I hired these people to remove mold from my basement. Because of the inconsistencies in the information that they were giving me, I had the area tested again for mold after they did the mold remediation. There was absolutely no change in the mold reading. Not just that, but you could still see active mold in the area that they treated. I have asked them 6 times for the material safety data sheet for the substances that they used on my home. Over a month and I have received nothing. The actions or inactions of this company are putting my family in danger.

Pure Home completed the work October 8, 2022. Part of the sales pitch by Troy was that I would get a credit from Georgia Power and a tax credit on my federal taxes in 2023. When I contacted Georgia Power, there was information that I needed to complete the forms that I did not have. I contacted Troy 2 times and he promised to email me the information but did not. I contacted Marvin by phone and text and no response from him, as well. I paid them with "cash" by their request $3165.00. I am very disappointed that they did not have the courtesy to give me the information I needed. Troy showed me their 5 star rating and sold me my pitching the credits and his military background.

I was grossly overcharged for a very poor workmanship.

We had a tiny mold problem located behind our custom built in Murphy bed and cabinets. They disassembled the built-in pieces without damaging them, so that they can be reinstalled, and removed all the mold. The team was very responsive throughout the process and fit us into their schedule immediately. Would highly recommend for professionalism and quality work.

Troy was very professional and informative he even offered to have his crew check my previous excursion I had completed by another company, to ensure no future intrusion of pests in the future. There was a little mix-up with the crew not using the HEPA vacuum during removal of old insulation before installing new insulation but Troy discounted the service and apologized. Overall I am pleased with my experience and will be recommending them to my real estate clients and friends!
