Description of Work: This company was paid to clean my house prior to moving in. The house was completly empty and I allowed them to do a walk through and tell me their price and state what they would do. They confirmed that they would clean my floors, and dust oven, kitchen cabnets and dust bedroom closets. Also clean two bathrooms that were already clean but needed to be touched up prior to move in.

Description of Work: Cleans all surfaces, cleans/mops floor surfaces with special care for hardwoods, dusts, dusts high areas to remove/prevent cobwebs, cleans blinds, baseboards....very thorough.

Description of Work: Beautiful Cleaning Services has worked for our family for a long time. They clean the entire house from top to bottom and even change the linens and do the laundry. The house is always sparkling when they leave!

Description of Work: Bianca and her team have been cleaning my apartment weekly (every Tuesday) since November 2010. Like clock-work, the Beautiful Cleaning team arrives on time and always delivers great service and does an outstanding job with cleaning. From the blinds, shelving and decor items, artwork, ceiling fans, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, and special requests... all done perfectly. They bring their cleaning supplies and charge a fair price, providing a great value! I started noticing dark spots on my carpet after my cleaning. I asked Bianca about this concern and she only denied it couldn't be her fault. I felt the issue was from the vacuum cleaner and communicated that to her. I live alone with one cat and travel extensively. I also was living in a NEW apartment building and Bianca was cleaning my building from the start of my move in. Anyhow, I cleaned the spots after complaining to her again and had a trip scheduled for ot of town, she cleaned and when I returned the spots were back! I was very upset, I called her right away and told her what I found and she again denied it. At that point after at least four times of communicating my concerns to her, I told her I was going to end service. Bianca was very short on the phone with me. I met her at a job site in Buckhead to obtain my keys and wished her well. She walked out and handed off my keys and said nothing, was cold and rude and walked away. I was so disappointed that when I had a concern she was not willing to work through steps to remedy the issue. I never complained about anything other than this issue in over a year. I ALWAYS TIPPPED MORE, usually $10-20 in addition to my weekly fees. Bianca is reliable and keeps a good schedule, if you have an issue, she will not take care of you and I thought I was a good customer. In April 2012 I called her to see if she would like to engage in cleaning with me again. She was short and said she was "booked" - clearly she is still upset I cancelled our service, but I will never understand why she's upset at me, when I cancelled the service and cleaned my carpet, the spots never resurfaced!!! Part of me felt bad, but was also torn because of how she reacted and never attempted to work through the issues with me. We started out good, unfortunately, I cannot recommend Bianca and Beautiful Cleaning any longer. In fact, I've recommended her in the past and was always very supportive. Very disappointing. Bottom line, it's hard to find quality, reliable, and HONEST cleaning services. I'm doing my own cleaning and am much happier. I hired someone because of my busy travel scehdule and the convenience to help me manage my life.

Description of Work: I have used this service for a while now. Bianca is always prompt,detailed, friendly and trustworthy. She comes bi-weekly and I'm always satisfied with the results. I have used other services and I did not get the same quality of service that I get from Beautiful Cleaning.
