We had a team of 6 guys moving us; all of the guys were very friendly, courteous, fun, amazingly hard working and took great care with our furniture and boxes. This was a huge move and we had a ton of stuff, it was exhausting for them, but they always maintained a great attitude. We had never used a moving company before and I was a nervous wreck about our furniture being damaged, once I saw how well they wrapped our furniture and how careful they were being, my concerns went away. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. The price was very reasonable, much lower than two other quotes I had obtained. Thank you all for a very positive experience.

Movers were great. Informed me of the possibility of an earlier arrival time, which was great. When they arrived they got right to work and protected all my furniture before loading it on the truck. They made an effort to put my things in the correct rooms when we arrived and finished before the estimated time. Overall great experience.

Great experience, start to finish. The move was easy to schedule. Movers showed up promptly/on time and were polite and respectful. They wrapped and loaded/unloaded carefully and quickly. I would highly recommend using them - I'll continue to use them every time I need to move.

The movers were on time, communicated with us when they were on their way, very careful with all of our furniture, super nice and friendly, and kept us informed during the entire process. My movers were amazing. I am definitely a customer for life. I have a huge sleeper sofa and it was tough to move. The guys worked extremely hard to get it into my apartment despite the weight and how difficult it was to move. None of my belongings were broken and the guys were very professional. They even came in under the quote they gave me.

We would definitely use Usa Family Moving again and recommend them to friends. They are quick, efficient, and take excellent care of our things. We had just had the interior of our new house painted and were concerned that moving things in, especially upstairs, might damage the paint. The guys were amazing though. Not one wall was even touched. We were thoroughly impressed with the job they did.

They were very organized upon arrival and had a great attitude the entire time we were packing my things into the truck, even though I was stressed. I appreciated the update on where they were in their travels. The next day, they showed up right on time with a "can-do" attitude and got to work immediately. The guys were very professional. Made sure they were in constant communication. They were helpful, had no problem taking an extra item. The wardrobe they moved tipped over in the drive to my apartment, but told me about it right away and took some money off the price of the move. My moving team was wonderful from start to finish. Their arrival time was set to be between 8:30-9:00am and they arrived right at 8:30, which was great. They were courteous and thorough as well as very mindful of the time and cost. They even brought on a fourth guy without charge in order to help efficiency and stay as close to the lower end of the estimate as possible. They were great about asking questions and placing things exactly where I wanted them. All of my furniture was carefully wrapped and came through the move without a scratch.

We will never move again without them. Next time we will actually hire them to do more. The moving guys were so nice and helpful. They were very care full with my personal belongings. I would recommend them to any and every one moving. It is worth every penny spent. They went above and beyond.

The responsibility of these workers is really amazing. I would have left some things backs since I was in a hurry to move but these movers helped me not to lose anything. I was nervous on realizing that a total stranger is going to drive my belongings to the new location on my move. In the end, I realized that I should not have worried at all. The movers demonstrated professionalism in moving my stuff and everything was done with ease. The loading and unloading of the stuff was fast paced and the end result was perfect.

This moving company quoted a low price for the move, I was skeptical because of the low price and I had to check their reviews. They had good reviews and I decided to try them out.
