Limitless Renovations was a joy to work with. They came in right on budget, and they provided attentive care and counsel throughout the process. Tonya was awesome as our designer, and she was a huge help as we worked through all the big decisions that come with a major kitchen remodel. The team was very professional and responsive to every need. Can't wait to work with them again when we're ready to re-do our bathroom!

They said they could remodel our small bathroom to be handicap accessible, BUT THEY DID NOT because they are either not familiar with ADA standards, or they just did not care once we signed the contract. They did not make the bathroom entryway wide enough for a wheelchair and had to come back to widen it. But first, they wanted my 6 feet 2 inches father to just get a smaller wheelchair. Outrageous! They installed the knob to turn on the shower water at the SAME LEVEL as the shower-wheelchair handles. Now my dad cannot easily roll-in/out of the shower without getting his wheelchair caught on the water knob.We had this shower chair available so they could measure it before installing it. Ridiculous! We needed a wall-mounted sink so the wheelchair could roll under it, I found a sink online and sent the link with dimensions to them for approval before I purchased it. They approved the sink, so I bought it. (I have their approval in text messages.) We now have a sink that extends into the toilet area - when you sit on the toilet your left shoulder hits the sink. Not only is this not ADA compliant, its common sense that a sink should not extend to the edge of the toilet. I have brought both of these issues to Jeremiahs attention at least twice and he does not care - he offers no solutions. They laid the LVP flooring in the hallway. The bathroom floor tile is 1 inch taller than the LVP, which made it difficult for a wheelchair to roll over. Instead of being apologetic for this mistake and just fixing it, they were mad they had to pull up the LVP so that they could lay subflooring to raise the LVP to match the height of the tile. The sliding barn door was too narrow because you could see it in the bathroom even when the barn door was closed. They did replace the barn door - but only after many arguments and finger-pointing about whose fault this was. They started this job in June 2020, it is now November and we just now cut ties with them because it is pointless to continue with them. Jeremiah argues with you on the phone, in emails, and in text messages. I told him we are very unhappy customers and his response was that my husband and I are supposed to be team players with them. We paid Limitless 20,000 dollars for an 8x5 bathroom - I am your customer, not your team player. Kristy, the one who schedules the workers, will ignore you for weeks. Once you go above her to complain, she will then start scheduling you again. And the most upsetting part is - Jeremiah blamed ME for everything that went wrong. He told my husband in an email that I do not understand things. I still have this insulting email. And he told my husband that I approved the quality of work before it was done. No one approves the quality of work before it is complete. I was very impressed with Jeremiah when we first hired them because he actually called me after work hours and spent quite a while explaining things to me and answering questions. I thought we would hit the jackpot with this company because of how nice he was! I was positive this was going to be a great experience. But eventually, I became Jeremiahs scapegoat because every time there was an issue, he either blamed me or insulted me. My husband and I are not complainers - we just wanted an ADA-compliant bathroom for my elderly father like we requested before we hired them, and they assured us they could do it before we signed the contract. I thought 20,000 dollars was a high price for such a small bathroom, but I also thought I was paying for quality. We have 2 other bathrooms that need minor updating, but we will NOT use Limitless due to their lack of professionalism, unwillingness to fix issues, and finger-pointing. There are many other small things that happened that I am not listing here - I am just listing the most egregious issues. The people seem nice at LR and the tile work is pretty, but God forbid you to have any issues because they will blame you

LR renovated our master bath & secondary bath. I love that the CEO, Lance, visits every site to personally verify all of your selections and offers his expert advice! Eddie & Tony are fabulous and I would definitely hire LR again!

Limitless Renovations did an excellent job for us! They completed a full kitchen remodel with extra work that is probably not typical. We had some water damage from a leak above our kitchen that required sheetrock on the walls and ceiling to be replaced along with some electrical wiring replacement. The team at Limitless has some very professional craftsmen. John did an outstanding job with wiring, lighting and all the sheetrock work. Eugene did an outstanding job on the tile backsplash. I have done some bathroom remodeling and I am used to seeing flaws in tile work but not with the job Eugene did. Kristy provided excellent customer service throughout the project and was always very responsive. They really came through on the countertops when the initial install on a large island left a visible seam, they found an excellent solution that really ensured that it was done right. The painters and hardwood floor refinishers did excellent work as well. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Limitless Renovations!

We hired Limitless because we wanted one stop shopping and professional installation. They took care of everything from the first sales contact, to showing us samples at a manufacturing warehouse, to computer measurements and finally installation. They gave us a timeline and expectations for completion and fulfilled every commitment. All the people were professional and extremely easy to work with. We are very happy with all aspects of the job.

