Crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and thoroughly explained how they would be cleaning windows. Keith walked me around house so I could show him the windows I wanted cleaned. Then they immediately got to work cleaning inside first and then moving outside. I felt comfortable with them in my home. They did a beautiful job and were very polite and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better crew and company to do business with. I look forward to using them in the future. They were even nice enough to leave me estimates for other jobs around the house that they specialize in. It says a lot in this day and age to have a reliable, trustworthy and efficient company!

It went great - pretty simple - I called Nadia and scheduled a date for them to come out to clean my windows. She actually had to cancel the original date that we planned, but that wasnt' a big deal. She was great about calling me, keeping me informed and confirming the final date. She even called afterwards to see if I was happy.

Overall, I was pleased. I was a bit frustrated with the appointment booking because my appointment was moved twice. Still, on the day of service, I called to see what time the crew would arrive and the receptionist asked if I could re-book for yet another date because one of the guys had been in a car accident the night before. I politely declined, given that my appointment had been moved before. But, she did call back in about an hour or so to tell me that another crew would pick up my job and be there by noon. They were prompt and two of them were cleaning before I even answered the door. The job was well done, despite a few missteps. Two of my transom windows and one whole window were missed; 3 or 4 of the screens were not properly reattached and one of the windows in my dining room was left open at the top by about 4 inches allowing the AC to blow out and the heat to come in for about 5 days before we noticed it (since we do not use the formal dining room often). HOWEVER, I would use them again. The price was fair (I also used an Angie's List coupon), the crew was prompt and professional. I did chalk up the missteps to the fact that my job was probably thrown on to their day's schedule at the last minute that morning and time was an issue. If all the scheduling issues and missed windows were to occur a second time then no, I would not recommend their services but at this time I will, and will probably use them again.

Overall, the work was excellent; and I would hire Robert again.

I called Starbrite for an estimate. I was told that Robert, the owner, would come within a day or two and would call before coming out. About 5 days later he finally showed, no phone call. I called the office after the estimate to discuss it. Left a message, for him and he called me back. I called him back that day left a message and didn't hear back. Four days later I called again, and asked how to reach him and was given his cell. Called his cell, we talked about the estimate, and the work. He said he'd call me back when he got to the office to review my estimate and finalize price. He called and left a message. I called him back on his cell 2 days later and again, didn't hear back. After a week, I called his cell again and left another message. No return call. Two days later I called the office, asked for Robert and was told he's out of town on business. I asked if I had his correct cell number, the woman said yes. I told her I had left two messages, and first was over a week and a half ago. She said, "Well, Robert's really busy running the busines and has a lot of stuff he's doing." I told her that I also run my own business and that's no excuse for him not getting back to his customers. I asked if he was interested in my business. She said, "Yes". I said, 'If he were interested in my business then he would call me back.' I got off the phone with her and about two minutes later Robert called. At this point it was too little, too late. I took my business elsewhere! If you are looking for someone that is dependable and reliable, move on!

the representative was late. I called their offices and was given a completely snarky response by the woman on the phone that I should expect them to be late. "It is Atlanta, you know..." I was told the washer would be at my house within an hour, so i CONTINUED to wait. No one ever showed up, nor did anyone call to tell me they weren't coming. I waited for HOURS. Awful service. Awful attitude.

I was comfortable with the experience.

They did a wonderful job and we were very happy with the work. They were very professional and came on time. I have no complaints.

In July, Starbrite performed window washing and pressure washing on our house. They did an excellent job and I would hire them again. I have nothing but complements about the services the technicians provided. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. The results are excellent; the house and screened porch look just painted, and the windows are shiny and clean. There was some confusion when coordinating the arrival times for the estimate and the actual services. One thing that would enhance the overall customer experience is for Starbrite to send the customer an email or automated voice mail that confirms the date, estimated time of arrival, and expectations Starbrite has of the customer.

