Lee Freeman and his partner were awesome and did an amazing job. They showed me the before and after pictures as the work was progressive and was amazed to see the difference. They also found a small mold problem with one of my units and they ended up installing a UV light Air Purifier for a more permanent solution. They have excellent customer service. When I wanted to make a last minute addition to the work order (add a UV Light) they were able to accommodate my request. They didn't have the light with them, so someone from the office actually brought it to the house so that they could install it while they were there, instead of having to have a second visit. My only issue is that they used concrobium as a mold eliminator which, quite frankly is not at all effective at getting rid of mold. I would suggest using an essential oil mix that includes tree oil or thyme oil. They are much better at completely killing in eliminating mold in duct work. Overall, my experience with them was excellent. I have already recommended them to two other families. They were fast, efficient, and cost-effective.
