TERRI'S QUALITY PAINTING LLC

Terri and Kevin painted the entire interior of my house, including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, hallways, and kitchen. They painted all ceilings, walls, and trim. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them! They were available to begin the work shortly after giving me an estimate, arrived the day they said they would, and finished when they told me they would be finished. They were able to match the color swatch I brought them perfectly. Plus, they were significantly less expensive than other estimates I received (probably because they are a smaller business and don't have multiple crews working for them). In hindsight, I wish I had gone with a higher quality paint, but that was my choice and no reflection on Terri and Kevin. I would definitely hire them again.

Terri's was a great experience from start to finish. They were easy to get in touch with (she even answered the phone while standing on a ladder!), very helpful with advice and recommendations, honest about what we needed and didn't need to have done, and gave us the best estimate by far of the three quotes we got. They were prompt each of the 3 days they worked, they worked quickly and did an excellent job, cleaning up each night before going home. Terri's was very professional and we were totally happy with our new walls. We will definitely be calling them again in the future when we are ready to do another room. Highly recommended!

Terri was very responsive from the first call I placed to request an estimate. Throughout the process--from estimate to acceptance and completion of the work--Terri and Kevin (who works with her) were punctual and professional. They did exactly what we requested and did a very nice job of it. I work from home and was appreciative of the fact that they were quiet and respectful of our home. When there was a little glitch with the finish on one of the drywall repairs that had to be done, Terri worked with it until she got it right and showed a great willingness to do whatever it takes to have a satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend Terri's Quality Painting to others and we will definitely call her again.

Very professional and expert painters. Beautiful paint job in all rooms. Very flexible, and readily accepted additional work not originally planned to ensure we were pleased with the overall improvements to our home. Went out of their way to do the best job possible, cleanup, and finish on time. Very detail oriented. This was the best paint experience ever, and we will readily call Terri to do further painting in our home!

Teri and her husband arrived on time. They went right to work. In two of the bedrooms, they removed some wallpaper borders. They then painted the ceilings, wall, woodwork, and closets. They covered all floors and any furniture left in the rooms. They were extremely professional. The rooms looked perfect. There was not a drop of paint anywhere but where it was supposed to be. My husband and I could not have been more pleased. We are going to have them paint a remaining bedroom and hallway.

Terri and her helper showed up promptly and made sure all was done. They cleaned up and left the area just as it was. I would recommend Terri's Quality Painting.

They were great! I had the paint and thought I had prepped the walls. They found other places to prep and made the walls smooth. Then they protected the floors and furniture, painted and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't have asked for more! They were just lovely to talk to as we'll and worked well around my curious toddler.

Overall I was pleased with the final result. They were prompt, courteous, professional. I also liked the fact they reviewed the area prior and after while also taking the time to cover and or protect my furniture prior to beginning work. Glad to see they care about protecting their customers belongings. I will definetly keep their number in my call again book!

Teri and her partner arrived on t he dot of the agreed upon time and went straight towork moving my furniture out of the bedroom. Her muscles must be hidden by the two crisp white overalls they both wear, because she coulld haul my heavy furniture as well as the man, and she's just a little thing. I watched them mask off the windows and put a drop cloth on the carpet (even though I had told them I was changing it the next day) I felt confident enough to leave them alone. When I came back, the house was unusually quite. Oh, no, I thought, they've gone.I slowly opened the bedroom door and saw them putting away their tools away ahead of time. Th y truly did a perfect job! I only wish that I had more rooms to paint.

They worked around my schedule with moving furniture from room to room. They were neat, efficient , cleaned up, and very personable. I would use them whenever I need painting.

After reading previous reviews on Angie's List I decided to give them a call. I was on a tight timeline to have our new home painted and Terri and Kevin came to my rescue. Terri is prompt and thoughtful in returning calls as well as providing a clear and detailed quote, verbally as well as on paper. Terri was extremely helpful in picking colors, providing fan decks to flip through as well as expert advice. Work was completed in the time frame estimated. Terri and Kevin also were extremely neat and clean and an absolute pleasure to have in my home. Terri and Kevin are extraordinary paint professionals. Excellent experience!

I could not have been happier with Terri's Quality Painting. I got three estimates and Terri's was the middle estimate. We chose Terri's because Terri and Kevin do all the work themselves. They also estimated the job would take one week, while the other companies estimated it would take only 2-3 days - I wanted to know someone was taking the time to the job right. There was TONS of trim and their work on it was flawless. I wasn't sure that anyone would be able to patch the walls where the large speakers were removed so that it would look perfect - they did it. On top of their great work, they are a pleasure to have around...it was hard to keep my daughters away from them so they could get their work done! We definitely plan to use them on our next project.

Terri responded to my request for a service quote within a day of my call. She had one of the best quotes, and I felt the most comfortable with her professional, responsible attitude. She helped me choose the best paint colors for each room. We were able to schedule a time within a week of the quote. The first project they tackled was the tearing down and replacement of a high-ceiling popcorn ceiling with a flat ceiling. Her and the crew did it all in one day and it looks great. Terri and her husband spent the next 5 days priming and painting 4 rooms in our house. They also moved any furniture that needed to be moved. Terri and her husband were prompt,courteous and professional every single day they were here. They did an excellent job on all the painting around our house. My husband and I had painted the other rooms in our house, and their work looked so much more top-notch than ours! I wish I had asked them to paint our other rooms instead of us going through that hassle ourselves!

Terri and Kevin painted several rooms, hallway, trim and were meticulous in their work. They covered furniture and floors before starting the work and did a fantastic job. I love the new light, bright look of my rooms.

