Description of Work: The electronic board burned out on our Jenn-Air electronic range. They came as soon as called, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The part took about 3 1/2 weeks to come in and as soon as it arrived, they came back and installed it. So far, no problems. They were courteous and efficient.

Description of Work: this is not a small business as the name might suggest. They are part of Augusta Remodeling and Construction company. I feel like they are deceptive in their advertising. It took a week for someone to just come look at the problem, another day for an estimate and another week before they can bring me paperwork to sign to do the job. I feel the estimate was overpriced. 490.00 to replace a door jamb. We called someone else.
