The technicians arrived promptly in the agreed upon time frame. They reviewed what they would be doing and how. My house has two systems. After inspection, the technicians informed me that only my downstairs system required cleaning, thus saving me money on not performing unnecessary cleaning. The technicians were professional, competent and polite. They were completely respectful of my property and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing the job. They showed me the contents of the vacuum so that I could see what was removed from my ducts. The technicians also went above and beyond the call of duty, spray painting some of my vents that had rusted so as to make the ducts look clean and bright again. The technicians also performed some minor repairs to my duct work and tightened some areas of duct work that had not been properly fastened during prior installation. I am completely pleased with this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others! Their work exceeded my expectations!

Outstanding work. They were running a little late cause of Atlanta traffic but phoned ahead with an updated arrival time. They surveyed the area that needed to be worked and got right to it. They answered all of my questions and even cleaned each of the vents outside. We initially could not located the dryer vent. They were diligent in locating it and making recommendations on how to vent it more appropriately. The dryer was tough to get out and there was a large amount of lint build up as the hose had disconnected itself. They cleaned the area efficiently and were able to get the dryer back into a tight space. Great family run business.

The DuctMen were responsive in returning calls, setting an early date for their service , promptness of arrival, and did an excellent job! The price was exactly what they quoted and they were finished in less than 2 hours! Knowledgeable about their business, and answered all questions! Excellent cleanup too! Would definitely recommend!

They were late in arriving, but had called explaining why they would be late. They did a very good job.

They were quick and thorough. One person seemed to do most of the work. Not sure why there were two.

Their price was very fair was accurate to the estimate. They were very professional. They explained everything that they were doing. They were timely, clean, and well organized. They were also very honest and didn’t try up sale work or to repeat work before necessary. We really liked them.

The two technicians arrived early (which was great) and introduced themselves. I only needed the dryer vents cleaned they found the outside vent and showed me where it was and went to work explaining everything they did as they worked. They were polite and cleaned up completely when they were finished. I would use this company again and I recommend them highly.

Al and Patrick cleaned the ducts in our old house a couple of months ago. They worked very hard and thoroughly. The house was built in 1937 and it appears that this was the first time the ducts were cleaned. Al drilled holes in the ducts so that their equipment could be inserted and all of the ducts could be reached efficiently. Oh my, those ducts were dirty! They had to change the filter on their compressor several times according to Al. During the process, two other men arrived to assist with the job. Al was happy to explain what he was doing. He and Patrick were very polite. They did a great job vacuming up and moving the dirt out of the house. The only thing I did not expect was the amount of small particulate dust that inevitably escaped and coated things in the house. I had to dust and redust and vacume extensivley afterward. I doubt that this could have been avoided, but because it was my first experience with this type of service, I was surprised. That being noted, I still highly recommend this company for duct cleaning.

They were very professional...taking their time and doing an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves. (They got coke cans out of my ducts.) I am so happy I picked them to clean my ducts. I could have not found anybody that worked harder.

Everything was easy about working with this company. From the initial exploratory call, to scheduling the appointment, to the actual work being completed. They showed up ontime (Richard & RJ), reminded me about my angies list discount (nice one guys!), inspected both my systems and recommended I just clean my upstairs unit, completed the work efficiently and cleaned up before they left. Real quick about recommending only one unit being cleaned, it was nice to see a company who recommended the right thing as opposed to what would make them the most money. Overall I would recommend this company to a friend or neighbor.

Great experience, from initial call to working through schedule to the the work. The Duct Man of Atlanta are good people, true professionals, and are now my "go to" people for duct work and vent cleaning done right.

The two technicians arrived on time and introduced themselves. The vents for both heat pumps were inspected. The techs discovered that one vent pipe was completely disconnected from the vent box. He repaired this for us for an additional $60. Now, our kitchen AC works much better. The techs thoroughly cleaned and santized the venting for both systems. This took approximately 4-5 hours. They moved all furniture in the way of vents and returns. They were polite and returned everything to its original place once cleaning was complete. The deodorizing spray used during the cleaning made the house smell wonderful. We have much less dust in our home after the duct cleaning. I would use this company again.

