for the plumber not to come out. Called again the next morning just to make sure. Got a call back from their office to confirm there was an appointment to which I explained it had been cancelled. Plumber showed up anyway. I apologized, haven't received a bill. Plumber was nice, polite, on time (each time). Woman who answered phone when I made first appointment and when I cancelled could use some training in customer service. Her attitude and the mix up despite two calls to cancel is why I give them a B.

Wonderful! What a relief to know you can call someone who will respond quickly and really fix the problem!
