The Sud Studs, Inc.

I've called several times and so has my husband.  We've called no less than 20 times and still no answer.  We've driven down twice to the headquarters to redeem these gift certificates and we talked to the representatives but they can not get a hold of there bosses to redeem them.   We have scheduled a visit and still no one has showed.

The crew spent almost 11 hours at my house going through all the vehicles and getting them up to showroom quality.   They made the Honda Pilot look like kids had never set foot in it before (and believe me that vehicle has been lived in by 2 boys).  They really worked h****** the exterior to buff out any scratches and bring the vehicles to an amazing shine.   My neighbor texted me from across the street saying he needed sun glasses to look into my driveway now.
By far the best detailing my vehicles have ever had, they will be coming to maintain them for years to come.

Jake was responsive via phone and email when I was inquiring about having my vehicle cleaned.  He quoted arrival time of 3:30.  Chris, the guy who cleaned the car actually arrived at 5:30; however, he called and let me know he was running very late and I told him it was fine (he put a Marietta address in his GPS, rather than our Suwanee address??  Not sure if there was confusion between manager and employee  or if he just made a mistake).  He was very polite and acted professional.  He took about 3 hours to clean the mini-van.  Unfortunately, what I specifically wanted and I was very, very clear about with Jake by email and in a phone conversation, is that I wanted the interior immaculate, with every nook and cranny being cleaned.  I let him know that the inside was way more important to me than the outside (and that I know most people probably want the opposite).  He assured me it would be done as requested and it just wasn't   not at all.  Not sure any nook or any cranny was cleaned well, most not even wiped down.  I'm not sure where the disconnect occurred and it was dark when Chris left - so I really couldn't see well until the following morning.  I felt so very disappointed to spend $200 (plus tip) and not get what I wanted :(  I sent email to Jake and at this time, have not heard back from him.  
UPDATE:  Heard back from Jake via email.  He indicated that if I could drive to Phipps (downtown)  that he would be happy to clean anything that was left out.  I wanted to laugh when I read it, but it actually made me pretty mad!!!  I could have gotten this cleaning job at a LOT of other places, for a LOT!!! less money.  

Jake and his team came to my house to detail clean both of our family vehicles.  They did an outstanding job.  They spent 5 hours cleaning the exterior, waxing the car, and then doing the interior.  They also shampooed the carpets in both of the cars.  I had a scratch on one of the vehicles they were able to buff out as well.  Couldn't be happier with how great the cars look.  The best part is they come to you!!
