They do a good job and always do what we ask them to do. They are easy to work with.

I was very disappointed in my first Angie's List experience. I asked for a deep clean and specifically asked for certain things to be focused on; i.e. base boards, bathroom, and walls. I found many areas with spider webs on the walls and corners and the baseboards were still dirty, and there was scum in the tub. I feel like I've been "taken," in that there is no way it took 2 people 4 hours (they charge by the hour) to do the cleaning they said they did. I have experience in hiring cleaning crews for apartments in another city so I know the deal. I expressed my disappointment and was refunded about 15% of my initial bill and was they offered for the crew to return. Also, I they were on time and professional, but the quality of work was poor at best.

I have used them for ten to fifteen years now. I really like the service that they provide. They send two ladies out to clean, and they are usually here for about an hour and a half. My late wife was the one that hired them years ago, and I will continue to have them come clean for me.

They generally do very good. Occasionally, they have slip-ups, but they fix it. I would definitely recommend. They come on time, and they are very good about letting me know if not, for some reason.

I was disappointed in the initial cleaning but gave feedback for improvements. I was home for the second visit and was astonished that their representative was in and out after a little over an hour and did little beyond a surface cleaning. They did offer me a new representative and a third cleaning for free. This cleaning was okay but this person was not made aware of previous requests.

I was a little disappointed as the kitchen floor was sticky, the laundry room was not cleaned at all. Many of the baseboards in the closets were not cleaned. They came and walked through the home two days prior to cleaning it, so I was surprised that the laundry room was missed. I contacted Raina and she made it right with me.

Two woman team arrived on time, were polite and professional. The place was a lot cleaner after they left. Reasonable price for the services rendered. Representative called next day to ensure satisfaction. Would hire them again.
