+ -1 moreTECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME! OBSERVED PROBLEM AND HAD PARTS ON HIS TRUCK. HE HAD ALL HIS TOOLS AND WORKED QUICKLY. VERDALE, THE SERVICEMAN, WAS POLITE, NEAT, AND FRIENDLY. THEY WILL CONTACT US NEXT YEAR FOR SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE.
Description of Work: DIAGNOSED REASON GARAGE DOOR WAS 'DRAGGING' AS IT WENT DOWN. THEY REPLACED 2 PULLEYS, SERVICED BOTH DOORS, LUBRICATED, AND TIGHTENED HARDWARE.
