I apologize for your inconvenience. As I recall, it was raining and cold on the 26th. You should have received a call from our office to reschedule (I know for a fact that you did) I take a tremendous amount of pride in my company and the work that we provide for our Angies list friends. I received a call from Angies list two days later with your complaint. I told them that we did call on our appointment day as we were rained out. You also left a bad review about us on another site without giving me the opportunity to make it up to you for the misunderstanding. I then instructed them to refund your money as I had the feeling that no matter how good of a job we would have done for you, you would not have been happy. Once again I apologize. I do try to go the extra mile for every customer and will see to it that something like this does not happen again.
