Champion Landscaping

Champion Lawn is a SCAM. If you want your lawn mowed, they're the same as anyone else, but a a higher cost. Their people are INCOMPETENT- Their INcompetent workers cut my 30 year old Rhododendrons so far back that they killed them- then they killed my ground cover, then replanted it, then refused to pull the weeds that were choking it. When they finally started the weeding, they blamed me for it, gave up and cancelled my account. Mark, the owner is a nasty, unprofessional, rude owner- yes, the Company stinks from the head down. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER

We contracted with Champion to provide a new lawn, new patio, dry creek beds and correct a drainage issue, yes, we had a lot done! The good news, Phil is treat to work with, Gustavo, Miguel and the rest of the team were on time, hard working and talented. They took us through the design, the process and the prices for each stage of work. Ours was a 5 figure job and we understood where each dollar was spent. When I had questions, Missy was right on time and responsive to my many questions. We now have new steps on two different levels, a new lawn, new patio and a new appreciation for the backyard, all thanks to the team at Champion (and the check we wrote - lol) The best news: It was a pleasure working with the team at Champion, I feel as if my concerns were heard and dealt with in a customer focused manner. I highly recommend Champion and if we need to do anymore work, it will be one call, that's all.

We've used Champion for 3 different jobs. All were on schedule, high quality, and they did what they said they would do. One of the best things about our recent landscape redesign and install was that the person who did the design and estimate (Phil) personally drove the entire process, from acquiring the plants to directing and participating in the installation. Champion was the third company who did a quote for us, but the first one who reflected my desired aesthetic in their design. Missy's communications and management of the project behind the scenes were also excellent.

These men are Artists! They did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job on our flagstone patio. Very polite, on time, hard workers, professional, excellent customer service and they cleaned up the job when they finished!! GREAT COMPANY!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!!!

Champion was prompt to come in for a look, were attentive to my needs and provide a quote on the spot. They showed up at the agreed upon time and are doing great work for me so far (past two weeks).

I am pleased with the final product but very unhappy with the process . . .i.e. job took over one week (initially I was told it was a 2-day 3 at the longest job), some days skeletal crew or no one showed; communication was very week; the job estimate/proposal jumped 25% by completion of the project (inadequate assessment of the job before proposal submitted); it took one week to resolve property damage issue (by sod vendor) I uncovered upon completion of job (integrity issue) . . . it was truly a real ordeal (contractor did cover cost). The finished product is beautiful but is was a long exhausting process I would not want to relive.

The team at Champion was prompt and professional. The work was done on time and with very high quality and at a very reasonable price. I will ask Micah and his team to do more work for me in the future.

Company could improve customer communications in the area of schedules.

They did a GREAT job and their rates are very reasonable. If they continue as they started I'm looking forward to a long term relationship with them.