I have no complaints. Someone came out to do the estimate and left it for me. Different guys did the work and they came up with a slightly higher price (due to type and number of windows), but honored the estimate with no questions.

They were good. They did a good job and were efficient. They cleaned up after they were finished. It was fine. They were clean and fast.

Perfect from start to finish..I'm very picky..need I say more?

They came and cleaned all of our outside windows (about 40) and some of the inside ones (about 13 regular and 4 odd) that are hard for me to get to. They had been here a year ago and done an excellent job so we were happy to use them again. The windows hadn't been cleaned since then and were pretty bad off. We have a combination of older, "gabled" windows and newer, "contemporary windows." We also have 2 skylights and several oddly shaped windows too far up for us to reach. Two nice, courteous young men came out and did the work. They were on time, called before they came, and extremely professional.I highly recommend this company. They work with you on the prices, are flexible, prompt, and friendly. Other window washers I've gotten quotes from often require you to get a certain amount done in a certain way. This company was not like that at all. They are very easygoing and flexible yet still extremely professional.

Overall, it was a good experience. I contacted them and set everything up for the cleaning. Their pricing was better than most others we'd called. I unfortunately had an unexpected business meeting and was out of state when they came for the appointment so we had a family friend meet them. Apparently they were very late but when they arrived our friend indicates they were quite efficient and had the entire home with tons of windows, finished in 11/2 -2 hours. I was concerned that some of the windowsills weren't cleaned and a couple of screens still appeared to have cobwebs. I haven't had time to call them about it but if you are there when they perform the work, I'd just suggest that you visually inspect everything as I am sure they will correct any issues. I've never had my windows done without having the sills and screens cleaned so I'm sure this is a factor of them being off schedule that day, and not having the actual homeowner present. I am picky and have high standards for my home but overall, it was a fair price and a good experience.

This is my second time using Starbrite, and I am just as happy with the service. I first used them to clean the windows (inside and out) of my townhome when I put it up for sale. After they completed the work, I was amazed! The windows had never been cleaned, and it was like having a whole new home! The windows were spotless and so clean I was able to see things I had never noticed before. In fact, they were so clean that on an inspection visit, my buyer was able to see that the seals were broken on one window, and I had to replace the window prior to closing. It was that good. Two men came to my home and within a span of 2 hours were able to clean the inside and outside of all our windows. And our second-floor windows need a 31-foot ladder to get at them-no easy feat. When they were in the house they wore booties to protect our floors. They were prompt, professional, polite, and matched their original estimate. What more can you ask for ?

I bought a coupon on Angies list to have the windows cleaned, which led to it being a rather good deal. We set up the appointment, they came, cleaned the windows in a timely fashion, and were on their way.

Washed the exterior of my house. I am satisfied.

They did a very good job. The guys that came out to do the job were nice and friendly.

They gave a reasonable estimate and took the time to explain how they do their work. Plant safe chemicals and low pressure to avoid damage to the wood. They left the premises neat with no damage to our landscaping or plantings. They went about their work in a very professional manner. The house and decks were badly mildewed, and now look like new. We will definitely use them again in future.

These guys are great and I would highly recommend their services. I also really appreciate Cindy allowing us to extend the date on the coupon we bought in December. This was one of the first Angie's List coupons I purchased and I'm so happy I did. Thank you Starbrite, you deserve to be a top rated company on Angie's List.

This was the first time I used them and they were good. The lady I worked with was very helpful and flexible. The quality of their work was good. I would use them again in the future.

The two Starbright people were very professional and did a fantastic job. It's amazing how much a difference clean windows can make! I will definitely use them again.

They were delightful. I enjoyed working with them. Both the pressure washing and window cleaning were done beautifully. Only issue: one of our screens was broken during the washing process. They did not mention it, and I discovered it post-job. However, Alex, my main contact, returned my call about the screen in a timely manner, and has indicated they will replace the damaged screen. Although the problem has not been completely resolved, I anticipate a positive outcome.
