I was extremely happy with our service from RIA. They did a very thorough evaluation for rodents, and then we decided to use them for a full-house exclusion. Every time they came to the house they were very prompt and courteous. I received personal and helpful service both at the house and on the phone. They really took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. We were so happy with their service, that we have started using them for their insect/pest control service.

Used an Angie's List Big Deal for mosquito treatment around the yard. Unfortunately, I got tied up at work and wasn't able to meet the service man. However, they were able to go ahead and do the service and all the info was emailed to me. Worked out perfectly....have barely seen a mosquito since!

The exclusion has been successful. We no longer hear squirrel activity in the attic. We also had roach treatment in the attic at the same time, and we continue to have a bad chemical odor that remains from this treatment. (Perhaps the roach bait smells when exposed to a warm attic environment?) Finally, we had some wood work done in areas where the rodents had damaged it externally. The paint color was not a good match to our existing trim paint. RIA came to fix the paint job, however, without a fee. I got 3 prices for exclusion, and this was the best by several hundreds of dollars.

Being built in 1925 - I was a little nervous about what the home inspection would find. Jesse was already at the property when I arrived at 9 am (the scheduled beginning time) and was all set up and ready to go. He did a little looking around to get general impressions, but waited for me to show before starting the real work. Jesse was very professional, and explained every step of the process, including tips on maintenance along the way. The work was completed in about 2.5 hours, and I was emailed the report that evening.

They are well priced and give excellent customer service. They come on time and they call me for my 3 months service because they don’t come every month. They work around my schedule. The person who comes to my house does a real good job and is very informative. They do exactly what they are paid to do and they do it well. My dog is afraid of the spray. He took the time to make her not be fearful. He put it down on the floor and talked nicely to her. He took away her fear and so now when he comes to spray, she is totally fine. That is something he didn’t have to do. They are very quick to come out whenever I call them.

Lyle is great. I always request him. My dog was afraid of the wand they use, she would bark at him and act agressive. He tamed her, put it down to let her smell it, he was very patient with her. Now she is fine with him. He gives me good advice. He tells me if I have dead bugs in my basement and that I need to pick them up so other bugs don't get in to feed on them. They call me when it is time for the spraying and they call until I schedule it, because I've requested that.

They are professional and great. They have great employees and the owners are very helpful. There prices are very reasonable.

The price was comparable and little bit better them the other 2 or 3 companies we looked up. The man that came was very punctual, very thorough and found things no other companies had found. They hard to get in touch with, they usually call me back. I know that if I need them they'll show up.

I WAS SHOCKED ON HOW EXPENSIVE IT WAS. I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED WITH THEM FIRST, BUT IT WAS MORE THAN DOUBLE WHAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE.

I RECOMMEND PEST MASTERS TO ALL MY CLIENTS, MAINLY BECAUSE THEY ARE A SMALLER, LOCAL BUSINESS AND YET THEY MANAGE TO STAY COMPETITIVE WITH THE LARGER, LESS PERSONALIZED COMPANIES.
