RIA did a great job with the inspection and the reports were very thorough.

Provided an estimate for termite service, pest control, and mosquito spraying. The tech/sales rep who came out: - Insisted that there was active termite activity in our crawlspace, despite 5 other contractors concluding it's residual from old termite activity that has been treated and eliminated - Because of this, that my house would require a spot treat service as well and they couldn't offer a damage bond, only a re-treat bond (which kind of makes the sentricon "guarantee" worthless) - Additionally, he informed me that i had a major hornet problem and they could get a guy out in a bee suit to take care of it for $125. (They weren't hornets, they were cicada killers and this happens every year) Not sure if this was just an inexperienced individual or if he was deliberately trying to sell/upsell me on services with misleading information, but it leaves me with zero faith in the services RIA would provide.

It was great. They called me ahead of time so that I could get my cats inside. The treatment was great, very safe even for my next door neighbors chickens. I haven't had a mosquito bite all season - that's a first.

This is the second time I've used this company and it was again a good experience. They were prompt in responding and scheduling and were very professional. I can see a big difference in the number of mosquitoes and can sitting on the deck without being eaten up by the bugs.

Our backyard is pretty overgrown with ivy so I was skeptical that anything would keep the bugs at bay. Now my kids run around in swimsuits and never get bitten. I had to be home for the first fist visit, but now they can do it when I am at work. I will likely extend my service for a couple of more months to cover the rest of the summer season.

They arrived right on time and the mosquitoes are gone now.

The wife and I were skeptical when we bought the mosquito treatment plan, as we live in a really wet, humid area (there is actually a tiny swamp right near the back of our yard, with frogs and everything) which mosquitoes naturally love. Last summer, the mosquitoes were everywhere the second you walked out the back door. As a result I didn't think the treatment was going to be able to do anything. I still don't understand the science behind what these guys do. But seriously -- this stuff works. Neither of us has even *seen* mosquitoes around the house this summer, let alone been bitten by them. Top marks for these guys.

I had an excellent experience with RIA Solutions for pest control. The technician was early and got started treating the outside of the home. He was extremely thorough inside and outside, yet he worked quickly. He went above and beyond by helping me locate a wasp nest under the deck where I had seen a few flying around and getting rid of the wasps and the nest. I was so pleased that I signed up for quarterly service, and I hope I get the same technician. He is knowledgeable and very pleasant personality. I like that RIA treats primarily the outside of the home unless you are having problems; I have small children and prefer to keep the pesticides outside unless stronger measures are necessary!

John was on time, very polite, and knowledgeable about the product he was using . He listened to me, and answered my questions. Then he went to work and took his time getting everywhere on my property.

Jeff was on time, completed the job in good time. He was professional, yet friendly and easy to talk to. He also was knowledgeable in discussing the house and history of it (we had just bought it).

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. We don't seem to have any squirrels in the attic so I guess it was good. We spent quite a bit more. I don't know if it was a good price or not but we were satisfied with it.

It went fine. The mosquitoes stayed away for the amount of time they said they would.

The technician was on time and friendly. Don't remember seeing any mosquitoes in the following weeks after the spray was administered.

Everything went very well. They found where the critters were getting in and provided an e-mailed report with photos. They also set up traps, checked them a few days later and removed them a few days after that. No more creatures stealing our bananas. I used their report to seal up a few areas of the house with Great Stuff expanding foam from Home Depot. They make one specifically for pest exclusion. We'll see if that holds. The trapping and inspection deal they were offering is mostly so they can pitch you their exclusion service (quoted at over $1000) where they seal up your house with materials a little stronger than spray foam. I chose not to go with that, but you know what? If I have problems again, I'll probably go with this company.

I like them very much. Pest-Masters is a small company, family owned and they give you excellent, excellent service. The owner's name is Danny and his wife Ezette runs the office and they are excellent. They come and they service me when I've had a problem. I did have a problem once and they were very responsive and they came right away and took care of it. If you have them come monthly or quarterly it is so much a visit. And because I travel so much, sometimes it is six months before I can get them back again, so then the service rate is higher. I think their prices are very reasonable. They have different employees who come out and service you and I've had several of them, but the one that I trust and the one that I like to come to my house, is Danny. I don't see any live bugs in my house, ever. When they say they are going to be there between 10 and 10:30, they really are. I am going to continue to use them.

The person that came to the house was polite, courteous and explained exactly what he would do and what I could expect from the treatment. The results were amazing. I could open an outside door to exit my home and not have to contend with mosquitoes. I would definitely use them again.

We have a small rental property business (8 rental houses) and have used RIA Solutions for quarterly pest control and termite, as well as pest exclusion work. We also use them for ALL our personal and business property inspections (Javier has probably done 20 inspections for us over the years--he's fantastic). I can't say enough about the company. They have a very professional and friendly staff, are always clear communicators, charge reasonable rates (and give their repeat and/or volume customers even better pricing, which is so appreciated). I love it that they are locally owned, too! You can NOT go wrong with RIA!

Analysis of my rodent problem was believable based on what I know already. Agreed to pay to have the service done that my home requires. Looking forward to good execution of the rodent exclusion service!