We have lived in our home for about 2 years. There was an awful smell when the air kicked on for the upstairs unit. We also have animals and allergies.... I was skeptical that getting the ducts cleaned would help our situations and procrastinated for a while due to the price. I researched companies and ultimately chose The Duct Man of Atlanta. They arrived on time. Very nice and listened to my concerns and explained what they would be doing in detail. I expected the work to be noisy but it wasn?t bad at all. I was pleasantly surprised. No more smell and our allergies have been better... Despite the pollen counts lately. :)

Allan arriveat the times scheduled and after examing the layout of the dryer vent devised a paln to not only clean the vent but also re-route in to make ot more efficient. His through cleaning of the vent was sufficient but his willingness to reroute the line and offer a suggestion on how to prevent wasps from building nest(s) in the vent was more than I expected. I was completely satisfied with his work.

They called about two hours before the scheduled appointment time to tell me they were running early and asked if I would like them to come 45 minutes early. If this did not work me, they said they would come as scheduled. The earlier time actually worked a little better for me and they arrived when they said they would. I found them to be friendly and professional. They explained what they were going to do including the fact that they would be spraying a de-greaser on the vents which they let me smell first. In addition to cleaning the ducts and dryer vent, they hand washed all the vents. I am very happy with the results. My father, who was visiting at the time, was also impressed and is planning to call them when he decides to get his ducts cleaned. The only reason I didn't give them an A on price was that they were higher than other companies I called but to me it was more important to hire someone with a good reputation and who would do a good job. You get what you pay for, as they say.

I never really thought about cleaning ducts until I spoke with a friend who is familiar with the construction business. After hearing what workers put down the vents during construction, I thought I might need to get tham cleaned. Everything went great. Both guys that came out were on time, courteous, and professional. They took about a half day to clean everything and cleaned up so that you couldn't tell they had been there. The disinfectant ( or deodorizer, or whatever) they put in at the end wasn't offensive and was gone after a day. My wife's sinuses, which were giving her trouble, have improved greatly. I highly recommend Duct Man.

I have had great relief from my allergy symptoms. I will definitely use them again . I even ask how often one should one's ducts cleaned. I will be looking forward seeing them again in four years believe me sooner if my allergy symptoms come back.

This company was responsive and accommodating from the start. I contacted the via email at first, and they gave me good information that I used to calculate what the service should cost. They didn't expect me to do my own estimate, just gave me the pricing information I needed. I made an appointment I was later forced to cancel, and they gave me no trouble. We just made a new appointment for the following week instead. When making the appointment, they let me know that servicing a house with two units can take up to 5 hours. Good to know! Richard and Patrick arrived a few minutes ahead of their scheduled appointment time and got right to work. The explained everything they were going to do and made sure I did not have any questions. They told me that they preferred to start at the top of the house and work down. However, I had a sleeping toddler in the upstairs nursery, so they changed their routine for me. They were very quiet and respectful as they got to work. My two-year-old managed a three-hour nap while they were working! When they finally did clean the upstairs unit, they discovered some problems with the system and showed them to me. They explained what was wrong. I was later able to contact a repair company that I trust and have the unit serviced. Richard and Patrick were polite, diligent and friendly. They were good with the toddler and with the dog. I will gladly have them back again when the time comes.

Both technicians arrived on-time and were pleasant and knowledgeable. Very nice guys. It took them about 4 hours to complete the cleaning of a single unit, 14 ducts, 2 returns, and drier vent. The cleaning/disinfectant product that is used does leave a smell that lingered for about 24 hours. We found it acceptable since it is adding value to the cleaning. They also explained this to us before using the product, so no complaints. My overall impression was that they were not cutting any corners and were doing exactly what I wanted them to do.