Limitless was fabulous to work with, from the beginning to the end. They helped us to design our dream kitchen, listened to our ideas and concerns. Fully delivered Jim, was our first point of contact and helped us to turn our very outdated kitchen. Before photos attached, so you can see the true transformation into a modern beauty with all of the mid-century modern details. Lisa then helped us to fit the cabinet and appliance placement and provided 3D renderings, so we could see the placement of everything. She was responsive to our needs as we went back and forth a bit. Working with Kiki during the installation was also wonderful. She listened to our concerns when we had them and answered our questions - extremely responsive. Limitless took care of everything and did a wonderful job.

Very professional team. I do not use the word professional. They arrived on time, communicated with me every step of the way. The gentlemen that performed the install went well beyond what I needed.

The second time I hired Limitless Renovations to renovate my bathroom was much more complex than my first experience, though it required many of the same elements as the first reno: Attention to design within my budget, their work ethic and, perhaps most important, attention to detail. They were in steady communication with me through my assigned Project Manager. Not only was the renovated bathroom to be redesigned, it required such major changes as moving the toilet, building a new shower, and replacing the floor tiles; the project also included enlarging the door, replacing the vanity and various other design aspects. To me, â Limitlessâ in their name refers, not only to the scope of bathroom and kitchen projects they can carry out, not only in helping me to choose the best materials and colors, but also in ensuring that I would experience the least possible discomfort and inconvenience as they carried out the project. Most important, though, was their meticulous attention to detail; I am still amazed as I notice in the tile, for example, the tiniest areas where they have cut it to fit precisely. They completed the project on time and slightly under budget. Generally, I would have discovered a few items that needed adjustment, as I did with this project. The one item was that the bathroom door did not quite engage when closed. A message to my Project Coordinator late one afternoon resulted in a quick correction the next morning before 8:30. Ten months after completion, my â newâ bathroom is as delightfully beautiful and efficient as the first day I experienced it. I could not be more satisfied and, when I have another renovation project, I will gladly contact them alone.

Toney is outstanding in every way, professional and goes above and beyond, Kiki is wonderful always pleasant upbeat and getting any problems that arose, which were few quickly resolved! Bravo! Would hire this company again!

Limitless Renovations hit it out the park with our renovation. This company was easy to deal with from start to finish. Our initial few meetings with Christina were excellent, her suggestions, input and expertise were exemplary. Next, we met with Lisa, her design ideas made it possible for us to get the island in the kitchen, that initially we did not think was possible. Her designs were spot on from the beginning. John, our installer, ran into a few issues with the design as we pulled things off the walls, due to the age of our home and few things hidden in the walls. He was quick to come up with solutions that worked and look beautiful. David and his crew did an amazing job refinishing the floors and matching new floors to old. Tony and Johnathan worked on fireplace, back splash, new window and inclosing the door. Both gentlemen were timely, worked tirelessly, and came up with suggestions to make our home look even more beautiful. Kiki was so easy to work with, answering all our questions, keeping us updated on the progress and mostly keeping me calm! We had a few hiccups along the way, but limitless was very quick to fix them and was extremely good at keeping us informed and completing the job in a timely manner. Joseph came to finish us out and complete the job, he was also professional, personable and darn good at what he does. I cannot say enough good things about the company, completely recommend them for any renovation job you may have. Every single person, from the CEO to the painters was exceptional. We WILL us them again without a doubt.

The installers were very passionate about the quality of their work. The project manager was very helpful at scheduling the various resources even during the chaos of the Pandemic. They communicated with us every step of the way. Their designers were very insightful and helpful in designing our kitchen; especially when bringing all the various components together to form the final product. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Limitless was a great company from the very first appointment. All employees showed up on time and ready to work. Everyone was also polite, understanding, and accommodating. Emilio was our installer and he did a phenomenal job with every aspect of this renovation!! He was always helpful and respectful. Emilio is also very knowledgeable and caring. He made great recommendations in a polite and non-pushy way. Overall, I am thrilled with the results of our bathroom renovation. We now have a master bath that feels like a spa and is a true dream come true. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to renovate a bathroom.

We just finished our master bathroom remodel and Limitless was a pleasure to work it. They were very responsive throughout the entire process and very professional. My renovation team was amazing. Joseph, who is actually did the demo and is now working on the renovation, is amazing. He is professional, and a perfectionist, and personable, like the son I always wished I had! Because I am working from home during the Covid-19 issue, I am here and he shows me every thing he does when he has completed a step, and I have seen the renovation from the ground up, which is amazing in and of itself. He asks me clarifying questions and we had to make a few small changes along the way but he is innovative and smart and has a great eye! I can't wait to see the final result and also I can't wait to have this team do my 2nd bathroom next year! Just the best team from the initial meeting with Jeff, through the walk-through with Jeremiah, to the office staff, and then Joseph, who is doing all the work, I cannot say enough for this company.