It was a wonderful experience. Terri and Kevin were so nice and very professional. They did an outstanding job and the quality of their work was perfect/ There were no splatters, no drips and no messes. They were willing to work with me on dates and were very accomodating on several items. They were quiet, hard workers and very nice people. It was by far the best experience I had dealing with several different contractors. You won't go wrong if you hire them.

Terri is awesome (as well as Kevin). I got three quotes from A+ companies on Angie's List, so I had to use other factors to make the call. She is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with. Quality job. Spotless finish. No mess. They are like mice, totally quiet once they get working. I could go on but I think you get the picture!

They charged $1,900 on the job. They were very professional in the way they conducted themselves. Terri explained everything with the estimate. She broke down all the charges for me. The painting work was done very well. They covered up all my furniture. In the evening, they put the furniture back in place. They put the TV and couch back in place so that I could use them. The price was competitive; I had received estimates from other companies as well. They were mostly on time, but one or two days they were running a little behind. They were responsive as well. I would use them in the future.

They did a great job. They contacted me quickly and they were cooperative and truthful about what type of paint to use and considerate of the cost.

The total price to paint the house was supposed to be $2075. I paid half of it to get the work started; we had agreed that I would pay the other half once they finished the work. We had also agreed that if some stuff had to be repaired or replaced, that could be added to the final amount. They told me that I had to pay up $325 because they replaced some wood around the roof. The price included the labor and material. Terri came over for about 20 minutes each day. There were some pieces that were needed to be replaced around the outside of the roof, and they were satisfied with just patching the big hole up. I had to have Terri come out to talk to the guys. Another time, I had requested for some paint. When the guy came, it was paint of a different color. I told him about that, and he tried to argue with me. Terri wasn’t here and left a guy named Santos in charge. They were all Hispanics and none of them could speak proper English. I had picked them because my wife would be alone here, and I wanted someone that my wife would be comfortable with. They were to pressure wash the back window, but they did not take the storm screen down; that work never got done. Terri told me that she trusted the people to do good work, but I told her that it would be too late to redo the work once the whole house was painted. They had painted the wood around the trim that had dry-rotted. They had assumed that the wood was good enough. They ended up damaging the garage door, and no one told me about it. I discovered it after they left. It was just one thing after another. I think they were more concerned about a bigger job, but I am a customer too. There were no supervisors, and I walked around the house making sure they were doing what they were supposed to do. The work started on a Monday and was supposed to have taken them four days. Nobody showed up again until Wednesday. I had to call and ask Terri if they were going to come back. It would have been nice if she had called and told me that they would take longer. I could have done something in that time. The screens and everything were sitting around. They brought one person and left him to do all the work by himself. He had to pressure wash and take the screens off. They tried to replace the screen that they had broken, but they did not bring the hook to secure the screen. I didn’t say anything about it. After they had done the touchup on the front porch, there was some tape which they took off. I had two spots on my front porch with no paint. I am disabled and I can’t climb ladders and stuff, or else I’d have done it myself. They broke one of my hedges, and I had to trim that to make it look decent. I got estimates for $3000 and $5000 from other providers. I told her that I would pay her more if she found something that was wrong. The $325 that I paid on top of the deal should have been discussed. I was a contractor for the federal government, and I explained to her that I have the experience and know what to expect from my workers. The price confused me. I told her that I was not satisfied with the work. I had planned to hire them to do some more work, but after this, I would not use them again or recommend them to others.

They did a magnificent job. The attention to detail was wonderful. The house had been in foreclosure for a year prior to purchase, and was filthy, with dinged, marked-up, pockmarked walls and hideous looking trim. It now looks like a completely new house. They did a fantastic job--wonderful quality work. The most impressive thing, though, was how they took the time to clean window ledges, vents, etc. as they painted, little things that just show how much pride they take in their work. They also did things like paint doors which I didn't remember to request (doors were primed white), but they painted them white to match the trim anyway, at no additional cost, because they really wanted to make the place look great. They did a wonderful job taking care of the drywall irregularities (there were MANY, all over the house) . They were extremely prompt and reliable and just lovely to work with--it is so refreshing to have such professional people to deal with. I almost didn't hire them because they only had a few reviews, but I am so glad I did--my house looks wonderful, they were great to work with, and the price point was GREAT (almost too good; I think they should charge a bit more, given what a great job they do). I will definitely be calling them again in the near future.

She did anexceptional job. She was punctual, professional, neat, and friendly. I highly recommend her and would definantly use her again. I spent a bit more that I had expected, but she did a bit more work than had been originally agreed on.

I was preparing my house for sale and had a few projects to finish before photo's were taken for the brochure. I called Terri and set a time to meet for an estimate. Terri arrived for the appointment exactly as agreed. I found Terri and her colleague, Kevin to be professional, courteous, good listeners and above all, knowledgeable. I got my questions answered and I felt confident that she would get the job done. I was under some time constraints and they worked very hard to meet them. I could not have been happier with their work. Terri and Kevin payed particular attention to details which insured the job was done to the highest standard. Terri was also very flexible as I expanded the scope of the original contract to include patching a wall, painting a bathroom, (with a wall paper border to contend with) and an arbor in the front of my home (needing pressure washing, stain and seal), the work was done so well, I am still calling Terri as things come up-in fact, Kevin is painting 6 French Doors as I write this. Terri and Kevin are ethical, trustworthy, (I let them into my home as I left for the airport) and just nice people. Above all, they do a superior job. I am currently using Terri's Quality Painting and I will continue to use them in the future.
